マドリッドを楽しむにはとてもお勧めなホテル。 周りにバルやレストランも多く、メトロの駅も近い。 ホテル従業員は親切で礼儀もわきまえている。

11月に2泊お世話になりましたが、 フロントの方も親切でタクシーを捕まえてくれたり チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快くしていただきました。にぎやかな場所に近いので夜中まで外のにぎやかさが聞こえる部屋もあるようですが、全体的にこの価格でこのサービスは満足といえるでしょう。おすすめです。　

友達との滞在だったが、ツインで部屋も広く窓も開閉ＯＫで異臭もなし。お風呂も湯はりＯＫでシャワーカーテンでなく窓のしきりだったので水漏れを気にせず快適なバスタイムでした。立地もよくメトロから徒歩５分くらいで賑やかな場所にも関わらず夜は騒音もなく静かでした。チェックアウト後の荷物も快く預かってもらえました。

レンタカーを利用して，ホテルに入りました。一方通行が多くて，車の利用は非常に難しいです。結局，タクシーを頼んで，あとについていってやっとチェックインできました。また，駐車場代も高いです。タクシーを利用するなら，有名なホテルのようなのですぐに連れて行ってもらえると思います。また，朝食は別なので，要チェックで会う。

スペイン在住です。用があって急遽マドリッドに行くことになりましたが帰りの電車の切符が取れず、やむを得ず一泊することに．．．、ついでなので観光しようと思い繁華街近くに宿を求めました。 本ホテルは地下鉄Sol駅徒歩3-4分にあり移動にはすごく便利。有名デパートは目の前、グランビアにも近いのでショッピング、ナイトライフも楽しめると思います。ロビーは広く落ち着きがあり好印象でした。泊まった部屋（シングル）は思ったより狭かったが、急な素泊まりだったことを考慮すれば十分でした。 朝食はまあまあ。 また泊まりたいと思いますが、次回はもう少し計画立ててナイトライフも楽しみたいと思います。食事は近くにいっぱいバルがあるので、そこを巡るのがベストかな。

立地条件はベスト。 市内観光していても、疲れたら一旦ホテルの部屋に戻って一休みして、再度出掛けることができる便利さです。 勿論、王宮、マヨール広場、プラド美術館へは徒歩圏内です。 ホテルのロビーには豪華さは無かったが、ロビーを利用することも無かったので問題なかった。 洗面所も十分明るいし、何より壁面全体が鏡張りであったので、二人が同時に洗面とドライヤーを利用できた。

このホテルを利用したのは二度目です。便利な立地と使いやすさで気に入っています。また利用すると思います。

地下鉄Sol駅から徒歩5分。周りにデパートをはじめいろいろなショップ、レストラン、バルがたくさんあります。Atocha駅までも地下鉄で10分足らずの便利な場所です。部屋も清潔で満足です。また利用したいと思います。

Great location in heart of Madrid to see everything you came to see. Shower did go from hot to cold, but otherwise great hotel, nice room, spacious for a big European city. Overall impressed.

Clean and well maintained hotel in a five star location. The price was right when booking through Hotels.com.

Hotel was OK. It looked better on line than in person. Everyone was very nice but the place really needs a makeover. Close to Gran Via.

Great Location - Very Good Hotel - Rooms Very Clean - Fixtures in room a little old - very hot room, need air conditioning even though cold outside. Very Friendly staff but don't ask for recommended restaurants nearby because knowledge of good local restaurants very limited - A little noisy due to all night bars that are near by (weekend) - Taxis everywhere, […] be careful we were ripped off from Airport to Hotel even though we took the official taxi (white with red stripe). Driver took us the long way around and could not (did not) speak any English, so check before you enter the taxi cost of trip if to or from Airport. Could not fault the quality and helpfulness of the hotel and staff. It has a luxury restaurant, however, if you do not want to pay for this sort of restaurant it has a cafeteria where you can have what you like for a few euros. We found this much better for us. Perfect location as I only had one day to see some sights in Madrid. Easy walking distance to the Palace and many plazas. Shopping and dining only a minutes walk from the hotel. The bathroom was very dated but clean, fast free wifi, quiet room.

Went there already for the second time, and it was again a pleasant stay. Location is great, rooms are very clean and well-equipped, service is friendly, although not many speak English. There was one thing to complain about: the water temperature in shower varied between extremes. Otherwise everything was functioning perfectly.

I stayed at this hotel in the beginning of April 2012. It has a perfect location. Besides, room was big and good, service and quality was also fine. A great hotel for visiting Madrid - it's very centrally located, making it easy to visit most sights by foot. The staff were helpful, the room is clean and the neighbourhood not too noisy. I'd happily recommend others to stay there.

Very kind and patient concierge and front desk. Very helpful with making reservations for restaurants and assistance with map guides. Persistent hotel cleaning service, but would rather want cleanliness over lack of attention to rooms.

This a large elegant older hotel in good location. The room was comfortable and the hotel staff was professional and helpful. The bathroom is outdated but functioned well.

However, I don't get the 4-star rating. Common areas are fine and the rooms are clean. Condition of room carpeting and furnishings leaves a lot to be desired. I would not stay here again despite the attractive price.

The hotel was lovely, very comfortable, and very clean and in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. The only complaint I would have is the staff could be a little friendlier.

Good location,well maintained with good service. Centrally located( between Grand Via and Sol Metro stations) but still quiet. Pleasant place all around.

Good location. Front desk staff was very rude. Room was very musty and old. Will not stay again.

The location cannot be beat and the staff was excellent. Only problem was that the room was very warm even with the heat turned to off. (We stayed in late February 2012.) Therefore, I had to keep the window open and the street noise was very loud, particularly between 11pm - 2am and 6 am - 7 am. We were delighted with our stay at the Liabeny. Not only was the location right in the centre of the Sol district, but the hotel was quiet and our room was a very good size - we travelled with our teenage son. Everything was clean and the double bed was a king size with a high quality mattress. Most of the interesting sights were within walking distance […] and the surrounding area was full of little streets with tapas bars. This Hotel deserves all the positive reviews it gets and is the reason I chose it.Superb location,really nice room and friendly helpful staff especially the concierge for his Tapas Bars recommendations.You won't be disappointed .

My family of 3 stayed there for 3 nights and was very satisfied with the hotel. A real 4-star with very good services - they still unfold your bed every late afternoon! Very good location; within minutes you are close to the shopping areas and metro. Excellent hotel, friendly staff and everything you need is just around the corner, the cafeteria has really good food, and the rooms are big and clean, next time I'm in Madrid I'll stay there for sure!

The hotel is so centrally located that it is possible to walk to most of the sights in Madrid and since it is on a side street, it is very quiet. The room was immaculate and the concierge incredibly helpful! I plan to stay there again on my next visit.

The Hotel is well located at the heart of the city centre and offers good quality service. The basement parking is free and hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The lounge in particular is spacious and offers a nice place to chill and relax.

It's a centrally located hotel - minutes from the metro - clean, professional and quiet. Definitely worth the price and the front desk staff was very professional.
