想像していたよりｷﾚｲでお洒落でホテル内で快適に過ごす事が出来ました♥♦♫+゜

"Perfect for the airport"
Arrived after a 4 hour flight from Nairobi and safari at 1am very tired and grubby. The hotel was immediately across the road from the airport and within minutes we were in our immaculate, cold air conditioned room. "Great hotel with great service, worth the money!"
Great hotel and service. I was nervous arriving for the first time in Johannesburg as a single traveler and it was so comforting to see the hotel just across the street from the terminal. The staff were very helpful and nice, especially the front desk manager Sharon. I booked another night for my transit on the way back home as well and even though […] I had only stayed there once and it was over two weeks later when I came back to check in for another night, she recognized me right away and helped check me in again. I was impressed with the level of personal service. Check in both times went very quick, which is great when you are jet lagged after a long flight and just want to lie down and rest. "Great Lay-Over Hotel"
This is truly the place to stay if you have a Lay-Over, connection in Johannesburg. Super location, all amenities, great staff. Minor issue was food from room-service not as hot as could be. Arrived after a long flight at 3.20pm, the room was not ready. Was palmed off with weak excuses which for a 5 star hotel was poor to say the least. Was asked to go sit somewhere and wait until the room was ready. The main reception area lacked efficent staff, looks slapdash and has none of the refinement a decent 5 star reception has.
