BARTの駅に近く利便性がよいし、フロントの方がいろいろな情報を教えてくれて非常に役に立ちました。部屋はそれなりに広く快適です。朝9時行ったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。外が少し騒がしいことが少し気になりました。

これまでマリオットに泊まることが多かったが、日航も結構いい。お金はかかるが、プールがいい。サービスはいい加減で日系ホテルのきめ細かさはない。

The location was fantastic, staff were VERY helpful, and the old-school elevator was the greatest thing ever. There were NO bedbugs like some others have claimed, the room was clean with a personal bathroom, fridge, WI-FI and microwave. Overall a great stay, especially if you are travelling on business or alone.

クイーンのバス付きに1人で6泊しました。パウエルまで五分かからず、ウエストフィールドもすぐで、周囲の環境も良く、坂でもなく立地は最高。ケーブルカー、バスなどの利用にも便利。 マーケット通りも少し先のシビックセンターの辺りになるとガラッと雰囲気が悪くなるので、この近辺にして良かったと思った。 最初に通された部屋はコネクティングルーム。窓も大きく明るい部屋で好感をもったが、たまたま隣が在室で、一語一句聞こえるので、荷物も開かずあわてて受付に戻り、部屋のチェンジを依頼した。バックサイドの部屋一部屋しか空いてないけど見てみる？と鍵を貸してくれたので、見てくると、最初の部屋より開放感にはすこし欠けるが 、こちらを選択した。 道路に面していないので騒音もないし、隣室の音も普通で正解だった。 部屋はせまく、クイーンのベッド以外の周りはスペースがないが、1人なので大丈夫だった。 バスルームも狭いが、バスタブが海外にしては深く、水量、栓もバッチリなので、日本人には嬉しい。壁掛けの液晶テレビ、CD再生可能の目覚まし、ドライヤー、アイロンあり。そして朝６時半から10時まで マフィンと珈琲が受付前に用意され、ありがたかった！！ 部屋にテーブルはないが、しっかりとしたお盆があるので、ベッドの上に置けば代用できて便利だった。スタッフの方々もとても親切で、 ホテル代が高いこの近辺ではお手頃で、キャンペーンも利用できてお安く予約できたので、とても良い滞在ができた。

全体的には非常に満足のいくホテルでした。少しマイナスに評価したのは、「清潔度４」→カーペットの汚れが落ちていなかった、「所在地の利便性３・周辺エリア４」→銀行街ということで周辺に店やカフェがなく夜は少し物騒だったためです。また観光スポットも徒歩圏内にはあったものの子供連れであった私には移動がきつかったです。しかしホテルの雰囲気、従業員のサービスは一流のそれであり、また是非利用したい思い出深いホテルとなりました。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

宿泊中に火災報知機が誤作動して焦りましたが、スタッフの対応も迅速で安心しました。部屋もきれいで、ベッドメイキングしてくれる方たちやスタッフも笑顔で感じが良かったです。金融街に位置しており、ランチを食べる場所として、すぐ近くに日本人の経営するおにぎりややカレー屋、またイタリアンなどあり充実してます。ユニオンスクエアまで歩いて２０分程度で、比較的便利です。チャイナタウンにもすぐ近くです（この時期ですので車で通っただけです）。またサンフランシスコが好きになりました。１階のステーキレストランがあり、夜はいつも満席なほど人気でお薦めです。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

ヒルトンに泊まった後、オムニに宿泊しました。 ヒルトンの方がユニオンスクエア（中心部）に近いので、ちょっと不便に感じました。 ただ、フェリービルディングには近いです。 部屋はとても清潔で、バスルームが特に綺麗です。ただ、消毒液臭いです･･･。 シグニチャールームにして高層階に宿泊しましたが、景色はまったく悪いです。 前のビルが工事中で工事現場しか見えません。 ただ、シグニチャールームは、ネスプレッソがついていて、毎日おいしいコーヒーが楽しめました。 シグニチャールームは、朝食付きのはずでしたが、チェックイン時にバウチャーをもらわなかったため、翌朝ルームサービスを頼んだところ、７０ドルの請求がきて驚きました。 ただ、フロントの方が取り消してくれたので結局は無料で楽しめましたが、冷や冷やし […] たので、マイナスです。 もっと読むHotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"The Perfect Hotel"
We loved the Hotel Omni. The highlights were the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and always available. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were there for 6 nights, and when any provision was getting low (e.g., toilet paper, shampoo, etc) it was always replenished before it ran out. Our bed was turned down every night, and a chocolate left […] for each of us, The only minor complaint we had about the room was that the space around the toilet was limiting. The Omni is on one of the cable car routes and so transportation was very easy and fun. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area, including Bob's Steak and Chop House which is in the hotel. The staff on the front desk helped us print tickets and mail postcards. And the staff at the door were always very welcoming and helpful in giving directions or obtaining a taxi. I always love staying at the Omni San Francisco; everyone from the bell staff, front desk staff, bartenders and housekeeping staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. I've never had a bad experience here. The rooms are upscale and clean, with lots of amenities including comfy robes. The location is great - within walking distance of Union Square […] and cable car jump-on, as well as Chinatown. And even close enough to walk to Coit Tower, Lombard Street and Fisherman's Wharf if you are into walking. And you can't beat Bob's for great steaks and drinks!
