The Fenice Hotel in Milan was brilliant, outside of the hotel was the metro which took us to all the popular places eg duomo, castle and san siro stadium. The Hotel was close to Restaurants and main shopping street.

Despite few interactions with the staff - like hello and good morning - they managed to give a very RUDE impression! Low standard overall

Good, convenient location. Right outside is the metro and on the opposite side Taxi stand. Good value for money. Only negative is the small flight of steps to go up before you enter the elevator. So not convenient for traveling with heave bags.

Room was nice and clean, convenient to shopping, public transportation, and the center of the city. Would stay here again.

we only stayed there for one night, but the staff are veyr friendly and helpful :)

The hotel was well represented by all- Air conditioning could be a lot better than it was. All in all the stay was enjoyable- Staff was excellent, informative and responsive to all reasonable requests.

Hotel Fenice Milano is A 3.5 star hotel . We had a superior room - very nice room , but it was too small , the shower in the room was too small , the bed was comfort . the service of the hotel was very nice . the elevator of the hotel is small . the breakfast was nice but poor . the hotel is 10 minutes far from the best shopping areas . but the hotel […] doesn't have a bombastic price like other hotels in the area . the most disadvantage of the hotel is that the WiFi is not free ! もっと読む

Poor air conditioning. The staff is not friendly. The area is not as exciting as advertised. I will consider staying near Duomo next time.

Excellent location in main shopping street with restaurants and cafes handy. Also Metro entrance a few steps from hotel. My room was very hot as no air con in April, but they gave me another room where the window opened onto the coutyard which was very pleasant. Bathroom not very good - No hot water one morning Breakfast very good - Good situation, not far from the center - just in a front of a metro station

Very convenient location (15 minute walk to Piazza Duomo), clean rooms, nice view to Porta Venezia, rich breakfast, definitely recommended

This was like a standard hotel in the US. Nice decor, clean, great working air conditioning, big breakfast, good location. 20 min walk from Milano Centrale station, 30 sec from metro stop

Hotel très satisfaisant, très bien placé (métro juste devant la porte de l'hotel), très bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit dej est simple mais très bien

Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse Corso Buenos Aires mit zahlreichen Shoppingsmöglichkeiten. Metrostation genau vor dem Hotel. Zu Fuss sind es bis zum Dom ca. 10 - 15 Minuten. Frühstück war gut.

OK hotel. The doors to the shower were broken, and the room was very warm. Since it was November, there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was good. Service was ok, but nothing more. The location was very good! But there are several 4 star hotels nearby for the same price.

A pesar de ser un hotel de 3 estrellas realmente tiene todas las comodidades que necesita el huesped turista, excelente ubicacion, en todo corso Buenos Aires y en la esquina de Porta Venezia, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor, cerca del centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el Duomo y un poco mas alla Montenapoleone. Se los recomiendo! los […] banos estan remodelados y la limpieza es excelente. Incluye desayuno basico. Como informacion adicional les recomiendo probar lo panzerotti de Luigni a un lado de la tienda por departamentos La Rinascente y caminando hacia la esquina de este los mejores helados de Milano i ciocolatto, donde en el cono te ponen chocolate derretido y encima viene el helado! En Montenapoleone aparte de disfrutar de las mejores compras en tiendas de marcas y lo ultimo de la moda, podran disfrutar en Cova, una cafeteria, pasteleria que lo transportara a la epoca y donde podran degustar de los exquisitos postres, chocolates, cafe y bebidas tipicas de la ciudad. Y en corso Buenos Aires la heladeria GROM tambien fantastica por sus helados de frutas, tambien un monton de cafeterias/restaurants donde siempre comeras bien, desde una ensalada, paninis, pastas, pizza, rissotos (a la milanesa), etc. A disfrutar! もっと読む

Joli hotel bien situé , calme , personnel sympathique; je ne regrette pas ce choix .

De dificil acesso, em uma rua fechada onde não entra carros, voce tem que carregar suas bagagens..não tem estacionamento, você ou deixa na rua - risco alto de ser furtado ou procura por conta própia um estacionamento publico. prédio antigo, sistema de ar condicionado não funciona, péssimo atendimento na recepção - nota zero. procure outro se não quiser […] se aborrecer. もっと読む

Siisti perustasoinen hotelli kävelymatkan päässä tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Hyvä ostoskatu. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Monipuolinen aamupala. Voisin mennä toisenkin kerran!

Das Hotel liegt direkt bei der U-Bahn-Station P.AT. Venezia und steht leicht versetzt zur Corso Buenos Aires Strasse. Die Trottoirs an dieser langen Einkaufsstrasse wurden letztes Jahr 2010 neu gestaltet und sind nun fertig. Eine tolle Gegend und Geschäfte wie DIESEL, TOMMY HILFIGER liegen nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten […] wie z.B. der DOM erreicht man mit der U-Bahn oder zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten. Meine Partnerin und ich waren mit der Hotel-Wahl sehr zufrieden ud eigentlich gibt es keinen einzigen Negativ-Punkt zu erwähnen. Wir können das Hotel Fenice bestens empfehlen, denn es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Doppelzimmer hat u.a. nicht zu weiche Betten, Parkettboden (auf dem sieht man ganz besonders gut, ob der Boden wirklich sauber ist). Das Zimmer ist mit einem grosszügigen Einbau-Schrank ausgestattet. Der Flat LCD-TV ist modern und auch das Frühstücksangebot ist ein ordentlich. Für ein 3 Sterne-Hotel, Klasse !!! もっと読む

Bästa hotell med bästa läget och den absolut bästa receptionisten!! Hmm let me think!

Fint och säkert område vid foten av shoppinggatan Corso Buenos Aires. Metron ligger precis utanför hotellet och det tar ca 4 minuter att ta sig ner till centrum. 15-20 min till fots. Rummen var väldigt fräscha, ganska små men absolut tillräckliga. Får man ett fönster mot innegården får man inte mycket dagsljus in i rummet. Det ända dåliga var de tunna […] väggarna. Nice hotel, room comfortable, good beds and sheets, bathroom a little small but clean and good shower. Very close to subway and central location. breakfast sufficient. Friendly staff

Buona accoglienza. L'hotel pulito e accogliente e' situato in una posizione centrale, vicino alla metro, a piedi si puo' raggiungere in poco tempo il duomo. Dovendo ritornare a Milano, prenoterei nuovamente nello stesso hotel.

Buena relación, precio-calidad. Habitación sencilla, baño justo, desayuno correcto, buena ubicación, sitio seguro, no necesitas transporte, se pueden hacer andando casi todas las visitas.

Situado en zona centro 15 a 20 minutos andando del Duomo, servicio del hotel muy bueno, habitación comoda y limpia, zona segura y metro a dos minutos del hotel. La recepcionista nos recomendó cenar en una Trattoria de al lado del hotel y nos hicieron un descuento del 10% por estar alojados allí.

It was to worm in room without possibility to adapt it. Not so bad location. Room didnt have day light because another building was 1,5 meter from hotel. It was not so nice feeling waking up in the dark. Some of stuff was nice.

Prima hotel voor de prijs. Goede bedden. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Goed ontbijt. Centrale ligging met een metro voor de deur.

Tijdens ons verblijf leek de kamer geparfumeerd met een uitermate penetrante lucht. We hebben dit als storend ervaren. Geur lijkt triviaal maar dat is het niet. Op de gang was de lucht zo niet sterker. Het ruilen van kamer om die reden is geweigerd.

als je weinig tijd in het hotel doorbrengt is dit een prima adres. goeie ligging, metro voor de deur en loopafstand van het centrum. vriendelijk personeel echter weinig comfort op de kamer.

Muito bom hotel

Accueil très aimable, petit déjeuner correct. En revanche, ma chambre était très sombre car la fenêtre donnait sur une cours intérieure entourée de grands murs. Dommage !! Chambre calme avec clim et très bien entretenue excepté la baignoire qui était bouchée et qui n'a pas été débouchée même après demande et la fumée de cigarette qui émanait de la salle […] de bain. maget venlig pasonale. gode mogen mad men lidet mangel fuld. pasonalet er maget hjelsom med bus ture og vilke trurist steder der er gode at se, og de går lige det skridet længer. men der er aldet for lydet, man kan høre vis telefon ringer 4 værsler væk.
