空港内のシャトルバス乗り場は案内があるので割合わかりやすかったです。しかし、バスが来ない。 多数のホテルのシャトルバスが来るのにBest Westernは１時間近く来なかった。また、シャトルバスにもBest　Westernの文字が小さく書いてあり、見落としてしまう。雑談していた米国人が「Best　Westernのバスだよ」と教えてくれなかったらアウトでした。

エレベーターが故障中ということで使えず、なお且つなんのサポートもなかったため、子供と共に重いスーツケースを階段を使って運ばざる負えなかった。　部屋に入ったら、カーペットが湿っており、細かい何かクラッカーのようなクラムズが落ちていたため、とてもクリーンアップしたとは思えなかった。

空港のシャトルバス乗り場が分かりづらいのが難点。 空港関係者などが利用していそう。

とにかく空港に近いので便利です。部屋は新しくはないのですが、清潔にしてあり気持ちよかったです。 すこし、空気が乾燥気味で、夜は少し寝苦しかったです。 朝食は、建物の一番端っこに位置しており、はるばる行く感じでした。内容は、ほんとにちょっとした朝食でした。 全体的には、まずまずのホテルだと思います。

オヘアとシャトルバスで10分ぐらい。午前中のフライトの為に前日泊まるという目的での宿泊にはグッド。非常に便利でした。ダウンタウンとオヘアは意外と渋滞をするケースもあるようなので、こういった空港隣接のホテルのバリューはあると思います。

空港１階ヒルトンホテルの前のバス乗り場から30分間隔でシャトルバスがあります、10分でホテルに着きます。側面にホテル名が書かれているので来たら手を上げて。ここはいっぱいバスが来るので良く見てて下さい。バスは国際線５ターミナル前にも寄ります。仕事で3泊しましたが部屋の掃除はokです、喫煙部屋や冷蔵庫付きの部屋もあります、チェックインの際リクエストしてください。食事はホテル並びのレストランが手軽、日本のファミレス感覚、20ドル程度。チェックインの際に$5割引券をもらいました。スポーツバーもあります、聞くとこのバーは地元でも有名で週末、アメフト試合日などは予約が必要、空いていた駐車場が夜は一杯になりました。通りの向にマクドナルドもあります。仕事は近くのコンベンションセンターでしたがシャトルバスで朝 […] 夕無料送迎してもらえました。このホテルの安全性は数社航空会社のパイロットやキャビンアテンドが利用していたので信用できます。オヘアでの乗り換え宿泊やコンベンションセンターでのビジネスには最適と思います。ちなみにバスタブにシャンプーはありました。値段とアクセス面では問題ありません。 もっと読む

空港についてﾎﾃﾙｼｬﾄﾙﾊﾞｽを待ちましたが、来る気配がないのでﾀｸｼｰに乗りました。相当な金額がかかりました。 空港にもﾎﾃﾙ直通の電話があるのですが、このﾎﾃﾙはありませんでした。 後で聞くと30分毎に出ているらしく、24時間動いているとのことでした。もう少し待てば良かったです。 部屋は結構綺麗だったので良かったです。フロントの対応も問題ないです。日本の感覚で歯ブラシ、シャンプはあると思いましたが、ありませんでした。（アメリカですからね） ２泊しましたが、１日は遅くに出発、２日目は早く出発で朝食は取りませんでしたが、あったのかな？気配はありませんでした。空港から近いので便利と思いますが、回りに買い物するとしたらﾀｰｹﾞｯﾄ（ｽｰﾊﾟｰ）が歩いて10分くらいのところにあり、ちょっと不便。 […] シカゴDOWNTOWNへは空港まで送ってもらい、そこから地下鉄（ﾌﾞﾙｰﾗｲﾝ）に乗って50分くらいです。ちょっと大変ですが、旅ですのでそれもまた良いかと思います。 隣にレストランがありますが、そこはいまいちでした。足がないので仕方ないのですが、できれば遠出をすれば良かったです。到着時のシャトルバス以外は非常に気分良く旅行が出来ました。 もっと読む

空港からのアクセスもシャトルバスが30分に一回回っているので便利。

快適なホテルです。空港に近いので、アクセスが楽でした。サービスも問題なしです。

We stay at Best Western hotels all of the time while we are traveling. This was the worst hotel we have ever experienced! The room was dirty and dusty. The bed sheets did not appear to be clean and did not smell fresh. We slept on top of towels. The bed was also uncomfortable. The family next to us were extremely loud. I asked them to be quiet. They […] did for about 10 minutes then were loud again. The front desk staff were not friendly. The bathtub was dirty and clogged. We showered in a pool of water. The closet door was broken. Very good hotel for the price we paid. Clean, excelent beds, and very convenient.

the room was comfortable and everyone was very friendly. The shuttle to the airport was right on time!

This hotel is perfect if you have a short stay in Chicago. We came in on a Sunday. The Shuttle picked us up in no time. We left our luggage in the hotel and took the shuttle back to the airport and took the Blue Line into the city. Had a wonderful afternoon in the city with dinner. Hotel currently being remodeled. It would have been nice to know that before I got there. Great place to park your car and fly. Very reasonable, better than remote parking rates.

The room itself was great, but the main floor was being remodeled. Once it is done, I'm sure it will be nice. We had to leave before complimentary breakfast so I cannot comment on that. It was great to have 24 hr. shuttle since we had an early AM flight.

Staff is very friendly, room rate is very reasonable, and shuttle to/from the airport is very short. Walking distance to two restaurants/bars. Parking for 1 week is also very reasonable rate.

Stayed just one night on our way to a vacation out of O'Hare Airport. Very close to the terminals and the free shuttle they offered was right on time and made things easy. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were basic, but wasn't looking for much more than a place to lay my head for a few hours before take-off.

All was well the only reason I gave it a 3 for condition of hotel was they were redoing the whole main floor no biggy.

Although the hotel was under remodel I never heard noise or had any dust issues in my room. This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel, but I will definitely stay here again. It's under construction for rennovation of some of the rooms but overall, it is a very old building. No automatic doors (very inconvenient if you are carrying suitcases), slow elevators, and old TV. They do have wi-fi and airport transportation and it is close to the airport.

Convenient, but...huge renovations make for a "The Shining" look throughout the hotel. Reasonable rates, and hopefully worth a look after the renovations are complete.

I needed a safe place to stay near O'Hare Airport, as I was arriving at 1am and renting a car. This hotel was easy to find, and only about a mile or two from O'Hare and Thrifty rental car. I only stayed one night...as I was then driving to central Illinois to be with family...so for a short stay, it was perfect!!! We stay here everytime we are in Chicago awaiting an early morning flight. It is not the Hilton but the atmosphere there is so warm. We always arrive early and allowed an early check in. The staff is so friendly.

The restaurant associated with the hotel is, apparently, a bar. When we arrived at about 1 am after our flight from the West Coast, there were four clearly drunk people stumbling out of the restaurant and into the hotel lobby ahead of us. The clerk eyed them but turned his attention to us and did a good job helping us get into the room we had reserved. […] We had to walk through the bare corridor (subfloor exposed, etc.) to get to the elevator, but no problem. Then, at 3:50 am, there was a huge commotion in the parking lot outside our window. There were at least a dozen people, sounding like they had just left the bar, talking loudly about starting a fight. It went on for a while, voices getting louder, the participants seeming to ENJOY waking up the hotel patrons. Then, a yell of warning: "The cops!" What seemed like about seven police cars -- plus one ambulance -- descended on the scene. We heard a siren and more loud voices. The noise went on for quite a while, and it took even longer for our adrenaline to subside. This Hotel was not what we were expecting, it was worse. Breakfast starts at 7am so those who have to get to an early flight are left without eating. Our son develped a fever and we had to walk to a neighboring hotel to get medicine because it wasn't provided at Best Western. It was loud all night. Hotel is in total renovation! we had no idea.. should have been told to us. No compensation, breakfast isn't even on location. We got to the hotel after waiting 1 hour at T3 to take a cab (it was 9:30pm when we were waiting outside) and got to the hotel at 11pm. I even called the hotel! Due to a travel gaffe, I had to scramble and look for a value accommodation for 1 night. I chose BW at O'Hare after Hotels.com extended a 20% discount for Mobile reservations. I arrived at the hotel. The place is old and dingy. The entire first floor is undergoing renovation. The elevators were too small. As soon as you arrive, you have to let the front desk staff know that you need a ride from the terminal though. The breakfast spread was OK. I decided to skip the restaurant around the corner and went to the McDonalds on the other side of the intersection. Overall, a quick no frills, stay-for-one-night-only place. Nice visit. The hotel was under construction on the first floor and created no discomfort for our visit. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Overall completely satisfied. Will stay again and looking forward to seeing the completed remodel.

The 1st floor was being renovated (my room on 3rd floor) - but the entire hotel had a feel of being really dated (60s?). This, perhaps, was also the reason that the sound insulation was not great - a problem when you are an airport hotel... This hotel is being renovated, but there are few excuses for the problems we had here. The parking lot is poorly lit. The lobby has half of the tile removed, with a 2 inch drop-off at the edge. The restroom in the lobby has a toilet, but the ladie's room does not have a sink; I had to wait for the men's room to wash. The bottom of all walls have been […] cut out, exposing beams. Some have been sloppily covered with taped up wallpaper, but others are open. The room smelled funny when we opened the door; we had to leave the window open to air it out. Yes, jet fuel was more pleasant that the room! The air conditioner made as much noise a truck, we were unable to leave it on and get any sleep. The elevator did not work. If it did arrive, the doors would not close; this did not make it inviting to jump in and trust that you would reach your destination. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and when its finished being renovated it will be even better and reasonable

it is a dingy place with mold in bathroom. breakfast was bad. personnel is friendly, but that does not compensate for dingy linens and overall run down property. they are too expensive for the quality they provide. I would not recommend it.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under rennovations before we had booked the hotel. We had people meeting us at the hotel and it was not viewed as a very nice place because of the rennovations. The entire first floor was tore up. In going to the reasurant for the continental breakfast we had to walk thru a hallway that was trashed […] with paper napkins and other debris all over the floor which we suspect was from the Bar that was just before the dining room area.
