トゥーロテル マリアヒルフ (Tourotel Mariahilf)

仕事で6泊しましたが、非常に快適に過ごせました。リクエストでエレベーターの使える階、中庭の見える部屋、バスタブのある部屋とお願いしました。そのとおりのシングルにしては十分な広さの部屋でした。ウィーン西駅から徒歩圏内でスーパーも近くにいくつかあり（19:00くらいまであいている）、また西駅でも買い物できます。アメニティは少ないですが、部屋は清潔にしてあり、快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫はありませんが、外が寒いので窓に出していました。ホテル目の前を走る路面電車でシェーンブルン宮殿に行けますし、リンク内にも地下鉄ですぐです。西駅では空港へのバスが出ていますので、旅に適している宿だと思います。鍵は一回目だけなかなか難しかったですが、一度コツをつかむと全く問題はありませんでした。

すごく満足でした。 トラムでウィーン西駅から一駅だし、周りにスーパーやパン屋さんなんかがあったので大変便利でした。 トラムに乗ればシェーンブルン宮殿も一本で行けます。 部屋自体はシングルでしたが結構広々してました。 でも、ベットは小さかったです。 私は１６０cmですが、それでもぎりぎりの長さだったように思います。 大柄な人はちょっと窮屈に思うのではないでしょうか？ ホテルのアメニティは特に何もついていません。 タオルは毎日きれいなものに取り換えてくれましたよ。 ただ、部屋の鍵がカードキーでしたがどのような仕組みでかかっているのか最後までわかりませんでした。ややこしい鍵でした。

新装なった西駅から徒歩圏内。周辺にカフェが複数あり、朝食には困らない。スーバーも数件。マリアヒルフ通りを都心に進めば、１０分ほどで大きな書店もある。少し古いが、そのぶん天井が高くて広々としていて圧迫感がないのがうれしい。室内もとても清潔。大きな整理棚があって散らかさずにすむ。ティシューや小さなビニール袋も常備、洗面台とシャワーのところに液体石鹸もあるなど、細かな配慮がありがたい。ネット接続はロビーだけだが、無料でできる。また泊まりたい。

皆さんがおっしゃる通りドアの鍵がちょっと開けにくいです。ホテルのレセプションの方が非常に無愛想で怖いくらいです。部屋には冷蔵庫がないので夏は不便だと思います。二階まではエレベーターがありますが三階に行くには階段を使わないといけません。チェックアウト後荷物を預かってくれますが、専用の部屋はなくただ自動販売機の裏の薄暗いところに置いておくだけです。部屋は中庭に面していてとても静かでしたが、庭を改装しているのか朝から工事の音がするときもありました。ホテルの周りにはスーパーマーケットが３つあります。ウィーン西駅の駅ビルにもきれいなスーパーマーケットがあります。地下鉄の駅構内には日曜日も開いているスーパーマーケットがあり助かりました。

大きな駅からまっすぐ歩いて10分ほどです。 地図を持っていったため、迷わず行けましたが、 駅の周りは大きな道路がいくつか交差しているため難しいかもしれません。 周りには食べるところがいくつかあり、駅直結の建物内もかなりショッピング、レストラン、スーパーなどと充実しています。 部屋は、天井がかなり高いので、1人だと広く感じます。 不便なところは、換気扇の音がうるさかったこと、鍵を開けるのにコツがいることくらいです。 女性1人でも安心して泊まれるホテルだと感じました。 夜9時以降は出歩きませんでしたが、 ホテル周りも特に治安が悪いとは感じませんでした。

こちらのホテル、口コミ評価が良かったので利用しました。 他の方も言っているように、west駅から歩いてすぐという立地条件がとても良いと思います。 最初は部屋の鍵になれなくてフロントの人呼んじゃったけど； 周辺にはお店が多く、遅い時間でも女一人で歩いて怖い感じではないです。 安い部屋に泊まったのでだぜいたくは言えないのですが、もう少しお部屋が広かったらなぁ、と思いました。 あ、あと、エレベーターが2階までしかないので、3階の部屋だと階段を使わなきゃいけないのもちょっと辛かったです。

４つ☆ホテルとのことですが、レストランやバーもなく豪華な感じではありません。至ってシンプルなホテルです。 １番良かった点は、ウィーン西駅から近いことです。国際列車もとまるので、ブタベストへ日帰りで行くのに便利でした。地下鉄もよく利用しました。 スーパーや飲食店も近くに多く治安も悪くないように感じました。 残念な点は他の方もレビューされていましたが、部屋のキーが明けるのにコツがいります。私は一人で外にでてキーが明けれず中に入れず、中から友人に明けてもらわなければなりませんでした。

ツインを予約していたがダブルベッドの部屋を用意されていたので受付の女性にツインベッドの部屋に替えて欲しい旨を頼んだら大変不機嫌になり、怒られ、断られました。が、粘って交渉したら替えてもらえました。不機嫌な態度をあからさまに出されたものの、事が済んだ後はとても親切で、色々と教えてくれたり行きたい場所を調べてくれたり笑顔で接してくれました。 部屋は広くて明るく清潔でバスタブもありました。冷蔵庫が無かった点以外は何の問題もなく、立地も良く、どこへ行くにも便利でとても快適に過ごせました。

ウィーン西駅から5分ぐらいでしょうか。ほぼ大きな道1本なのでスーツケースも大丈夫です。近くにはスーパーもあり、ホテルの前には朝食が取れるような庶民派カフェもありました。 お部屋はメールでリクエストしたのもありますが、中庭に面した静かなお部屋。ただ私の選択が朝食も無しでお値段安いのだったからかバスタブがなくシャワータイプでした。チェックインの時よく部屋確認もせず外出した自分が悪いのですが、チェックインの時に受付に聞いたら変えてもらえたかも!?一応シングルもバスタブ付きはあるとのことです。困ったことはポットサービスが無いです。受付にリクエストしましたが、ダメと言われました(涙) 私の滞在時はロシア人団体ご一行様とあとはヨーロッパの老夫婦が多く皆様車で来られているような感じでした。

西駅から近く、観光、空港や鉄道からのアクセスも悪くない。鍵が特殊でマスターするのに時間がかかったのが難点だが、値段のわりに清潔で、バスタブもついていたので女子学生二人としては満足。フロントで日本語がしゃべれる人がいた。

チェックインするも、部屋が清掃されておらず、前の人が使ったままでした。その後、清掃してくれたのはいいのですが、置いておいたガイドブックやコピーを捨てられました。 また、電気の音だと思いますがノイズが結構気になります。静かに過ごしたい人には不向きです。 インターネットは有料で、ロビーに降りないと使えません。

I stayed at this hotel at the end of February 2013. The hotel itself was well kept up and clean. The problem was the staff. I had upgraded to the largest room available, the Comfort Double, but was put in a Standard Single. When I brought this to the attention of the female day receptionist who had checked me in, she was unbelievably rude. At first […] she insisted that I had booked a cheaper room and then when she pulled out the files and realised I had indeed paid for the Comfort Double, she flatly refused to put me in a room of the quality that I had paid for. She was abrasive with me throughout my stay. The Room: The room I was in was clean and reasonable in style/furnishings - if I had booked a standard single, but not according to the web information on a comfort double. A big disappointment with the room was the fact that 6 other bedrooms looked directly into room 103 (3 rooms from the floor above) as well as the large window beside the elevator in the coridoor, and there were no net curtains. Therefore, being in the room was unpleasantly like being a goldfish in a bowl. I have included the floor map of the first floor rooms in the photos, so if you are planning to stay here and would like a more comfortable room or some views other than other hotel rooms, that might help. My wife and I stayed at the Tourotel for 4 nights in late February 2013. The hotel is absolutely great value for money and here's why: Location: Only 3 minutes from Westbanhof station (line U3) which takes you to the city centre in less than 15 minutes. Several tram lines are also available just outside the hotel. The Mariahilf street is a main avenue […] with lots of shops, restaurants. There is a post box just outside the hotel if you want to send a post card back home (like we did!) and an ATM at the Volksbank around the corner. The Garda café / ice-cream shop further down the road (towards Westbanhof) has a great value breakfast, ice-cream and staff. The kebab booth outside the station is excellent too. Staff / facilities Very nice hall with helpful receptionists. Granted some of them might come across a bit serious to start with but bear in mind English is not their first language, the culture is different, etc. We had no problems in borrowing a couple of power plug adapters (left ours at home..). We also asked for travel tickets to be printed out which was done promptly. You need them to call taxi? no problem either! Room / Cleanliness We stayed at the first floor and the room is massive! It's well decorated and perfectly clean. The bathroom is tiled, clean and everything worked just fine. We had twin beds in ours which is not great but it wasn't a problem. The hotel was exactly as described near to main shopping street , not far from old vienna town ,near to bus , rail and underground . The pillipano gentleman on reception was excellent and helped us arranging travel to mauthausen Thankyou we are planning to stay in Vienna again in May and will not hesitate to use the hotel again

Was really easy to get to the hotel, using the tips online. We did the bus and walked around and was perfect. Great location in Vienna. We walked everywhere but public transport options are plentiful and on the doorstep. When your exploring in a new city all you need is a bed and a base and this is what you get.

Hôtel room was ample and very, very comfortable. Excellent modern bathroom with large shower and separate toilet- quite rare! Only a few minutes walk from railway station and metro. Staff were friendly and welcoming. No wifi in room but excellent, fast Wifi in lobby with comfortable seating. A home away from home.

This was a lovely hotel - the staff were nice and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean, and it was quiet. It was a half hour walk to the Kunsthistorisches Museum and Hofburg, but only a 5 minute walk to Westbahnhof station, so a good base to explore from. The only downside I would say is there wasn't a fridge in my room.
