Very scenic. Restaurants right across the street. Breakfast was outstanding. Beds were super comfortable. The hotel was everything we needed and close to where we were going. Would definitely stay again!

I was very impressed with this hotel's hospitality. They also served a wonderful breakfast where the employees were constantly cleaning, straightening, and putting fresh food out. The room was just right and had a fresh clean smell. I was VERY pleased with this hotel.

Very nice and clean Hotel at a good price

It was the perfect stopping spot on our way to South Carolina. Leaving after work and trying to get half-way, it was perfect. Although, we didn't get time to try out the amenities. We did have a great night's sleep and were pleasantly surprised to see they now allow pets!!! How wonderful! We'll definitely remember we can bring our doggy next time. A small but nice HI Express. Convenient access to I-40 for travelers. Updated, clean and comfortable

When we arrived at the hotel after a long trip, the front desk clerk gave us a smoking room even though we had verification that we had asked for a non-smoking room since my husband has asthma. She said Hotel.com sent it that way & it said we had a Smoking Room. She also tried to double the price on the pet fee from $25 to $50 because she said it went […] up - when I made the reservations it was $25.She also refused to switch us to a non-smoking room for the entire stay, which was 3 days. She lied and said she was the manager when I asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman who happens to be the "real" manager's husband helped us to get our $25 back for the pet fee & cleaned the room so my husband would not get asthma. His wife, the actual manager named Betsy, was terrific & switched our room to a non-smoking room the next day. She also apologized for the rude front desk clerk. If it hadn't been for Betsy and her husband we would have probably left early. That rude front desk clerk needs to be fired! もっと読む

This hotel was very clean, and all the staff was very nice. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very nice . I had stayed in hix before

Everything was fine although the refrigerator was missing from my room when I checked in. One was brought to the room promptly.

hotel was clean,food, very good.I slept very well in their beds. the pool was very disappointing,was not well maintained, pool very buggy and greenish. My grandchildren would not stay in for all the bugs and color of water in pool. staff was very polite.

Very pleasant stay convenient to the interstate but no traffic noise. Beds and linen very comfortable. Very clean, would stay there again.

My son and I were traveling from Maryland to Southwest Tennessee and stopped for the night. The hotel was very nice, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay until the next morning when we each tried to take a good hot shower. Apparently there had some hot water problems in the hotel the night before, and while we had good […] pressure and hot water in the sink, the shower only had very low pressure and NO hot water. Bill was actually less than i anticipated which is always a plus! Room was comfortable and clean. Great free internet access and very good TV with lots of channels. Only negative was so workout facility. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Great place--excellent staff and super clean! Great value all the way around. Can't say enough good about the very considerate and kind staff. Would go out of our way to stay there again. Thanks!
