I was disappointed in most aspects of this trip. This was a national conference and. I thought the service would be better. The hotel was full of our people and the food/service and staff was horrible. The convention center was very nice but the staff was very disinterested in the customers. I will never recommend.this hotel to anyone

over priced and i wasn't happy with service. drove to hotel went inside asked for room. guy said there booked solid. went outside and booked two rooms on my cell phone using hotels.com

The bathroom was verrrry small along with an out dated tv and chair. Service was good but hotel needs to be redone to keep up with the Jones's.

The rooms are very small. Especially the bathrooms. We had four people in our room and we were stepping on top of each other. Other than that the rooms are very clean and the air conditioner is very cold.

The location was perfect for the Country Music Fest in Tiger Stadium. We had three rooms one room they had forgot to put comforters on the beds on the first night, the a/c was very loud. We switched rooms the next am and it was much better. Over all it was great.

It was nice but the room set up was not the greatest. We had a difficult time doing anything in the bathroom due to it being so small. You had to close the door to even get to the tub and be careful when you got out so as not to step in the commode. No refridgeirator in room. Can not smoke in room.

Stay at this hotel without any worries. I had a king size bed on the 3rd floor. The room was immaculate and the two nights stay I had there was superb. The hotel was super convenient to the River Center, where I happen to be going for two days. Front desk was very nice and stay was perfect. Everything was fine until the electricity went out about 9:30 PM and never returned. However, the restaurant had electricity. There was also no communication from the front desk. On the positive side, room was very good.

It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was so freindly.

This place is clearly past its heyday, but the rooms were comfortable enough.

Great Hotel, staff is very nice rooms are newly remodeled very nice room for the money.

We live in Baton Rouge and were attending a Mardi Gras ball at the river center so we figured it would be easier to stay instead of driving home so late. The hotel was right across the street. The room was very comfortable. When we went to get our car from the valet in the morning we decided to eat breakfast in the meantime. We were very pleased with our stay especially after reading all the negative coments on the internet. So glad we gave it a try. So close to the River Center where we saw Cirque Solie and the USS Kidd. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so polite and the man at security was so helpful with directions etc.

Clean and was not disappointed. Perhaps expected more of a 3.5 star, but it was fine. Could use a sign on where to exit the secured parking lot.

We ordered room service - they said it would be 20-30 minutes, but 2 hours later we gave up and decided to go out to eat. Also, the people working at the front desk were not helpful when we had questions. Overall, the service sucked.

The location was awesome ....the hotel was nice but the casino was awful!! We needed additional linens and never got them but we were ok with it. The room service was great and so was the food! We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was very nice the only problem we had during our stay was the bath tub! It was a round shape tub which made it very difficult to stand up in without falling. The other issue we had was room service knocking on our door non-stop at 1 am which our room was the wrong room.

Late in the evening of our stay, hotel security came to our door and knocked loudly and told us that we had been reported as having an argument and that we needed to keep it down. It turned out that it was the room next to us, and the argument continued all night and into the morning and did not stop! No one else came to the correct room to stop the […] argument. It was loud, with lots of cursing and hitting the walls. That made what would have been a very lovely stay very unsettling. At the front desk the employee was on the phone. Not a desk phone, but her personal cell phone. I didn't not hear what she was talking about, but it sure seemed more interesting than checking us into our room. When we did get checked in we got to the room to discover that the towels used by a previous guests were in a pile in the bathroom. A call to […] the front desk should have remedied this, but...she said she'd send up some towels but they never came. The shower didn't drain very fast. I don't know what was going on there. The sheets sets on the bed didn't seem to fit. The fitted sheet was fine, but the sheets themselves. We were in two double beds, but the sheets seemed to be for a twin??? It was perplexing how that happened. They weren't wide enough to actually cover the bed. But they were covered by a double blanket so one wouldn't notice until we crawled into bed. This hotel has gone downhill since our first visit 4 years ago. Every day of our recent stay they were out of something. The 1st evening the bar didn't have any limes. The 2nd evening one of the restaurants didn't have any milk! They didn't have regular coffee to replenish the in-room coffee pots; and they didn't replenish all of our towels or soaps. […] They didn't answer the phone when called to request coffee, towels, etc. The buffet-style bistro wasn't open during our stay, with no explanation. Their secure parking lot was full one evening, so we were routed around to another parking garage behind the hotel and the doors they told us to enter through were locked so we had to walk all the way around to get in. The doors on the closet were broken, one phone didn't work & one lamp didn't work. The 'local' TV station was out of Jacskon, Mississippi, 150 miles away, so we couldn't get a good weather forecast & The Weather Channel wasn't local for their 'Local on the 8s' forecast. もっと読む

There are not many choices for Downtown Baton Rouge. I have found this is the most economical one available. Easy access on and off I-10.

Basically right across the street from the Baton Rouge RiverCenter

On the second day's stay the room was not cleaned to satification. There was hair on the tub and the bathroom floor was not cleaned
