喫煙の部屋しか空いていないとのことで、非常に煙草臭い10階の部屋に宿泊。絨毯は非常に汚く、吐き気がするレベル。シャワーの水の出は悪く、生ぬるい湯しか出ない。古いタイプのエアコンは温度が調整できるタイプのものではなく、部屋が非常に寒い。ベットのシーツは取替えたのか分からないくらい、最初からしわくちゃ・・・。 チェックアウトの際は、フロントにホテルマンが1人しかいない。、前の客がクレームをつけており、長時間待たされ、非常にストレスがたまる。 エアポートシャトルは1時間おきで非常に不便。不安だったので、事前に2度も違うホテルマンに確認したが、2台同時にバスが出発するから荷物や人が多くても絶対に乗れると言われる。早朝5時40分に、20分前からロビーで待機していたが、荷物が多いから2台目のバスに乗れと言われる。結局、なぜか8人のアジア人と黒人だけ2台目のバスを待つ羽目に。明確に人種差別だと思った。バスは2～3分で来ると言われ、－10℃の外で待機。だが20分も待たされ、朝食の買出しと思われるバナナやパンを大量に積んでやっと来る。謝罪の言葉は一切無し。道路が凍結しており、空港に到着したのは6時45分すぎ。最悪なホテルだと思う。空港からほど近く、安かったのでこのホテルを選んだが、もう二度と泊まりたくない。 ホテル向かいにある南部料理の店には、目つきの悪い客が沢山いて睨まれ、怖かったのですぐに退店。I […] HOPは改装中で利用できず、マクドナルドしかなかった。 もっと読む

overall it was very good... very close to airport so you can actually hear all planes, if you have light sleep might be a problem. For an overnight stay before taking off it's perfect

Close to the USMLE CS testing center, decent gym, more than the regular continental breakfast. They just need more trash cans next to the elevator.

The room was clean, the free breakfast was good, fast access on and off the highway was a plus. Just not much around the hotel and not in a great area. The building was older although they have tried to update the lobby and rooms.

this hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, friendly, comfortable, close to the airport, includes breakfast and has an airport shuttle which will save you $20 to and from the airport. we recommend it!

As I enter the hotel was very clean area. And the staff was very nice and polite. A big plus was the 24 ihop next door. Not a great place to stay if looking for peace and quite. Location to the airport - Right there. But we enjoyed it because the kids loved watching the airplanes right out the balcony. Easy access to highway as well. For a vacation no, but for a short stay, as long as you don't need peace and quite to sleep - Yes.

Was fine for our first night arriving at the airport, we were in a room facing away from the Airport, but on the way back we were put in room 417 and it was very noisy .

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Alicia was more than good she was great and very helpful and kind, she went out of her way to help us from getting us razors to helping us find a resturant to eat at. I would stay here again, good hotel.

Hotel is located in a bad crime area. A lot teenagers were hanging out in the area and checking out the cars in the parking areas. I was worried for my car. Trash was pilled up in the 5th floor ice machine andsoda machine area for two days.

We enjoyed my stay for the cost. A few things that need to be change if 4 people are in a room please give them four set of towels not three and we had to ask the each day for more towels. Food was fine, but the cafe in front of the hotel had good food for a great price.

I enjoyed my stay very much! Bed was comfortable and room was clean....quite a pleasant stay for the price!!!

My room was clean and confortable. The staff was professional, very kind and helpful. Easy access from the Airport. It was one of the best places I have stayed, at a very reasonable price.

Front service desk very accomadating with special requests. Check in quick and convenient. Rom cleanliness fairly standard. Wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. I would stay there again in the future.

Yes, this hotel is convenient because it is close to the airport but I did not receive the quality I expected for the price. Next time, I will spend simply $10 more at another hotel in the area to have better accommodations . I just did not like the look/condition or location. Sorry.

My husband and I stayed because I had a flight at 7:30 AM and if you've ever tried to get through Atlanta coming from Canton you know how impossible it can be. My husband slept great. I barely slept. The hotel is an older hotel that has been refurbished. It is neat and clean and the staff very accommadating. However, I think the price is high in comparrison to the nicer hotels closer to the airport where I had stayed with my husband the week before.

Hotel is looking a little tired and is in need of an overhall. Lady on desk when i checked was plain miserable , though the lady when i checked out was very nice. Not up to the standards of other Best Western's I've stayed in. Very old and thread bare, and in need of up-dating. The bathroom fan did not work and the slider door leaked water in the rain. DEfinately would not recommend this hotel.

The positives: great rate, great access to the highway, lovely lobby, large room and great complimentary breakfast. The negatives: across the street from the airport = loud, loud, loud! Planes flying in day and night, the higher floor the louder it is. The floors need to be redone, the carpeting in the halls and room is very uneven so my young children […] kept tripping and falling. While at first that was comical it became annoying when I discovered it wasn't their clumsiness but the floors. Also, the area was not very nice. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful and having IHOP across the parking lot was nice. McDonald's is next door which was nice for the kids. Front staff friendly and helpful. Room ready even though it was very very late. Clean, a/c worked well, bed comfortable, good for money, used as pit stop for airport. Would go back and would recommend. Even breakfast was good :)

The hotel is ok, we need a place to stay overnight, good if you come late Ihop is right there. they have a small southern restaurant the food is ok, and is convinient.

close to airport. on site parking and free shuttle. clean. bed was super comfortable. not a nice neighborhood so plan on staying in.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations for the money. Clean outside and inside the Lobby. Desk personnel was attentive and very helpful with mapquest directions. This is a very convenient hotel for any South Atlanta/Airport Area/Forest Park biz concerns and the hotel staff is very proud of the brand image. The breakfast however was inedible and the beds are clearly lower tier quality. It's close, on par with the typical Tier 3 biz hotel and with just a few touches could step up to the next level.

I think the service was excellent and the rooms very clean but this location is probably not considered the best section of town in Atlanta. The shuttle service conveniently runs every 30 min 24hrs arround the clock so is very convenient for someone not renting a car and the price is good for someone needing a place to sleep before taking an early flight […] out or after coming in from a late flight which is exactly why we booked this hotel. We wanted a place to sleep so relatives in Dacula would not need need to wake up at 3:00 AM to drive us to airport or stay up late to pick us up. 24 hour dining is also available at IHOP accross the covered walkway from hotel. Everything was good.

I particularly appreciated the shuttle drivers who were exceptionally flexible and helpful. I was able to get everywhere I needed to at any time of day or night with very little waiting. That was very reassuring.

Exceptional for this price range. Good location and next to a 24 hour restaurant for late arrivals. Free parking for car travelers. Well appointed room with good desk and sitting area. Good breakfast with adequate seating apart from the hotel lobby. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Will stay there again.

The hotel was ok. The room had a moldy smell and I was in a room connected to another room to people I didn't know.
