このホテルのキングサイズ禁煙ルームに二度泊まったことがあります。 部屋はとても広くバスルームも綺麗ですし、シャンプーなども泡立ちが良いです。笑 また空港とホテルをつなぐ無料シャトルサービスが24時間あります。10分ほどしかかからないのでかなり便利です。 朝の4時のシャトルを女一人で利用しましたが、運転手の方も優しく(他のホテルの運転手ほど叫んだりもせず、落ち着いている印象があります)、またしっかりと30分おきに運転されているので安心です。 フロントの人たちはあまり親切な印象は受けませんが、チェックイン、チェックアウトにしか関わらないのであれば気にならない程度かと思います。 でも部屋は綺麗だし空港から近いので、評価は４です！

喫煙の部屋しか空いていないとのことで、非常に煙草臭い10階の部屋に宿泊。絨毯は非常に汚く、吐き気がするレベル。シャワーの水の出は悪く、生ぬるい湯しか出ない。古いタイプのエアコンは温度が調整できるタイプのものではなく、部屋が非常に寒い。ベットのシーツは取替えたのか分からないくらい、最初からしわくちゃ・・・。 チェックアウトの際は、フロントにホテルマンが1人しかいない。、前の客がクレームをつけており、長時間待たされ、非常にストレスがたまる。 エアポートシャトルは1時間おきで非常に不便。不安だったので、事前に2度も違うホテルマンに確認したが、2台同時にバスが出発するから荷物や人が多くても絶対に乗れると言われる。早朝5時40分に、20分前からロビーで待機していたが、荷物が多いから2台目のバスに乗れと言われる。結局、なぜか8人のアジア人と黒人だけ2台目のバスを待つ羽目に。明確に人種差別だと思った。バスは2～3分で来ると言われ、－10℃の外で待機。だが20分も待たされ、朝食の買出しと思われるバナナやパンを大量に積んでやっと来る。謝罪の言葉は一切無し。道路が凍結しており、空港に到着したのは6時45分すぎ。最悪なホテルだと思う。空港からほど近く、安かったのでこのホテルを選んだが、もう二度と泊まりたくない。 ホテル向かいにある南部料理の店には、目つきの悪い客が沢山いて睨まれ、怖かったのですぐに退店。I […] HOPは改装中で利用できず、マクドナルドしかなかった。 もっと読む

The hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable. Ken at the front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The only negative would have been the noise, but it is close to the airport so I expected that. Slept well anyway.

I have stayed here on more than one occasion and I love the ambience of this Hotel. It's interior is like a 50's Miami or L.A. look to it and is very cool. The rooms are huge and clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Was all great. Only thing was our late arrival to the hotel, with 4 sleepy kids, was prolonged 30 mins longer due to computer system update. We had to wait in our car to get our room key.

This hotel had everything we needed for our hotel stay before flying out of Atlanta. Great shuttle service, breakfast and wifi. We even ordered dinner in from the adjacent restaurant after a long day at the Masters and their food was delicious. I would definitely recommend and stay there again if I am ever in need of a place near Hartsfield.

This hotel is a comfort stay. We checked in after a tiring day. The receptionist was welcoming. She asked us for a room preference and We checked in within 10 minutes. The room was neat and pleasing with wall decors, flat tv, etc., The bathroom is clean and all the basic items are kept exactly where it should be. Great location. We always stay there the night before our flight. Shuttle service is super and parking rates reasonable. Breakfast also great. Special thanks to Dairris at front desk with help on the computer to print out boarding pass. This is third time we have used this hotel night befor our flight.

Our room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be recently remodeled, so the luggage rack and the hangers for the closet were missing. We tried to use the guest laundry, but there was only one washer, and another guest left their clothes in so long that we were never able to use the machine. Additional machines would be […] nice. Went to a concert at lakewood and this hotel was very clean and nice. It has a restraunt right beside it and was less than 5 miles to the venue. I would certainly stay there again.

I really liked the ease of the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast in the mornings. The reservation process was simple and quick, I was able to stay near the airport, and had a good night's rest.

If you need a hot shower with a clean and comfortable bed in the vicinity of ATL airport then this is a good Hotel worth considering. Our room was at the rear of the Hotel so there was very little aircraft noise, I think the front side might be a different story though.

Had a wonderful experience time with the hotel and staff. Room and view was amazing and loved having a balcony with a pretty good view overlooking the airport. Hands down will choose this hotel again if needing one in ATL in the future!

Very clean room!! Very nice room. There was no little card by the TV with the channels so you had to scroll through the channels to find what was there. Maybe there was a guide somewhere on the remote but I couldn't find it and so I had to scroll through all channels (and empty channels) to see what was there. That was my only issue...not much of an […] issue. The only other thing was that they have this really neat elevator that goes up the outside of the hotel and you can look out...it's really cool and the glass was kind of dirty and sticky looking but I am sure everyone touches it and mucks it up..that was the only part of the hotel that I found the least bit less than clean as a whistle.
