Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast was AMAZING. I was worried that with my food allergies, I wouldn't be able to find anything to eat, but they had an extensive enough breakfast that it was not a problem. Yes..I'd refer friends, and yes if in the Nashville, TN area would stay again ....The room itself was GREAT...The free breakfast is amazing!! The overall color scheme, appointments, are neat, clean, but honestly dated...vintage 10 to 15 years ago...with the maroon and turquoise colors every hotel has these days..old! The bell boy / staff left my valeted […] Jeep in front of the hotel overnight rather than parking and locking it secure (I had gifts inside.) The hotel also charged me for drinks I did not drink..I called them and they corrected this. if I had not inspected my bill, I would have paid for these drinks on my bill. Very nice hotel for the price.

Excellent hotel!!! I stay there whenever possible. The room was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious as usual and that is a big reason i stay there!!!!

The breakfast offered to all guests was a nightmare. Too few tables for amount of guest staying in hotel. Every hot item on island buffet bar was cold and flavorless. Long waiting line for made to order eggs. Many items were always empty. Except for the 2 cooks in the made to order line moved around very slowly. Very bad breakfast and is one of the […] reasons we choose to stay at Embassy Suites. Also the pool and hot tub are both undersized for the amount of guests in the hotel. Pool is cloudy, hot tub is too hot, tiles around pool area always wet and very slippery and dangerous. Had to go ask for the towels to be resupplied. Very large hotel with nice decor and a great corporate location. Even has laundry facilities on the 8th floor for long term guests.

We rented this room to hold a birthday party for our daughter, we had given them a head up letting them know that we would have about 15 kids in the pool, they were fine with that. They even had an area blocked off for us to sit in, we ordered their pizza and it was delicious, they were very accomodating.

Check in took only 2 minutes. Great staff, friendly and professional. Our stay was very pleasant and would definitely go back!

Great stay! The Managers reception and hotel bar/restaurant staff were very friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and updated “no flat screen” This is our annual valentines stay and will do it again next year!

This was a very nice hotel. I got a lot more than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. A great getaway.

Customer service, desk personnel, concierge, etc. at this hotel are very pleasant and helpful, remembering why you are there and speaking with you during your stay. In addition, your wait staff in your restaurant are very pleasant, even when crowded, busy, and doing for others. We had a wonderul 2 days and will come again!

The tremendous breakfast buffet with made-to-order omlettes and manager's reception help to offset some of this hotel's nightly rate. Highly recommend.

This is probably the sixth time I've stayed in this hotel and I must say that it was a very nice overnighter. Glad to say no conventions of minors this time.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel but a word to the wise..........please make sure there are no conventions or large groups of children are attending. It was ridiculous. I couldn't even come out of my room without kids running up and down the halls. If there are no children conventions there, here's your place to stay.

The bellmen/couriers were very friendly and helpful.

Great location if you are looking to stay in Franklin. Very large rooms were great! Complementary breakfast was nice.
