BARTの駅に近く利便性がよいし、フロントの方がいろいろな情報を教えてくれて非常に役に立ちました。部屋はそれなりに広く快適です。朝9時行ったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。外が少し騒がしいことが少し気になりました。

これまでマリオットに泊まることが多かったが、日航も結構いい。お金はかかるが、プールがいい。サービスはいい加減で日系ホテルのきめ細かさはない。

The location was fantastic, staff were VERY helpful, and the old-school elevator was the greatest thing ever. There were NO bedbugs like some others have claimed, the room was clean with a personal bathroom, fridge, WI-FI and microwave. Overall a great stay, especially if you are travelling on business or alone.

３泊しましたが、あらゆる意味で満足度が高かったです。まず、現地に朝着いて、まず荷物だけ預けようとホテルに直行したところ、そのままチェックインさせてもらえたのがありがたかったです。部屋は清潔に整えられていて、一人なら充分くつろげる広さ。ベッドが寝心地よく、よく休めました。マーケット・ストリートから少し入ったところで、足回りもよく、夜遅くなっても治安の面で不安を感じることもありませんでした。また宿泊したいと思います。

ほかの方も書いているように、駅からの坂がちょっときつかったですが、サンフランシスコの坂の中ではましなほうだったということが後からわかりました。 レンタカーやタクシーについての問い合わせにもとても丁寧に対応してもらえたし、フロントを通るたびに、軽い会釈をしてくれたり、とても気持ちよく滞在できました。 ただ一点、無料のwifiは電波の強さがいまいちでしたね。 ホテルwifiってのはあんなもんなんでしょうか。 部屋は予想していたより広く、ベッドも程よいスプリングでとても満足でした。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

この料金でこのレベルの部屋とはびっくり！ 口コミでの評価の高さで泊まってみたのだが大正解。 ちなみに、最初通された部屋は、シャワーのみだったので、フロントに訴えて、バスタブつきの部屋に代えてもらった（もちろん料金は変わらず）。 難点をあえてあげるとすれば、ユニオンスクエアから北へ２ブロックながら最後のワンブロックがかなりの急坂なこと。坂が嫌いな人はつらいかも＆歩きやすい靴をおすすめします。 WiFiもフリーだし（ただし速度はやや遅い）、言うことなし。これからの定宿にします。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

The hotel is on Bush, if it were one block South, on Sutter, it would be slightly better, but overall it's in a good safe location (though as you wander towards the tenderloin it gets seedy). If you a desire a simple (no pool, limited work-out room) hotel, the Orchard is terrific. The staff is friendly, location great for walking to things around central SF and the rooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed. Probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at, whatever they did as far as preventing sound from traveling from room to room they did a good job at. A very nice boutique hotel with outstanding staff, good downtown location. Great for business, a 15 minute cab ride from the waterfront. If you can't take hills, SF is not the place to go walking; I walked one evening to Filmore St to the Sheba Cafe for jazz and Ethiopian food and got a pretty good aerobic workout (but the food and music made it worthwhile). […] Breakfast was good but not great; coffee was very good (always important for me), eggs and toast good, but bacon was overdone and fresh fruit was unripe. The room is large/the beds are plush/the pillows too/the staff was so much more than accommodating....they were knowledgeable, interested in how our days were going/ and went beyond the call of duty for several of our requests. "Deserve to stay in for pleasure or business"

We paid a deposit and apparently was suppose to get a slip and the person at the front desk didnt give us one. We ended up having to pay the shuttle company more when we arrived at the airport.
