Location was perfect for our business trip. Next to Ford KTP plant and the next day on to Cincinnati.

The room was BEAUTIFUL and the bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. We even stripped the sheets off so we could see what brand it was! The staff was super nice and helpful! The only downsides were that the pool was cold, the hot tub wasn't hot, and the breakfast didn't really have many options if you are dealing with food allergies. Very friendly people, clean room, nice breakfast, and right across the road from Wal-Mart. Will stay there again. Lots of restaurants within minutes of hotel.

This was a great location right off a major highway and near a Walmart and a few restaurants. Just a few exits away from shopping. The hallways were a bit worn down, but the sleeping room was great! Was a little worried given the other reviews that were posted in the past but this hotel was absolutely top notch!! The desk clerk was very friendly and even let us check in just a few minutes early without a charge. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. We did not buy the breakfast buffet but the area where it was set […] up was very clean and relaxing. The coffee in the lobby was fresh and hot and very good. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and in a nice location. Would definitely go back to this hotel and stay when my daughter has her baby (my second granddaughter) in December!! the hotel was dirty staff not friendly and every night that we stayed when we came in for the evening we had to go to the front desk to get a new key card to let us in . when the manger was told he said oh well that happens some times . will not stay there again.

We chose this location (Hotel) because of our wanting to go to nearby Costco (shopping). Our main reason was to attend our granddaughters graduation at Uof L. We have had good experiences with Holiday Inn in the past. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, all around pleasant stay.

The stay was pleasant until checkout, then the desk clerk, a middle aged man of middle eastern decent, insisted we had taken room for two nights instead of one,after telling him three times we had only taken room for one night. Had to show him the confirmation room number to prove to him it was only one night. I found the clerk extremely rude.

Wonderful hotel experience. The room was extravagant and well maintained. Amenities were nice, although the hot tub jets were inop. Wonderful stay experienced.

This hotel was nice and we will probably stay here again. I don't mean to sound overly critical, but, things to improve include a slight step up in cleanliness in the bathroom, a desk chair that didn't pitch me back when I sit in it, realistic pool hours (closing at 10pm stinks when you just got there at 7 and still have to eat dinner somewhere) and […] lowering the chlorine content in the pool. I realize that you are trying to protect us from bacteria but when it burns the eyes without even going underwater it is too strong. Also, there were no signs indicating that there was a hotel in this location. If it weren't for our reservation and our GPS, there's no way we would have even noticed or found it. From start to end the customer service personnel were pleasant and efficient...just not warm and friendly. The hotel appeared clean and neat, decor was nice. Internet service was johnny on the spot. The only oddity to the stay was the tissue stuffed into the hotel room door's peephole.
