Very nice hotel. the room was clean and well appointed. the king bed left something to be desired, but it is a hotel. the free breakfast was great and included hot items like eggs, sausage, french toast and even biscuts with gravy. i would certainly consider staying there again.

When I walked into my room it was wonderful.... Clean smelled nice... I was amazed with customer service....they went out there way to provide me with everything I needed

Top notch linens, very clean and the room had everything we needed...great decor as well....We like it so much we booked again for our return trip back home.

I reserved the Lg. Room 1 King Non Smoking room that said it included a kitchen. The reason I reserved this particular room is that I was moving out of our home and needed a place to stay with my daughter so I'd be able to cook her meals, make her lunches for school, etc. until we left the area for our new home. I was impressed with the size of the […] room, especially the bathroom and closet space, and the hotel itself seemed very nice. However, I was amazed and extremely disappointed when I looked through the kitchen and found NOTHING in it. Not one dish, piece of cookware, drinking glass, not even a fork or spoon. I called the front desk that night, and spoke with the manager the next morning, and was told both times that they provided nothing for the kitchen. How is that possible?!? How could you say you had a kitchen in a hotel room but provide the guests nothing to use in the room? Do they think that a traveler would actually go out and buy plates, cups, silverware and a pot/pan to use in the kitchen they'll be in for only a few days? I was handed syrofoam plates and bowls, plastic utensils, and paper cups and was told that would be equivalent to what would have been in the room anyway. In my mind, it was still unacceptable. If I hadn't paid for the room in advance, I would have left and not stayed another night. VERY disappointed in this hotel. もっと読む

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The first room smelled like a stale cigaret, they switched us to another room no hassle. The room was clean and neat could not ask for better, met all expectations.

The room was very nice. The "Happy Hour" was a very nice touch. The bed was very comfortable - slept very well.

THE PEOPLE AT THIS HOTEL GAVE EXCELLANT SERVICE.THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

I stayed here with my 2 young daughters who are the critics who matter.They gave The Wingate an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up-wonderful staff,room very comfortable,beautiful pool and hot tub that fortunately must not have appealed to the other guests.A short walk to The Riverside Dinner Theater to have lunch and watch Cinderella.Fun weekend here.

Hotel is great! Breakfast not so much! Waffles good everything else, BLAND! The attendant for the breakfast area was also very rude! Will stay here again but will go out to breakfast.....

Followed by a happy hour (minimal) and complimentary breakfast (good spread). Spotless hotel and good service at a great price.

First time using this hotel. Would recommend it for a night stay and longer. Hotel employees were always kind and helpful. Rooms were well kept and roomy. The room was very nice and quite comfortable. The staff was professional and extremely accommodating. I would normally expect to pay twice as much for a hotel of that quality… what a deal!

We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!

Hotel was fine, breakfast was different each morning which provided variety. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I am in the burg again. The only thing I didn't understand but did not ask about was that i had reserved a king size bed and was in a room with two doubles instead but I didn't really mind.

This was an overnight stay, but I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. The room I had was VERY spacious and comfortable.Well worth the price as well.

Ourt stay in this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room and bath was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, the room was spacious and the staff was very accommodating. The area surrounding the hotel has everything you need, food, shopping and gas stations. Next trip to the area will be in this hotel.

For the price the hotel was everything needed and more. Would definately stay there again.

Very personable staff. friendly and pleasant. Wedding was held the second night, but no noise could be heard in our rooms. Very clean pool. Rooms very nice. Would stay there anytime.

Our stay at Wingate was above average. The property had a great location , clean rooms and a friendly staff.

Hotel in poor condition: pool water green and cloudy, jaccuzzi dirty and out of order, copier in guest business center broken. Poor service and staff insensitive to guest 's needs. Posted extra charges that were not mentioned at time of check in.

For the most part we were very satisfied with our stay. The morning breakfast was was quite good. It saved us time and money. The front desk staff was hot and cold. The two gentelmen that checked us in were great. They gave us outstanding customer service. As for the rest of the staff, they have yet to speek to anyone, not just our party, but to anyone. […] A business is only as good as the people that work there and they need help. Another thing that upset us was that the hot tub was out of order. If steps were being made to correct it, it was not noticable. After a long day one looks forward to relaxing. The hotel was near historical Landmarks. There is a target across the way for any last minute items that were left at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. They had different entree's daily in addition to the norm muffins, cereals, waffles, juices, ect. They true are true to their advertisement. I traveled with two […] children, and they enjoyed the indoor pool as I enjoyed the hot tub. There are two computers for guest use (limited 25 min). Really nice! Nice price thru hotels.com! Traffic on interstate not to good back up all the time!

Everything was amazing except the pool was green! We couldn't figure out why but other than that it was a great stay!

The front desk couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful - from recommending local restaurants, historical sites and even printing our e-tickets. Complimentary breakfast is good. A office with two PC's and printers is available.
