I have stayed at the Sharjah Rotana several times, and it is always very nice and comfortable. The rooms are clean, crisp white linens on the beds, and clean bathrooms. The one […] down-side is the location. It is a little out of the way if you're wanting to explore Dubai, but if you don't mind a little bit of a drive then it's not a big deal. friendly but non professional staff, overbooked rooms and were unable to locate my second room,gave a non sense answers, however i recommend this hotel if improvements is done. very considerate general manager.

The hotel is situated in a lively neighbourhood. Very friendly and effective working reception staff. The room is big but dated. The room, bathroom and linnen are clean! The gym and steamroom are nice, staff is very helpful and friendly. We got complimentary breakfast which was of very good quality! in general my stay was good

We just had a short time to book this hotel, so I guess the location was our biggest mistake. Apart from that it was an ok hotel, nothing special in either direction. Not my first choice if I would stay again, but no big problems either.

Positives: Excellent service. Friendly staff. Affordable, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast (complimentary) buffet was excellent. The gym/spa was good, and the pool was clean. Just a few issues: 1. Despite cleanliness of the room, there was a faint smell of smoke in our room. They really should separate smoking and non-smoking […] rooms. 2. There is a shuttle to Dubai mall that leaves at 9:30 am which is excellent, but the return shuttle is at 2:30 pm. Hotellet ligger bra till, är du lite nyfiken på kulturen finns mycket att se på gångavstånd. Hotellets personal är mycket vänliga och servicinriktade. Men om alkohol är ett viktigt inslag i din semester är det inte tillåtet i hela Emiratet Shardja på något hotell, resturang eller bar . Det är inte som lag trode

Godt hotel i et lidt slidt, men charmerende miljø Perfekt og venlig betjening, og fin morgenmad. Var der kun en nat, men kommer gerne igen.
