I would stay here again- easy check-in, clean and updated rooms. The breakfast bar after was a bit expensive, but overall a nice central location in Hyannis that I would recommend to my friends.

If you want to be near a mall and fast food places, this is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. If you are on vacation looking for more open spaces and a beach, this is not the one.

My girls and I have been staying here over the past few year. We love the pool and the beds are extremely comfortable. Not too crazy about the new restaurant.

The new breakfast concept comes with slow service and little organization. Basic utensils such as forks, knives and napkins were not easily available, and had to be asked for multiple times. Overall, the hotel was fairly clean and just OK for the price.

we had a very nice stay. the room was very clean. the people were really nice. I left my knitting there by mistake. thay were nice enough to mail it to me, I would go there again anytime

They obviously just did a major renovation to the lobby of this hotel, but the rooms are dated, worn and dirty. Shower curtain had mold on it. Need I say more?

Very clean, professional staff, quiet , Good breakfast, right next to Cape Cod Mall so very convienient for shopping, Movie theater at the Mall,which is good because there are not any movies available on the TV. Restaurants abound nearby. I would recommend "Not your Average Joes" at the mall for lunch/dinner.

We stayed one night over school vacation. I wish we had stayed 2 or 3 nights. Hotel will be great once lobby remodel is completed. Hotel does need a bar, even a small lounge would have been great. Pool was fantastic.

The heat and fan cycled on and off very loudly all night. The tv kept reverting to snow and was not easy to get to cable. We incurred no extra charges but they insisted my husband check out at the desk which made us late for an appointment.

It's a good hotel room. I'm fussier than most. It's typical. I usually like to stay at Marriots, nicer Sheraton's, etc. They're pretty standard with the variables being service and cleanliness. This hotel is good-I've never had any problems and have stayed there 15-20 times.

Loved our stay. Friendly accommodating front desk and staff. Loved being able to walk to the Mall and the Christmas Tree Shop. Relaxing weekend by the pool.

Very glacial welcome at the front desk; the bed was not as comfortable as most are in better hotels; doors do not cut enough the noise.

We took our three children for a mini long weekend vacation. The hotel was in fabulous condition. The beds were extremely comfortable.
