My husband and I only stayed one night. The man at the front desk was friendly. The first thing we looked for after checking in was an ELEVATOR, which they didn't have. Don't expect a flat screen tv, they only had regular box tv's with bad tv connection or something. King size bed was nice, sheets were clean but we always bring our own sheets and pillows. […] I think the worse thing about our room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I found someone else's hair in the bathtub and on the towels,very disgusting!! For a single night's stay, it was a good hotel for the money. I think the hotel needs to invest in some new linens and towels. The sheets were worn and frayed and the towels were gray and dingy.

To begin with the odor in the lobby was sickening, we had traveled more than 600 miles and it was late so we stayed this was only the beginning of the most awful hotel stay in my 50+years of living. Clerk said it was because they had expired because we had been gone so long, really...air conditioner was blowing hot air when we came in at midnight, asked about it and since it was holiday they had no one to look at it, told to just make sure the heater part of air unit was not on, again really...Around 4 am woke to no air unit had completely quit, tried everything off on unplugged it had reset on plug in tried nothing worked, called desk no answer,went to desk no one there. Started packing finally took shower after everything packed told person at front desk and she shugged it off. I prefer the hotels that have gotten away from a comforter up around the pillows. I do not like the idea of folks I do not know on my pillow! Overall the motel was clean and the staff was friendly, however beware it's in an extremely bad location. Some very questionable characters walking about and we did not feel safe anywhere outside the motel.

I got a great deal on this room so I can't really say I expected much but I was disappointed with the 3.5 star rating as I dont think that was accurate. When we entered the hotel, we stood at the front desk for 10 minutes and no one was there. I ended up calling the hotel from my cell, while standing at the front desk. When we got into the room the blankets were stained as well as the towels and the entire bathroom was dirty. Good stay for the most part. Room was clean and comfortable. Felt like I needed to watch my car all night. Cleaning crew could be smelled 10 ft away (suppose its not an easy job but BO is treatable) and the carpet on steps going upstairs was next to black from dirt (suppose it wasnt lite real well).

We had to dust the webs on the ceiling and spray the shower. The air conditioner was replaced and still failed (it was a week at high 90's temperature). The room had a terrible foul smell. Thankfully we spent the minimum amount of time in it, sleep, which was quite a test of endurance. I guess if you're young, you can handle it.
