The owners of the hotel are working on painting, renovation, and fixing up things. There was new outdoor furniture, a nice view from the balcony. The room had a tile floor, and was clean and newly painted. The bathroom fixtures are old, but worked well, and the room was clean. Where to start? Location is 1/2 block from beach and that is a nice plus. The staff is very friendly. The surrounding area has quite a few abandon hotels, I felt safe walking in the area though. The hotel itself is older and run-down. The room itself was clean and quite large with two double beds (not king or queen). The matresses were older and soft. […] It had a full kitchen with stove and oven, microwave and full refrigerator. The floor is tile. We did have a family with a child living in the unit next to us and it was a bit noisy. There is free underground parking, also a plus for being so close to the beach. friendly staff, great location and decent cleanliness and amenities for an older hotal make this well woth the price!

Close to the Bonnet House and Hugh Taylor Birch state park and a few steps to the ocean.

Excellent location, Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms just 1 block from the beach.

Owners were amazingly friendly! Room was small, but clean. Hotel was right on the beach and there was garage for your car. So: PERFECT!!! Tulimme hotellille vasta iltakymmemnen tienoilla. Respassa omistajapoika tarjosi meille ensimmäisenä oluet. Kun kysyin mahdollisesti auki olevaa kauppaa ostaaksemme pullon punkkua ja pientä syötävää, hän kertoi, […] ettei lähikauppa ole enää auki, mutta pojan isä tarjosi meille punkkupullon omasta viinikellaristaan! Hän halusi tarjota sen, eikä siis ottanut meiltä vastaan maksua! Huoneemme oli pieni, mutta puhdas ja viihtyisä kaikkine väreineen. Ilmastointi oli tosi äänekäs eikä siitä juuri ollut hyötyä, mutta me viihdyttiin hyvin. Pihalla oli kiva allasalue ja rantaan oli matkaa puoli korttelia! Lisäksi hotellin kellarissa oli parkkipakka vuokra-autollemme. Kadulle parkkeeraaminen olisikin ollut silkka mahdottomuus. Iltakävelyllä kävimme katselemassa Fort Lauderdalen ökypaatteja, taloja jne. Lille hyggeligt hotel, som har en rigtigt god placering kun 100 m fra stranden. Kvaliteten af hotellet er fint i forhold til den billige pris. Personalet er rigtig flinke og hjælpsomme.
