even though our room was a non smoking room it did have a slight smell of smoke....when we turned the air conditioning on, ashes blew out.

It's near to the highway and there's a nice restaurant call Common Man nearby. Take the pub menu, it's cheaper than the diner menu. The pizza and the crab cake is good.

Very comfortable and easy to get to.

A great hotel to stay over the Christmas holidays. The grandkids came for a swim before we checked out and we had the pool all to ourselves.

The two good things about this hotel. 1. coin laundry. easy to use. very needed after a week on the road with teenagers. 2. free internet and a computer area with a printer to use., no restrictions. . The hotel is very basic but clean. The breakfast comes out of a box The reception staff blatantly hate their job

Clean room, comfortable bed lots of pillows. Front desk woman was nice and helpful. we asked and she suggested the "Common Man" restaurant down the road. Common Man was good but a bit on the pricy end and service was not super great and the place was hot inside. The hotel was very acceptable.

Nice pool, continental breakfast, and friendly hotel staff who helped me order dinner from a local restaurant were all features that would cause me to return to this very nice Best Western.

Based on the stars rating I did not expect much from this hotel so I set my standard low. However, I was very surprised how nice and clean this hotel was. The staff was GREAT! Very friendly and willing to help. Great indoor pool, the kids had a great time using it. The price was more than reasonable for what we got. Thank you!.

I put my brother and his wife and their grandson in this hotel,they loved it! Heated pool and jacuzzi!! He said the staff were GREAT! Enjoyed the free breakfast. The room was perfect for the 3 of them would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making my family's stay a pleasant one!

Only stayed for one night. Room was clean & big. Pool area nice. Hottub was very foamy. Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure. People were very friendly. Very clean and easy to get to. Staff very friendly.

Yulie, was terrificm hotel breakfast staff great. Bedding was disgusting, Pillows old and uncomfortable. Shame on BEST Western. Best part of stay was dinner at the Common Man.

We can't say enough about this motel. Room was large and comfortable. The desk staff and breakfast staff were just as pleasant and accomodating. The continental breakfast was fantastic. We will stay there again when we visit our family in NH.

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Overall happy experience.

The only issue I had with my stay is that I was on the second floor and could here the people walking around in the room above me. As this happens at my apartment, I am very used to it, but it was a tad annoying...

Our stay at the Best Western in Concord NH was very enjoyable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here on our next visit and highly recommend it to others.

This place was quite nice actually for the price wife and I paid, it exceed our expectations. Kudos to the front desk staff that allowed us to check in well earlier than what the hotel specifies as the check in time! Big big positive in my book!! Room was clean and comfy. Bed sheets were also on the newer-clean end and very comfy. Bathroom was spotless […] clean. Only negative was the pool and hot-tub closing at 10 p.m. on a weekend (Saturday)!! Considering there are no lifeguards regardless of the time you go to the pool or hot tub, why close it so early? Especially on a weekend? We spent five days in New Hampshire looking at possible retirement cities and towns - in particular Concord. We spent four nights at the Best Western in mid-March, when we hoped to see NH at its most challenging. It snowed twice, and the temperatures were brisk, so we were not disappointed. The hotel is located just off I-93, and is close to Main Street […] and downtown Concord. We found the hotel to be convenient and a good bargain as well. The free breakfast was especially good, with hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles) in addition to the run-of-the-mill continental fare that we have found in other similar hotels. Our only complaint about the breakfast room is that the TV was distractingly loud. We would have preferred silence. The staff we encountered was uniformly friendly and well informed. The room itself was well appointed and large enough for us and all our stuff, and we made use of the free internet, microwave and fridge. Unfortunately, the bed we had could have been more comfortable, but we had no complaints at all about the hotel's overall cleanliness, comfort, and quiet. From the time we arrived until the time we departed the staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than adequate, I have paid for breakfast that wasn't as good. The fitness room while not large was well maintained and clean. The picture made the pool seem no larger than a wading pool and while not huge it was large enough to swim […] in. The Best Western Concord Inn and Suites was a very convenient location from which to travel in many directions. The White Mountains, Atlantic Ocean and Boston/Salem are all convenient day trips from the Inn. It was clean, staff was very helpful and our stay was wonderful. We'd recommend it to those headed to Concord!

Very helpful and accomodating staff at front desk. Hotel is right beside I-93, so the tire symphony is quite loud on that particular side. We asked to be moved to the back and they took care of that immediately and without question. Complimentary breakfast is decent enough, rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room was clean. It had everything we needed and was fine for the price. Friendly desk person. Liked that it had a workout room.

For the price I paid for the hotel, I was expecting good, but not great conditions. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the refridgerator and microwave and sink in the room. Not many hotels have that luxury in a standard room. The room was very big and comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. This hotel totally exceeded my expectations for what I paid for it.

Clean, close to everything. Super breakfast- waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, muffins, bagles and more.

When I checked in, the promised WiFi service didn't work in my room. I had to bring my laptop to the lobby to get internet access. The night manager (Mike) addressed the problem even though it was 10PM, rebooting the entire hotel system and even bringing his own laptop to my room to fix the problem.
