Very nice and friendly hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Close to the railway station. I can really recommend this hotel.

We found the staff was so helpful & friendly. The room was very clean & the buffet breakfast was just awesome. Overall there is nothing negative about our stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend to others & would use Elite hotels elasewhere if they are all the same quality.

Our room was extremely spacious and centrally located. My only complaint was that we stayed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed (as were most restaurants in the area,) but the recptionist tried to help us find another restaurant. I used 3 different online booking sites for this trip and the outcome with Hotels.com was THE best! The quality of the hotel was the highest of the 3 while the price was the lowest! I got lucky!!!

Wonderful location very near the Sweden end of the Oresund Bridge. The entrance is between the buildings on the cobblestone walkway (it was confusing at first). The parking garage was spacious with plenty of manuevering room just like USA standard parking garages. The hotel serves a very nice breakfast. The front desk personnel are very accommodating and helpful. The room's are comfortable and clean, but without air conditioning in summer it gets a bit stuffy. Great Location. Located across the street from the train station and one block from city hall. No air conditioning which is typical for Europe. Rooms overlooked canal and main street great view however it was too noisy to open the windows for air during the night. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Elite Residens in Malmo for 11 nights in August-September, 2009 due to a wedding in our family. There were others in our family group staying there as well, taking an additional four rooms. The staff were always extremely helpful to us--very friendly and professional. The hotel decor is lovely. The room was a good size, clean, […] and quite comfortable, except for the desk chair which was more of a short-backed dining chair and not comfortable for working very long at the desk. Wireless internet is included but you have to provide a new username and password (which they will happily give you as often as you need) every three hours to stay connected--that was annoying. The included-breakfast was a full, Scandinavian breakfast with a wide selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, bread, cereals, crackers, etc. Delicious. The location is excellent--across the street and canal from the central train station, and within walking distance to the old city and numerous squares for shopping and eating. The only real down-side was that our room opened to a busy street and, like most hotels in Malmo, there was no air conditioning, so on warm nights with the window open, it was quite noisy. Most nights are cool though in Malmo, and the hotel does provide fans if requested, so we were able to adjust. It is a nice quiet hotel. The rooms are nice and large, there is plenty of space to unpack all your belongings without being crowed out! Jag brukar bo på Savoy när jag är i Malmö men denna gång var det fullt och jag hittade detta alternativ som faktisikt ligger i samma kvarter som Savoy. Hotellet ligger dolt på en bakgata men nära till stortorget. Trevlig personal men ingen matservering förutom frukost. Små rum för att vara sk. Deluxe. Svårt att parkera i närheten utan att få böter. Vi fick 800:- under den tid det tog att checka in och få ett parkeringkvitto på P-garage som ligger precis invid hotellet. Pænt hotel - godt, stille værelse. Morgenmaden også ok. Ligger centralt ved togforbindelse og gå-gade i Malmø - alt i alt et godt køb.

Nergånget hotell med känsla av att komma tilbaka till slutet av 80-talet. Först blev vi placerade i ett rum i ett konferancerum. Extrakubben i skåpet var använd.

Vähän oli viileää huoneessa, mutta muuten erittäin hyvä hotelli sekä sijainnilta, laadulta että palvelulta!

+läget, i city, nära stationen +ångbastu, dock gemensam +utcheckning kl 18 (!) - ett litet hotell - ganska enkel frukost, saknade bl a pannkakor... - personalen hade inte superkoll på sevärdheter, öppettider etc. -inget gym

rigtigt fint hotel, som ligge lige i gå afstand til centrum.

Elite hotel residens ligger lige i starten af strøget, men gemt lidt væk, så der er ikke meget støj. Det ligger helt genialt, når man har små børn med, der hurtigt får trætte ben. Tre min fra banegården og lige ved butikker og cafeer. Helt bestemt et hotel jeg vil vælge igen

Rummet skulle vara tillgängligt från kl 14.00 men var inte det. Vi bad om ett rum mot gården men när vi kom för incheckning senare på kvällen var alla sådana rum upptagna. Vi hade fått löfte vid bokningen om två enkelsängar men rummet hade en smal sliten dubbelsäng med en grop i mitten. När vi checkade ut ville de ta betalt av oss en gång till trots […] att rummet var betalt i förväg. Uselt! もっと読む

Super skønt hotel - dejligt værelse, dejlig beliggenhed, dejlig morgenmad og flinke receptionister. Vi havde en dejlig weekend i Malmö :)

Fine værelser, god morgenmadsbuffet, venligt personale. Det har alt man har brug for et weekendophold.

Hotellet ligger väldigt nära centralstationen och nära stora torget i Malmö. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och serviceminded. Rummet var rymligt, dock hade man en gammeldags hårfön (dammsugarsladd) men det gick att låna en vanlig i receptionen. Frukosten var rätt standard men tyvärr plockades det inte undan när gäster gick så det stod mycket smutsig […] porslin på borden vilket inte gav ett trevligt intryck. Rent og fint rom, og badet var relativt stort. Ene sengen og kontorstolen var tydelig nedligget/nedsittet, men ellers var alt i god stand. Kort vei til jernbanestasjon og det meste av sentrum i Malmø.

Hotellet låg perfekt om man kommer med tåg. Det ligger nära centrum frukosten var mycket god.
