We are very unhappy, that Hotels .com didn't advice us , that the pool ,was damaged & was not avalible!! The problem occured , the week before we arrived at hotel. Staff went above and beyond for any requests or questions we had during our stay. Rooms are clean, newer, updated with western theme. Beds were very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast consisted of omelets one day and scramble eggs the next,along with all other continental amenities. Great place, easy access to local attractions.

Its in a great location, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we tossed and turned all night and the walls were pretty thin; we could hear our neighbors just having a conversation.

Was a quick holiday trip and even though Keystone was a bit of a ghost town due to it being November and off season, you cannot beat the location! Close to all we had planned to do. Our stay was great, the beds comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. Good variety of food!

There was a hick up where the didn't hold our room since we were a little late but they were able to quickly fix it and provide us with the type of room we had originally booked. Other than that the room was decent and the location perfect. The breakfast was nice too.

Great hotel, our room just happened to smell a little musty. The carpet must have gotten wet and needed a steam cleaning. Otherwise no complaints.
