総合的には満足しているが、ホテルが横長の建物で中央にレセプションがあるため、角部屋となった今回は、いちいちたくさんの扉を通り、部屋まで行く必要があった。しかも部屋のキーが2日目に機能せず、再度レセプションまで戻らないといけない羽目となった。部屋の設備としては、部屋に冷蔵庫・金庫がないのが残念。

空港から、ホテルを循環するバス（有料）の他に無料の空港循環バスもありました。 夜遅くの到着でレストランは閉まっていましたが、パブでそれなりの食事がとれました。

ホテルはとても空港から近く、ホテルホッパを使わずとも、無料の赤バスで5分ほど（一番最初の停留所で下りました）で近くのバス停に着いてしまいます。ただ、私がチェックインしたのは夜遅く、バス停からホテルまで知っていれば徒歩1分なのですが、暗くてわかりずらづらかった。バス停のある道路は表通りにホテルが並んでいるのですが、ホリディインは道を一本奥に入っていくのです。看板はあったのですが、その看板にすぐ気付けませんでした。それさえ分かれば場所もホテル自体も満足いくものでした。一つ不満があるとすれば、お湯を沸かすポットが汚かったです。中はぬるぬるしていて、ちゃんと洗ってないことがすぐにわかりました。それ以外はお部屋も広くて、とてもくつろぐことができました。また利用してもいいと思うホテルです。ありがとうござ […] いました。 もっと読む

外観に比べ、ロビーは綺麗に改装されており部屋や水回りもこぎれいです。売店などはないし徒歩圏内に店などもありませんが、空港エリアということもあり、宿泊客は乗り継ぎ旅客がメインだと思いますので、何の不自由もなかったです。ロビーにあるパブでちょこっと飲めました。 空港とホテル間はHoppaという有料の連絡バスで行き来しますが、ほかのホテルに立ち寄るので、近いわりには時間がかかりました。

朝６時前のcourtesy　ｂｕｓに乗るつもりで朝食もとらずチェックアウトをしようとして、前日のビール代等をクレジッドカードで払おうとしたらクレジットカードの表面の接触が悪くＰＩＮコードがうまく読み取れず、結局サインでクレジットカードで払った。その後バスを待って乗ったものの、運転手にチケットはといわれ、前の晩バスの時間は聞いたものの有料だとはしらされずにいたので、それを知らずに乗ってしまったので、すでに持ち合わせのポンドが料金に足りず、ユーロで払おうとしらだめだといわれ、手荷物を載せたままホテルの機械でチケットを同じカードで買おうとしたが、その前同様機械がＰＩＮコードを読み取れず、あわてて１０ユーロ札を窓口でポンドに両替頼むもののそこの機械でチケットを買えとか、なんだかんだと両替をしようとし […] てくれない。結局バスの運転手にせかされ、他のバスに乗っている人を遅らせるわけにもいかず、バスに乗せた手荷物をおろさざるおえなかった。その後カウンタの別の男の人がなんとか両替に応じてくれたものの、その対応には非常に腹立たしいものがあった。 もっと読む

部屋は一応合格点であるが、夕食と朝食がホテルのレベルより値段が高すぎる。周辺にレストランがないので仕方なく食べざるを得なかった。内容も悪い。もう少し値段を安くするか、質を高める必要がある。

Excellent apart from the fire alarm going off but thankfully the staff were very quick and efficient in getting us all out to safety and we were back in our room as soon as it was safe to do so.

The hotel was easy to find by car. The staff were very welcoming & helpful. The hotel was very modern & clean. The room was actually quite large & nicer than we've had in previous airport hotels, with all the usual tea & coffees, bath essentials like shampoo, provided. This hotel is an old Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean, and the front desk and restaurant are well run and helpful. One major compaint: The small full-size bed had an actual trough on the side next to the phone. Bedding was clean and nice, but they really need new mattresses since most people go there to sleep before a morning flight.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only stayed overnight for early morning connection so can't comment on neighbourhood, but very close to airport. Would definitely use this hotel again if staying at Heathrow.

Close to Heathrow Airport, and extremely handy when having a late arrival in. Make sure you organise to have the airport shuttle, which will cost you about 5 pound - we took a taxi, and was charged about 20 - silly us! The staff were warm and helpful. We arrived very late with alot of luggage. The lift just happened to be out of order however a staff member helped us with our bags. The bed was very comfortable with a pillow choice. A great location for an early flight.

This was booked so I could have a good nights sleep before I had to catch a 12 hour flight. The room was huge, good tv and very good bathroom. I didn't have essentials such as toothpaste but they bought them up to my room for free of charge. I had a buffet breakfast that I enjoyed for only £15. My room was very clean and comfortable but it was very noisy, There was alot of noise from plumbing or water in pipes or something from the surrounding rooms. I was also next to a fire door and it there was a lot of noise as people went back and forth. I got very little sleep mostly due to the pipe/water noise.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of efficiency,the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the excellent food and service in the restaurant. A bonus was the organised taxi service to the airport.

A Christmas party carried on in the foyer with very loud music that could clearly be heard in my bedroom until around 1.30/2.00am. Coupled with paper thin interleading door to the neighbouring room whose occupants until around 2.30am I was NOT impressed! My wake up call was at 4.15am for my early morning flight. The whole point of using an airport hotel […] is to get a good night's sleep for an early start. I did not achieve that. The airport bus system is pathetic, forcing you to either take the best part of half an hour to get to the terminal; or to take a taxi at rip-off fares for a 7 minute journey. Oh, and they dont take credit cards so you have to withdraw money from the hotel ATM which surprise surprise charges you £1.50 for withdrawals. We satyed there only for one night however hotel was good & clean with all the modern amenities. I felt room was bit small and completely packed with furnitures, we couldn't find much space for movement.
