恐らく現在のロケーションからすれば、今後日本人の観光客が増えて行くと思われますので、ぜひ日本語の対応をできるスタッフの配置が必要と思われます。 ２日間の滞在でしたが、設備やサービスについてもう少し丁寧な説明が欲しかった部分がありました。 格式あるホテルなので今後の改善を期待しております。

レンジャーズ戦を観戦するため3泊しました。無料の朝食が付き（味はまずまず）、部屋にはIHコンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、鍋や食器類に食器洗浄機までも備え付けられていました。コインランドリーや乾燥機がありそれぞれ$2で使用可（25セント×8枚必要だがフロントで気軽に両替してくれる）、などなど宿泊に関しては問題なく、長期滞在しても快適。ただしスーパー（ウォルマート）までは徒歩で片道45分程度かかる。街には公共の交通機関がない上に流しのタクシーがほとんどなく、乗る直前にホテルに読んでもらっても30分近く来なかったりすることもあるので、タクシーは事前にホテルかYellow cabのHPから予約した方が良い。レンジャーズやカウボーイズ戦観戦には無料のトロリーあり（フロントでチケットをもらう）。徒歩なら野球場までは20-30分、フットボールスタジアムまでは30-40分程度。街は治安がいいので試合後それなりに暗くなっても車が結構走っているので安心。車社会なので試合観戦にレンタカーで行くのはお勧めしない。試合後の混み方は異常。ホテルのすぐ近くにはスポーツバーが2件あるが、いかにもアメリカらしい方のバーにはテレビもたくさんありいろんなスポーツが中継され、食事も美味しい。もう1件の和食の出る方のバーはアメリカの食事に飽きてから行ったが、寿司もうどんも想像よりは美味しかった。

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Only stayed a night, but it provided a nice shower, excellent nights sleep, and a decent breakfast spread the next morning. "Great stay for the $"
We had a wonderful stay! Our room was VERY spacious. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was awesome! Had to wait the first morning on coffee, but not a huge deal. Pool was nice, a little dissappointed with stocking of the towels by the pool. "Residence Inn at Alliance in Texas"
The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great. We enjoyed the pool, basketball court. Great place and nice that we were able to travel with our dog. The hotel has a dog walk which was shaded and had trees all around, the only thing is they need to take care of fire ants out there. "No Customer Service Here"
This was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had! We checked in and the living room of our suite had an old tv sitting on a nightstand in the middle of the room with a coax cable strung across the room. The room was supposed to have a flat screen mounted above the fireplace, but the unit had broken. There was no mention of the current […] situation in the room at check in. After calling the front desk we had people in and out of the room over the next 16 hours trying to fix the situation. The TV situation was never fixed and when we asked the manager if they had any sort of compensation in mind the manager started yelling at my wife and I. The national customer service line took no responsibility and pushed it back on the hotel manager. No compensation was ever made and we felt a very aggressive posture was taken with us when we asked for what we felt was a normal level of customer service. "Good stay"
We stayed here when in town for a school trip to Keller. The location was good, traffic wasnt terrible to get to where we needed. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast service was lacking, however. I saw plenty of staff (maids?) with plates and bowls eating in the kitchen area, but no one restocked the food for the guests. "Clean, Comfortable and Homey"
Front desk was most helpful. Breakfast a major convenience and time saver. Social hour M-Th was great! I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and I can't think of anything to complain about. The suite was perfectly clean, quiet, smelled nice, etc. Excellent hot breakfast served each morning and the dining room size is substantial.
