The staff was pleasant. The hallways were dark and dingy. The room itself was clean and had what we needed (just staying the night 1 adult and 3 small children - halfway through our 750 mile trip). The guests upstairs were very loud all night but that is not the hotel's fault. The room was quaint and clean. Nothing special or really fancy. Just clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet. All in all, very hard to beat for the price.

I've stayed at other Microtel locations and this one is the worst. Screens broken, screens missing, bugs walking across the desk into my briefcase. I will NEVER stay at this location again. Will I use this hotel chain again only time will tell.

Nothing special. A place to sleep on a long drive.

I think this hotel was worn down and needs a good cleaning. We had a big in the bed during the night, they were nice about changing rooms. But I won't go back.

I enjoyed my stay as always when I stay at the Microtel.

We had lots of luggage and two babies and were very obviously having a hard time getting through the doors and the two girls at the desk just kept talking to each other and ignored us, not offering to help with anything. If you are staying over for a quick stay, it works fine. The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing, but it was basically fine. And at that price it would hardly be something to complain about.

Inexpensive, yes...but stay elsewhere.

This was our first stay in an Microtel. We booked at the last minute and got an additional discount. The room was clean, had two queen sized beds with very good mattresses. We had no trouble with noise overnight. The front desk staff were courteous and knowledgeable about locations of restaurants and the general neighborhood. We stayed here because of location and price. It is NOT the usual MICROTEL...there are no amenities and breakfast is cereal in a cup...there are no forks or bowls here. If you bring your own shampoo, etc. and don''t need a good cup of coffee/tea in the morning, then this is a good deal. We'll stay at the Days Inn down the road next time, though.

I stopped at the Microtel B.G. on my way back from the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans. My brother was traveling with me and had never stayed at a Microtel. I told him that every Microtel I have ever stayed at was a very nice budget hotel. He was impressed at the cleanliness and commented that the sheets smelled freshly washed and the room was spotless! He […] said he will use the Microtel when he travels with his family. He could not believe the value and of the room for the price we paid. Neither of us is a breakfast eater but we appreciated the fresh coffee in the morning prior to our depature. As always I am never disapointed by Hotels.com or the Microtel. My two boys are Marines stations across the country and I will use Microtel and Hotels.com in the future for reserving my rooms and planning my accomodations. Quiet, clean, exactly what we wanted.

Since was just traveling through, was mainly looking for clean, safe, comfortable room without major defects or smoky smells. This was a major score, since also had recent remodeled rooms, free internet, microwave, and mini-frigde...and much cheaper than most hotels in the area. Will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future.

We have stayed at this particular Microtel motel many times. The rooms are always clean, well furnished, and has the convience of your own bedroom; plus.

The room was SOOOO small - literally like being in a cruise ship cabin. That being said, it was fairly clean, the TV was very nice, and it had a fridge and microwave. Good value for the money. Also, while it had a hairdryer and soap, the hotel does not put shampoo or conditioner (or lotion) in your room. Clean, comfortable little room for a great price. I will stay there again.

This is about as basic as it gets. Room was smallish, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was minimal, at best. If you're looking for a cheap place to lay your head, it's just fine. If you want more, keep looking.

We booked our room through a special offer for so it's hard to be too picky. Some parts of the hotel have been updated - flooring, carpets, drapery, linens, vey nice flat screen tv. very nice room excellent price

This was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay in Bowling Green. The bed was comfortable, the location was next to the highway and the TV was great. Everyone was very nice at the desk. Check-in and out was speedy. A very nice experience.

The remodeling of this hotel was not far enough along to open it's doors. The bench under the window had really soiled upholstery/cover on it. The carpet had not been properly vacuumed - there was a white dust around the base of the walls. The carpet in the hallway was beyond dirty, it was filthy. The hotel was much better than expected for the price. The room was nothing extravagant but it was clean and convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel for price, Busy traffic on the road the hotel is located, but it a great location just off the highway. Clean room with some minor wall damage, damage to the bench by the window. I cant complain too much.

an okay place to rest your head after a long day of driving. the price is right, but the breakfast was disappointing at best.

The only thing lacking was the continental breakfast. Not very good. Other than that everything was excellent.
