On my stay I initially thought it was nice. Then when going to bed I found dirty tissue under the covers. There was hair all over the the sheets of both beds. When I called the front desk no one came to take care of it. Then I called again and it still took 20 more minutes for them to come. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The chance to purchase food and beverage items was very good. The room was out standing. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the set up of the TV menu and the very limited channel selection. We had a lot of trouble with the remote connecting with the TV sensor. We had to stand […] in a certain spot in front of the TV to change channels or volume control. The maintenance person also couldn't get it to work even after he called the cable service. Everything was great except the $8.00 margaritas were made in tiny martini glasses where they literally grabbed a peice of lime and rubbed it all over the glass then picked up a salt shaker with table salt and shook it on there. Myself and the other guests at the bar were shocked it was so unprofessionally done and even asked "you dont have margarita […] salt?" The mojito was also in a martini glass and tasted like lime water. It was a very very very comfortable stay. I was taking a course at the Hyatt Place and decided to stay there this past weekend. I had my sons and grandson with me and it was accomidating to all of us.

Difficult to find entrance at night with signs off. Food and beverage costs high. Hard mattress and low grade pillows. Worst feature was very low water pressure and no hot water in morning. Very surprised by such lows from a Hyatt branded hotel and lack of concern from staff.

Generally i stay at another Hotel, BUT there was not one where we were going so i choose the Hyatt! Wonderful choice. This hotel was P-E-R-F-E C T for were we were going. There was a bunch of kids due to a baseball tourney, and we heard nothing!!! No running, No Yelling like at other places. Stayed here on an impromptu business trip to the Metroplex and was pleasantly surprised upon walking in. The lobby area was very nice and the staff were very helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out. The room and service was great. Breakfast lacked but was because of a couple of softball and basketball tournament groups in there. Kids galore but would stay here again

our plane was cancelled and we had to spend the night in Dallas again..the airlines suggested this hotelas one of their Distress Hotels. We called to book and we were told the shuttle was still down stairs..we asked them to please make sure he wouldn't leave..went down... there was no shuttle ..we called again and they said he had left the airport but […] they told him to turn around and he should be back in less than 30 minutes. An hour and 5 minutes later we were picked up and the driver said he was never called to turn around he went back to the hotel and got the info we were still waiting. When we got there , no apologies but after i told them of our wait the front desk girl was nice and made us a dinner for free since we hadn't eaten and it was so late. While she was giving us our room key a giant bug ran by and after "smooshing" it she replied how she hates Texas! I asked if those bugs would be in ouur room and she said she didn't think so. we also booked the shuttle for 8 am the next day at this time. Our room smelled like smoke-ammenities wer good though. we went down to lobby to get our dinner -my husbands was done and they made me the wrong thing -mine was done 20 minutes later.Next day we go to catch the shuttle we were told it left late and was not back an hour passed -we had to get a cab and they did not offer to cover the cost. もっと読む

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff members were both helpful and courteous. We were surprised to learn that the pool, though outside, was heated. My kids really appreciated this, as well as the fold out couch which made our room more friendly for them. The free continental breakfast […] was adequate, but is primarily carbohydrate based, ie. muffins, cereal, oatmeal, breads. It was not very filling because of the lack of protein but they do sell eggs and bacon, etc. They also sell coffee and other foods. We made liberal use of the shuttle back and forth from six flags during our stay. It was very convenient and we really appreciated it. Just note, the hotel only drops off and picks up on the hour. If the shuttle is full at the time you want to leave, you have to pick a new time. This was a little frustrating at times but we worked around it. As we had no set schedule, it worked fine for us especially considering the money and time we saved not having to drive and park ourselves. My experience was great.

Stayed for a family weekend getaway. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to Six Flags, close drive to Ft. Worth too. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel. The room was clean and spacious. They refresh the room every day and if you prefere they change the towels and sheets every day. My only concerned is that they don't offer micro on the room but its a great hotel for long stays.

The staff was super friendly the only downside that I can think of was that the bathroom was tiny.

We had booked, what we thought were 2 joined rooms (for 4 people) , or at least rooms right next door to each other. I called a few days before our arrival to confirm our reservation. Everything was under my husband’s name when I called. When we checked in around 11:30 pm, we only received one set of room keys, and it was a single room. We went back […] down to the front desk to find out why we only got one room. The young man replied “well we got booked, we’re out of rooms.” I told him, but we paid for 2 rooms, and I had confirmed our reservation. He replied with “well, you’ll have to take that up with Hotels.com, we’re booked”. I asked him if he could check again and showed him the print out of our reservation. Turns out they had the other room under my name, which is the same last name, but he couldn‘t find it when we checked in the first time?…So we get the other room keys, and the room is on a different floor. Fine, whatever. We’re all tired and it’s just for one night. The room was comfortable, a little shabby in some areas, but the bathroom has a ridiculous set up. It’s a super tight little room with toilet and shower. The vanity is separate. You pretty much have contort yourself to get into the shower without touching the toilet. Gross. The shower has no official ‘door’ or curtain, only a glass panel. So despite your BEST efforts, you will have a puddle water on the floor. The towel I put on the floor was completely soaked, and had to use another to clean up the rest of the puddle. The wallpaper was peeling near the floor, so this is obviously an on going problem.The free breakfast was pretty bland, we went down a block to IHOP. I love all the hyatt's I've ever stayed at. The beds are confortable, there is a sofa bed in every room. Its a great hotel to stay at!

From the poorly lit driveway, to the airport quality wrapped food at the front desk, I found this experience to be depressing and dismal. There were no outlets in the lobby to allow work....no room service, sad, tired food, and a general malaise about the place. Room was nice, and quiet. A bit of noise from the hallway but not bad. I did not get room service/cleaned on sat or sun perhaps because we didnt leave the room till noon. i guess i could have called bit not a big deal. overall, i'd stay there again.

This hotel exceeded our expections. The room was very nice and the staff was very attentive. Nice amenities and made our anniversary celebration special. We would most definitely stay there again.

We requested a feather-free room, due to my son's allergies and mine. After a long, busy day, we only checked for feathers after my son sneezed incessantly for an hour or so. On calling the desk, I was told that the only non-feather option was to use the throw cushions from the sofa. They were fine, except that people sit on them, and I'm sure they […] aren't washed after each visitor! My son did go to sleep, medicated and no longer sneezing, but still barely breathing. That's when I discovered that both beds had down comforters between the sheet and the bedspread! There was a blanket available to replace one of the down comforters, but not the other. The hotel was great!!.. the room was very spacious,the bed was soo comfortable and luv the big tv each room has. The staff was great. I would recomend this hotel to anyone !!

The room was not exactly as described with the "cozy corner" in it. The continental breakfast was fair with the stale bread to make toast and the boring choices of pastries and cereals. We had a little accident in our room the last night there and my son got sick on the bed. They let me check in 3 hours early, took a crib and microwave to my room immediately upon request. I love the spacious rooms and flat screen tv's. My whole stay was very nice!

The hotel itself was nice and quaint. Front desk staff were very accommodating. Cleanliness of hte lobby was very well taken care of however, the room was a little under the average for me, as a 3 star hotel. Disappointed with the breakfast and the smell of the hotel room left something to be desired.

It was a non smoking hotel and that was good.

We selected Hyatt because of their reputation, however our stay wasn't a very good one. Our first room had ants coming out of the light switches. After being moved we saw roaches moving about in the bathroom of the second room. Nothing more needs to be said.

I just checked in for a few days of relaxation and the staff was professional and very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the workout room and LOVE that it's a smoke-free building. My stay was great and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I really liked the hotel. It was pleseant, nice, and clean. I really loved the room and the way it was set up. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, clean stay. They had toothpaste in the room which was a plus because I forgot mine. Would stay there again.
