The hotel had a couple of issues. Our bathroom was not clean. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and hairs in the sink. The whirlpool was broken, and the waste container in the breakfast area was completely full and unattended.

The water pressure was so low you could not take a shower, the day of a funeral, thus the experience is weighted against returning.

Booked using Hotel.com. Room was not the one as described during booking. Pool and pool were cold. Hot tub inoperable entire stay. Staff were very friendly and willing to upgrade room but declined. We stayed at this hotel because of a hot tub and the hot tub was broke during our stay. Very disapointed will never stay there again. Also bathtub and sink dripped constantly.

Our room was very nice and clean and a very comfortable temperature. The beds and pillows were very comfortable!! Having the frig and microwave was a nice bonus for the great price! However, we were freaked out that breakfast was served from 6am to only 9am ON A WEEKEND !!! We thought 9am was a bit early to stop serving breakfast on a weekend!!! So […] that was a disappointment because we like to sleep in on weekends. Then we were even more disappointed to learn that there was NO LAUNDRY facility at all in the entire hotel. Stayed for two nights during Big Ten Championship game. Entire hotel clean, employees friendly, breakfast very good. Location easy to find, near interstate for easy access. Travel to Lucas Oil Stadium about 10 minutes. Would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was too cold to be comfortable. Great breakfast and nicely located to shopping and downtown access.

We booked this hotel for my 4 sisters and myself for a girl's shopping weekend. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel! In general, the hotel is in great shape with a beautiful lobby with a fireplace and little library. There is a free office center with free internet access […] and a printer. Because we had 5 people (and paid a small fee for our last person), I called the week before and they happily gave us a room with a sofa sleeper for our 5th person. The room was in great shape, the beds were incredibly comfortable (I LOVED the pillows!), and I thought the shower had nice hot water and good pressure. The desk staff was extremely nice and chatted with us whenever we were in the lobby. There was free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea the whole time we were there as well as fresh baked cookies. They had a full, delicious hot breakfast, we all walked away stuffed! Our only complaint was the hot tub, I wasn't expecting much after reading other reviews and true to form, the hot tub was lukewarm at best and the bubbles only worked about 75% of the time. The pool looked great but we are not pool swimmers. Overall, for the price I'd highly recommend this hotel! It within a 5 minute drive to the highway or Greenwood Mall. You could walk to several restaurants from the hotel, but it's nice and quiet back from the main road (almost in a subdivision). Just a minute or two from major stores. Our family will be eternally grateful to the entire staff (especially the manager Vinny) for their help this holiday season. I have stayed in hotels across the US and in Hawaii that don't even come close to the level of comfort and friendliness exhibited by everyone here. Whether it was a simple "Good Morning" or a recommendation as to the best place […] to find a mechanic close by, the staff here makes it clear that they really do care about their guests. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi when there was snow on the ground outside and the staff was baking extra chocolate chip cookies for them to munch on all day. Was a very nice and clean place to stay, close to resturants. Minutes away from where We need to go. Would recommend it to others.

Nice hotel in a great location for access to Indy and local restaurants. Trouble with shower water pressure and the front desk had problems finding reservations and making reservations - the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Though the front desk was very nice.

Very run down. Hot tub did not work, and the pool water was very cold! Shower in one of the rooms did not work right. Definitely one on their older hotels. The location was good - easy on and off I-65 - and good location as far as places to eat close by. There was a LOT of kids staying there because of a soccer tournament which wasn't too bad except that one of them pulled the fire alarm in the morning and we could hardly get in to have breakfast. Great clean room....nice neighborhood....close to 65....great breakfast

Took two showers while I stayed overnight. One was lukewarm and the other was cold-very disappointing. Bathroom counter was not very clean-still had hairs from person before and had not been cleaned. This older hotel which has been totally remodeled was a good place to stay. It is minutes from downtown Indianapolis and is among several hotels and restaurants in the immediate area. I will stay here again.

Good breakfast, toilet needed work.

We checked in and found out our room's smoke detector battery was low (beeping every few minutes). A bit annoying in that it should have been noticed when the room was last cleaned. The front desk was informed about this and personnel tried to locate a battery for replacement. Our hotel room had a stain on the ceiling from a water leak. We did not have a refrigerator or a microwave in our room. The fire alarm went off as soon as we arrived and the next night some idiot over flowed his bathtub and the water was leaking down from the top floor into the hallway. Also your continental breakfast made my husband sick.

We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. After we checked in, we went to look at the pool/hot tub. We saw that the hot tub was roped off with caution tape and empty. We couldn't even get into the room with the pool and hot tub, because the card reader on the door wasn't working. We saw the hot tub through the window. We told the […] guy at the desk about the door. He got in and propped it open with the deadbolt. Our room was decent at first glance. The more you looked, the more you found that everything was run down. There were water stains on the ceiling, wall paper pealing, and our door wouldn't close all the way by itself. It would look like it was closed, but it wouldn't actually latch. The driveway to get to the hotel was terrible. There was a huge curb followed by a very steep driveway. You could see on the roadway where many people scraped their vehicles on the asphalt. It was not a pleasant experience on a motorcycle towing a trailer... Clean, convenient location, good breakfast.

Old hotel, renovated (not so well in some places). Door locks refused to work most of the times (while opening from outside), and had to get the manager to open it with his master key. Sometimes ran out of hot water in shower. Otherwise OK. Good service.

The hotel was quiet the weekend we were there. Check-in was quick and easy. The beds were not that comfortable. No fridge in room. TV and cable was a little fuzzy. Within 10 minutes from most things to downtown and 20 minutes to track. Steak house in walking distance. A little older hotel but clean. Warm breakfast and coffee.

We had a great stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There was a large variety and the staff kept the food hot and well stocked. We will definitely stay again!

The room that accomodated the swiming pool and hot tub was WAY TOO HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Approx. 90. I guess because they heated the hot tub SOOOOOOOOOOOOO high it kept the room extremely uncomfortable. The rooms were comfortable but the bathrooms looked dirty. The pool area did not look clean and the water was freezing in both the pool and "hot" tub. The front desk told us they were waiting for maintenance to turn the heaters on but it never happened. Breakfast was good and the location was great.

Overall a good experience. The management and staff were all very cordial and helpful when called upon. The location was great for eating and drinking establishments. Most were simply a short walk away. And the hotel breakfast was quite acceptable as far as most hotel breakfast offerings go. My one concern, and it is somewhat minor, is the overall appearance of the hotel. It is a little "worn" around the edges. And other small details would catch your eye as you looked closer at the entire facility. But all in all the staff seemed to work to maintain as best as they could. We placed a reservation. On hotels.com, the website said that every room came with mini fridge and microwave. However only the suites have these two items. The hotel employee said we would have to wait til 8 am to get a room with these things. Overall the rooms were great. We did have to move within a couple hours after checking in due to heavy smoking across the hall. I think smoking rooms need to be on a floor by themselves. It was a great stay after the move. Excellent service.

Great location to highway and several dining choices. Grocery store, Kohls, and Target close by. Breakfast room had a good selection of choices. . There was an odor in the room when I walked in. It appears the carpet needed to be cleaned!

This is your basic Super 8. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very basic but a good start for the day.
