大変によかった。問題といえば、古いホテルなので、階段が多くて玄関に上がるステップや部屋とエレベーターのあいだを思いスーツケースを持って移動するときに苦労した。ホテルマンがサポートしてくれないので、年配者や女性には辛いだろう。それを除けば快適だった。レンタカーの手配やタクシーの手配、など、的確なサービスだった。

今回は、滞在期間が少なかったのですが、空港のすぐ近くだったので便利は良かった。また、空港の送迎も待つことなくすぐに送迎してくれたのは助かりました。

全体評価はとてもよかった。コストパフォーマンスがとてもよい。 幼児2人と大人二人で宿泊。 ボストンから30キロほど離れているが、高速が近いので、20分ほどで市内に行ける。 歩いてショッピングモールにも行ける。 中華料理屋も歩いていける。おいしかった(ホテルを出て、ショッピングモールの左隣)。 フロントの感じもよく、ベッドも快適だった。 朝食も無料にしては充実している(パン、coffee、ワッフルを焼ける、果物、シリアル、ジュースなど)。子供も食べられるものが多い。

地下鉄Red LineのKendallの出口の横で Boston/Cambridge areaでこの値段は、驚きである。 これまで、レンタカーで128号の外に泊まっていたので、 市内の車のParkingに往生したが、その心配を必要としない分、圧倒的に経済的で、楽である。 MITの中にあると言っても良い位置だが、 Harvard Squareまで、徒歩30分、30分おきのBus68番で$1.50、地下鉄Red Lineで$2.00-。MGHまで、Longfellow Bridgeを歩けば15分はかからない筈。 Logan Airportから、Blue line / Green or Orange Line / Red lineと二回乗り継いで$2.00-。 Kedall SquareがBioVentureで経済的に躍進中なので、今後も安定な経営が期待される。2002年開業なのだが、古い作りで、オーナー家族の心がこもった営業で、チェーンのホテルと、趣が違う。

"立地はgood"
コンベンションセンターで会議があり、利用しました。コンベンションセンター=地下鉄駅(SilverLiine)=ホテルの3階=ワールドトレードセンターの4つが一本の高架橋で直結しており、非常に便利です。目の前にはセブンイレブン、海沿いを東へちょっと歩けばシーフードの店がたくさんあるエリアもあり、立地はgoodです。 一つ難点を挙げれば、エレベータの騒音。エレベータの調子が悪いのか、かなりの音がします。よって、エレベータホールすぐ隣の部屋は絶対に泊まってはいけません。「ガラガラ、キー」という音が部屋にもろに入ってきます。私はチェックイン直後、これにすぐに気がつき、部屋を変えてもらいました。 それ以外は、良いホテルです。ただ、決して観光スポットの中心部にはないので、市内観光をメインに考えてい […] る方には他の選択肢もありでしょう。(中心部まで歩こうと思えば歩けますが、SilverLineを使う場合、時間帯によってはなかなか来ないことがありますので) もっと読む

This is a great hotel. It was right across the street from the marathon expo. I would recommend using the rental bike HUB which is very close.
"Returning customer, surprised- worst service"
I reserved the hotel to use after running the Boston Marathon. On race day, I arrived in a space blanket, sweaty, in a running outfit. I went to the desk to check in, and the woman said they needed a credit card. I explained that I didn't have a credit card on me, pointing to my outfit. She repeated they would need either a credit card or $50 cash. […] I said, all I have is $25, an ipod, a cell phone and a license, she is free to hold on to any of those until I check out, just please let me in my room as it is already paid for. She got a manager who said it was for incidentals and they needed it before they could let me in. I advised she could remove any incidentals from my room, I wouldn't be using anything. I just wanted a shower and to lie down! I was so upset that their policy didn't leave room for any kind of common sense- there wasn't any acknowledgment or consideration to the fact that I had just run a race for 5 hours- I wasn't being a jerk I simply didn't think to run with my credit card and bag ticket. Other issues- forgot lens solution- called the front desk- they don't have it, they don't sell it, I can go across the street; the lamps in my room didn't work (one wasn't plugged in, which I solved, the other never worked) and the sugar/creamer/stirrer packet had been opened when I went to use it. wonderful staff - very clean - beautiful harbor views yet a bit out of the way - quiet neighborhood
Was a great experience and close enough to the T to get anywhere quickly. Rooms were nicely updated and new at a good Price.
Just stayed here and the servic was otstanding. We have an 11 and 6 year old who loved it. I willstay there again if in Boston.

My son and I visited Boston on college visits. I cannot say enough about this hotel ranging from cleanliness to hospitality. Unfamilar with the city, the Consierge services at Seaport made navigating around the city extremely easy and affordable. The doorman went out of his way every time we left the hotel to ensure we had transportation and were comfortable […] with our journey out. "Hotel good parking STINKS"
I found the hotel to be clean and friendly. I did not like the 18% gratuity added to everything, and I really did NOT like having to pay $32 per day for parking. As a patron of the hotel I would think the parking would be discounted or free but for four days we paid more than a month of parking in the garage. "Seaport Hotel - fine except for hidden charges"
The hotel is nice enough physically. You need to stay on a fairly high floor to get any decent view of the water (which we did). No real complaints about the physical infrastructure of lobby and our room (although I think the lobby has a very scattered design and does not feel like a place you'd want to sit and wait for someone). Our room was comfortable, […] the bathroom was very nice. I'm not happy with most hotel pillows, as I like to read in bed and it feels like no designer ever thinks of that (too soft or too hard, no support). But our real beef was only this: we felt that we encountered two totally hidden charges after being told what something would cost by staff. (1) - room service. We ordered breakfast. Very acceptable, good food, very expensive. So the price is very high, but we said OK. When the lady brought in the wheeled tray with the food, we tried to give her a cash tip. She nicely refused and explained that "Everything is included." She said this twice. We signed and were told a total dollar cost. Great -- except it's not true!!!! The hotel slapped another large percentage of the bill on TOP of what we signed for (which was extremely high, but we had every reason to believe that was the TOTAL). We really felt deceived, and wonder if the staff even gets any of the surplus that was slapped on our charge card. Deceptive, in my opinion. (2) same with the parking garage. We asked both at start and end of our stay and were told a certain amount (same number). Guess what -- once we are in the car and want to exit the garage, it is two dollars more than that. WHY????? Although the hotel itself is fine and the food and location pretty good, this is a big problem. "Seaport Hotel"
Very nice hotel. Were surprised upon arrival that there were no rooms with double beds as we had requested. Upgraded to harbor view room which was lovely. Enjoyed watching the ships go by in the harbor. Rooms were very quiet...no sounds from nearby airport. Great gym and pool. We'll stay here again.

The parking was less expensive than in other areas of boston as well, so that was a bonus. This hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful and the rooms are very clean, comfortable, etc. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Also - the pillow menu at the hotel was a very nice touch!!

"St. Paddy's Day"
Stayed at the Seaport for St. Paddy's day 2012, awesome hotel, perfect location to waterfront, Southie etc. Right across from the Whiskey Priest and Atlantic beer garden. Great hotel and wasnt that expensive considering the quality and location.

"Seaport Boston Hotel"
The hotel was clean, the hotel food was wonderful. Grilled artichoke salad is a must! Delicious! I got a great massage there. Its an all inclusive tip included hotel, so you dont have to tip for any services which makes it easy. Very nice experience.

Great stay, great overall service. The only reason I am giving it an overall rating of four is because the service at Aura during brunch was very slow. We are planning on returning for all future visits to Boston.

This place was really nice. We chose to go on a VERY windy day/night, though, and it's right on the water so just be aware of that. But the hotel itself is very nice. Pretty low priced for the quality. The beds were fantastic

Very nice, clean hotel. It is within walking distance to the Aquarium and Quincy Market. The customer service was excellent, seemed very eager to help in any way possible!!!
"Family weekend getaway"
Had a great stay at the Seaport. Traveled with 2.5 year old. Room was great. Location was wonderful, T only a quick 2 minute walk away. Eating options all around the area. Staff was very friendly. Parking on site, which is great!! Have stayed here before and will stay here again!! Great trip!!

beautiful rooms, close to the convention center, great room service! Mostly though, the service sets this hotel apart...and they don't allow tipping!

Our overall experience was great. One nice aspect of the hotel was the dining in room service. Staff was friendly and courteous and food came up to our room in a mostly timely fashion. All staff from the check-in desk to the bartenders at TAMO were most welcoming. We would definitely go back!
