Staff not always around and they never smiled. Just felt like a lower quality hotel.

Extremely surprised by the room conditions...They weren't good. Ramada appears to have lost its luster! Won't stay there again....

I was familiar with the Augusta area, so I knew this hotel would be convenient to interstate access and many restaurants. The staff was reasonably friendly but did not go out of their way. The hotel's computer was broken, so the hotel clerk told us to go to the Best Western next door to use their computer. The walls could use cleaning and a fresh coat of paint; however, overall, the room was decently clean. The breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. Self-service waffles were available as well as cereal, bagels, biscuits, and muffins. Fruit and drinks were minimal, as a pitcher of water was not even to be found. If you are looking for a inexpensive place to sleep with only minimal requirements, this is a recommended place. If you are looking for anything even remotely luxurious, keep looking. もっと読む

This hotel was so over rated it was a joke! Cheap everything linens, towels, T.V., carpet, breakfast, the whole 9 yards. This was a 25 to 35 dollar hotel that was so over priced it was a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay in a 40 room somewhere it will be just as comfortable. This place is a 100 % over priced!!!

Hotel was easy to find .. but overall appearance on the inside looked old and outdated. Had asked for a wakeup call - never got one. The continental breakfast was not very good. Would definitely look at a few other hotels before considering this one. The hotel had a strong Pine Sol odor as well.

It says several times in the description that there is a spa tub, along with other things like a seasonal pool and health club.... This was my second time staying at this hotel and once again for the price it was a clean and pleasant place to stay. The employees at the service desk were very professional and helpful from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. This is definitely a hotel I will continue to stay at whenever I'm in town.

When we arrived at the room, the TV would not change channels and it took over 30 minutes to get someone to correct that. The Toilet was leaking between the tank and bowl. The worst part had to do with children playing in the hall or being extremely noisy in their rooms way past 10:00pm. Then next morning they we up and at it early, about 7:00am. It was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I was vary pleased with the hotel. I didn't go exploring the surrounding area all that much since I was there for only one night, so I have nothing bad to say about it. The hotel itself was vary clean. The staff was polite. And would definitly stay there again.

We chose the Ramada because it was convenient to our son and his family. The hotel was very clean but dated, and the bed wasn't comfortable. My husband and I both woke up with aching backs and necks. Breakfast was adequate, but I've had much better. With all the hotels available in the immediate area, we won't stay here again.

Clean, quiet, inexpensive place to stay. Near the interstate, Starbucks, Medical College of Georgia, fast food places and grocery stores. The front-desk guy was friendly. Free breakfast was just ok. Neighborhood is sketchy. Parking is not great because it shares a parking lot with 2 or 3 other motels. I'm a student and a female and I felt safe.

SErvice was very good. Personnel friendly and room in good conditions. It is not a brand new hotel but well kept. Nothing broken. Everything worked in the room and the lobby and breakfast areas were well taken care.

This was our second stay in the past few months when dealing with health issues at the local hospital. The hotel is clean and convenient. It is beginning to show some wear and breakfast wasn't great but we made due. I will stay again on our next trip to the area.

I reserved a Non-smoking, King bed room. They sent us to a King bed, smoking room. We asked to be moved to a non-smoking room but they didn't have the non-smoking room, king bed clean, so we had to move to a non-smoking room, with 2 double beds.

Great room, jetted tub was a wonderful item to have in the room with us. Great location, convenient to many restaurants and just off the interstate. We would definitely stay here again for the room and also the locale. Price was absolutely worth it. Hotel staff very friendly. For the price, I was not satisfied at all with the room. I paid for the name of the hotel chain and not the quality of services and ameneties. There is also two other hotels side to side made the same, but has another chain name so what's the difference should have went for the cheapest rate!
