息子家族がucrの家族寮に住んでいますので会いに行きました。２キロ位の所で便利でした。朝食も付いていましたのでたすかりました。近くに色々な店もあり、贅沢しなければ充分です。観光地ではないので．．． また機会があれば利用したいです。

建物、部屋の雰囲気もとても良く、清潔でした。周りの環境も整っていて生活面でも便利でした。短期滞在でしたが申し分無いホテルだと思います。また機会があれば系列ホテルも利用してみたいです。

快適な滞在。 車移動ならロケーションも問題なし。 唯一の難点は高速道路側の部屋だと遅くまで車の音が聞こえてややうるさい(部屋に耳栓が備え付けてあった)が、気にしない人なら問題なし。

"I'll Stay Again"
It was a good value for the amount paid. Flat screen TV, refrigerator that was cold, a nice shower, and clean. Not to mention an easy remote for the tv that was a nice surprise. Everything such as food, malls, shopping etc was convenient. "Great Neighborhood With All You Need!"
Great location in a great neighborhood with nearby shopping, restaurants, and easy freeway access; holel staff greeted us very cordially asw we arrived for ckeck-in. Hotel lobby clean and welcoming, however, there was a somewhat musty smell in the coddidors when I arrived at my room on the fifth floor. I stayed here to visit my long distance boyfriend. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything that we needed and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is near a lot of shopping and places to eat, which was great for us! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!

"Absolutely recommend!"
This hotel is a pleasant surprise. Excellent price, excellent neighborhood, excellent service! All around awesome! Terrific complimentary breakfast with good selection. Large rooms, very clean. Staff was professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only downside: very small fitness center.

"Great for a getaway"
This hotel was a lot nicer to stay in than we expected. We just needed something for one night, and if we had to choose again, we would choose this hotel. It had a full complimentary breakfast with eggs and waffles and other goodies. The room was nice and clean. Location has lots of restaurants around.

"Great location"
The hotel itself is not incredible - boring, outdated lobby (for example). But the rooms, location and price per night are outstanding! You are super close to Ontario Mills and all the shopping and dining you could possibly want!

"Business traveler"
The hotel is great, the location is perfect, and the area is beautiful. The room is nice size, beds comfortable. Breadfast was nice. We walked to dinner. Close to shopping too. Already planning on going back with my family to vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here, nice room, good staff & we especially enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning.

"Best Western Plus Rancho Cucamonga"
This hotel was ideal for a revisit to Cucamonga where we used to live. The beds were soooo comfortable - the pool and jacuzzi were a bonus for the kids and the breakfast buffet was great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon with muffins and bagels - wow such choice!! The icing on the cake was the free internet which allowed my kids to talk briefly to their […] friends back home in England and I was able to check work and flight availability! Great stuff!! "Heritage Inn-Best Western in Rancho Cucamanga"
Its a nice clean and quiet place to stay for being so close to a big city. The location is close to every kind of store,mall and restaurant you could ever want. This was my second stay there and I will be going back on my next trip.

Very enjoyable stay. Quiet, relaxing, clean, conveniently located. Nice continental breakfast. Appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board in room in addition to hairdryer. Most definitely plan on staying there again. Thank you

"breakfast"
We thought the breakfast could have been better. Not much fresh fruit, and no waffle maker, but there was syrup.. good coffee.
