Great staff. Pleasant & efficient. Well located for public transit. Breakfast basic but good. Rooms small, bathrooms smaller; really small, but clean and functional. Double room fits one person. Non-smoking and smoking rooms. Choose the former. Furnishings spartan, but bed good. Room warm & window opens for fresh air.

I dont normally write reviews, but I was very impressed with this hotel. OK the room was tiny, but it had everything you wanted for an overnight stay. Its not slam in the middle of Cologne, but the main shopping area was a pleasant 10 minute walk, and U-Bahn stops were very close by. Staff were friendly. This is truely a hotel chain that tries to save every penny possible at the expense of the guest. Tiny rooms, the AC does not work and the temp in Cologne was in the high 80's. Only two bath towels provided, no bar soap provided, bed moves around as you do, the cleanliness of the room was very questionable.

We were looking to balance cleanliness and comfort with a low price, and we were very pleased with the result at this hotel. We stayed for two nights. Staff were always very friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable -- very small, but they fit a lot in! (Queen bed, TV, closet, desk, bench. The bathroom was a marvel of design -- tiny but had a sink, […] toilet, shower, and window!) We didn't have the breakfast they offer because it was overpriced (though none of the advertisements in the hotel mention a price! Computer with Internet and a printer available in the lobbey. Elevators are fast if a bit primitive-feeling. The neighbourhood directly in front of the hotel is plain, but a very short walk away (2 minutes)is the marvellous "Ring" road and many small charming neigbourhoods, shops, and pubs! prima hotel voor een nacht of zo. Geen bijzonder ekamers, erg klein maar wel schoon.

Un bon point c'est l'accueil en francais ! Personnel souriant et disponible. Petit-dej' bien fourni malgré un prix de 10€ .... Quartier calme, et proche du centre (10min a pied ou 5min en tram) Avantage : parking souterrain dans l'hotel (8€ / jour) En gros, pas de mauvaise surprise

Die ideale Lage und meist günstigen Preise machen das Hotel attraktiv für Kurzbesuche. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, wirkt aber leider meist unmotiviert. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass ich persönlich von einem längeren Aufenthalt abrate. Nice place, good free wi-fi service, good people and well served by public transport.

Sehr nettes, gut gelegendes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wäre schön, wenn noch ein drittes Handtuch für ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung stehen würde.

Segue o mesmo padrão dos outros IBIS, café da manhã completo, WI FI gratis no loby, o hotel esta localizado em uma avenida movimentada, mas não tive problemas com barulho, meu quarto estava voltado para os fundos. Hotel OK but dont take a room on de street side ...you are not going to sleep!!! Ambulances cars and the tramway are pssing thrue the hole night.
