ローベルジュ デ シドナ (L'Auberge de Sedona)格安予約

新婚旅行で4泊、ガーデンヴィラに滞在。初日は部屋備え付けのコーヒーマシーンが壊れて2度も取り替えてもらう羽目に。2日目はランドリーがピックアップされず、3日目早朝にエキスプレスサービスでフロントに持っていく羽目に。この価格帯のホテルではあってはならないことだが、真摯に謝罪し対応するスタッフの姿には好印象。レストランもセドナとしては高価格帯にはいるものの、おすすめのワインもふくめて味、サービスともに満足のいく水準。とくにアリゾナワインがおいしかった。アップタウン至近でありながら小川沿いの閑静なホテルであり、とくにガーデンヴィラは暖炉で薪をくべながらゆっくり滞在でき、宿泊を検討するに値しよう。

ホテルのロケーションもホテルの清潔さもまったく素晴らしいものです。 従業員の態度にはたいへんな気持ちよさを感じました。 特に素晴らしい印象を受けたのが、駐車場の係りの男性の気配りです。 車を出してもらって帰る際にもきちんと水を車の中に用意をしてくれていたり、チップもきちんとノーチップだからと受け取らないなど・・・教育が大変行き届いていると感心した次第です。 もちろん、フロントは男性も女性も対応は素晴らしいものでした。 レストランの男性従業員の対応も良かったのです。 いずれにしても、また次回もこのホテルにしたいとの思いがあるし、友人にも口コミで教えたいと思っています。

80歳近い両親　大学生の子ども二人　50歳の夫婦６人の旅でした。ラスベガスから　レンタカーで初めての目的地で　その暖かいスタッフのもてなしの心に　幸せな気分になりました。費用に含まれているという考えが徹底されているのか　チップは全然受け取られませんでした。 子どもたちはトレイルへ～私たちは　テラカパキへお買い物～という時も　送迎してくれました。 Conciergeが　レストランの食事の予約から　トレイルの紹介まで　親切にしてくれて助かりました。 ぜひ　また　行きたい場所　ホテルでした。　 　　

今回４泊しました。次回も必ず予約すると思います。 従業員の方の温かさ、応対の丁寧さやきめ細かなサービスの質は極めて高く、驚いてしまうほどです。セドナの滞在がとても快適になったのは、当ホテルに滞在させていただいたおかげも大きいです。 部屋から見える景観（レッドロック、クリークや夜空）も素晴らしく、アップタウンに近い（いつでも送迎してくれる）立地が快適でした。 朝ヨガクラスがとてもスピリチュアルで素敵なクラスで、毎朝通ってしまいました。いつでも用意されている飲み物などもうれしいです。 レンタカーは、送迎（無料）付きのリーズナブルの会社を紹介してくれるので、こちらで借りれば十分だと思います。グランドキャニオンまで日帰りでドライブしましたが、お薦めしてくれたコースに満足しました。

ハイアットホテル前の脇道から降りて行きホテルに到着。脇道入口は目立たないので注意。ホテルとメイン通りのお店には無料シャトルで送迎あり。帰りは電話しろと言われましたが会話が難しいと言うと姉妹店のオーチャードホテル（ローベルジュから見上げて真上のホテル）フロントで送迎を依頼すると5分位で迎えにきます。アッパータウンのディナーは6時前ならハッピータイムで格安。メキシカンがお勧めです。ホテルのプールも無料で利用可能。朝も無料のスコーンとコーヒーで十分です。8時からのヨガは目覚ましに最適。火曜夜の天体望遠鏡は土星の環など迫力満点です。是非また行きたいです。

ローベルジュは過去最幸のホテルです！ 環境といいスタッフといい、お部屋といい本当に申し分なく素晴らしいところでした。 次セドナに行くときはぜったいにローベルジュのコテージに予約します！

Overall this hotel was very nice. However I would not classify it as luxury. Pro's - An absolutely amazing restaurant on the creek with very good food. The setting of the hotel / grounds was beatiful and quaint. They had excellent service and the staff was very nice & helpful. The location was close to shops / other restaurants. Con's - Pool - They […] have a pool with sun chairs and towels which was nice and good for families. However, at a true luxury resort, I expect a pool area that is serviced, so where you can get a drink or bite to eat. Activities - When we weren't out hiking but rather hanging around the property we actually found ourselves a bit bored. Again I think had it had a better pool area we would have spent our afternoon eating, drinking & swimming there. The one activity they did have which I enjoyed was morning yoga / stretch class. All in all, if you can get a deal I'd stay there. However, if you can't and Enchantment resort is same or even slightly more I'd stay at Enchantment. もっと読む

The hotel staff were very pleasant and the location is within walking distance to upper Sedona shops. The pool is very small and not enough lounge chairs though. The views from Sedona were amazing but Sedona itself is very touristy. Still worth going for the nature. Pink Jeep tour wonderful and my 2 boys loved the off road experience.

It was my Wife's Birthday and we had a wonderful time. The setting for this resort was fabulous. We really enjoyed the morning Yoga which was available every day. The star gazing event was also special. We will be back.

Wonderful hotel along the creek. Upgraded very little cost to a roomy cabin with fireplace Great privacy. People in hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful. Absolutely will stay here again.

The service and location of this resort are unmatched! The rooms are fantastic with great views of the Red Rocks of Sedona or Oak Creek, depending on what type of room you choose. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone who wants a relaxing and luxiorious trip in Sedona. I just wish we arrived sooner and didn't have to depart so early!!!

make sure to have dinner at the restaurant - what a menu - and a very large wine list - convenient to everything - pink jeep tours will pick you up in the front circle - the cabins by the stream are nice - also the rooms in the lodge which was the original main bldg are very adequate

This a is a beautiful property, wonderful landscaping next to a babbling brook. Excellent service. Our initial room had trouble with the AC, staff moved us to an upgraded room promplty and without hassle. This is an excellent hotel. Highly recomended.

My daughter had her wedding at L'Auberge. This hotel was great for this purpose. All the personnel was on stand-by attentive for the event's needs.

We went for the weekend and had a lovely time, the staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the scones and coffee in the morning and the gluten-free cookies in the afternoon. Location, right on the Oak Creek, was beautiful and restful, and we even had some snow. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is the worth every penny. The service , location on Oak Creek, rooms and restaurant are all fantastic !! I've been all over the world and this hotel is right there with any top rated European hotel. We will be back here soon !

With it's secluded location right below one of sedona's main drags, this hotel was a great getaway, while still being close to shopping and dining. The spa cottage we stayed in was extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

My wife and I visited Sedona for 4 nights. Sedona is wonderful but the real treat was the L'Auberge. From the cottage to ALL the staff, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and down to earth and there at a moments notice to help with absolutely any request. Will certainly make another trip to L'Auberge.

I don't know how you couldn't like this hotel! The service is impeccable. The valet service is prompt, friendly and very helpful. The room itself is wonderful. Very modern and clean! It was very hard to leave this hotel.

Great service, great place, would definitely stay at L'Auberge again.

One of the Best hotels in Arizona

The L'Auberge wa a very nice hotel. The staff was always helpful and it was nice to have complimentary morning coffe, tea, hot chocolate and scones. They have an astronomer come 3 nights a week to show the guests the heavens above Sedona. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant but I'm sure the meals wer good. Good location for exploring Sedona. We arrived at night and therefore could not see the surrounding mountains. The next morning, after heavy snowfall, the scenery from the area of the hotel was spectacular. Personal service, good food, quiet rooms and bungalows -- all in all a good experience.

Very nice place with access to a lot of amenities close by that they will book for you. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We spent two nights there and the staff was excellent. We were there in December so just be aware that ALL the room are either cabins or the the lodge... where we stayed... and you must get there by walking outside. We did not eat in the restaurant it was a bit too pricey for us. My husband saw 22 dollars for locks and bagels and that pretty much ended […] the idea of eating there :) BUT... from the front desk to the bell hops they were GREAT. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was beyond courteous and accommodating. A very relaxing stay in Sedona. We loved this property, from its beautiful creekside location, to the charm of the Garden Cottage. But the main draw is the great service provided by every member of the hotel staff, from the front desk, valets, restaurant and maintenance personnel. We felt completely pampered!

The gentle sounds of Oak Creek greet you for breakfast, lunch and dinner next to the splendid outdoor dining terrace of L'Auberge de Sedona. The service is magnificent - from the parking valets, the concierge, the room service, and the dining. It is certainly the place to stay in Sedona.

This place was excellent for celebrating my wedding anniversary. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, 100%.

The Hotel was wonderful but there were a lot of maintenance issues with the room. They were fixed bit caused some inconvenience to us. In fairness to them they gave us a substantial credit off our bill without asking, which confirmed their commitment to service and our comfort. We stayed in the hotel section of L'Auberge and it was very nice. They had creekside rooms that also looked amazing and we might try those the next time we visit. We ate at the creekside restaurant and the meals were incredible as well as the view! Regarding service at L'Auberge! We were completely pampered in every way! We only spent one night this week, wish we could have stayed much longer! We stayed in the lodge (the original hotel) which was recently refurbished. There were very few people in the lodge when we were there, presumably because it was the first week in September, so it was exceptionally quiet. Although it was lovely, next time we'll upgrade to one […] of the cottages with the outdoor showers. The beds were marvelous, the service 5-star, love the hotel's "no tipping" policy. The hotel is located right off 89A at the bottom of a very long, steep driveway so you will either need to use the hotel shuttle or drive your car to get to Sedona's "uptown" area even though it's nearby. This was our first time in Sedona. L'Auberge was the perfect romantic getaway. The location on the Oak Creek was serene and beautiful. The staff was attentive and did not accept tips for valet and housekeeping. The rooms were comfortable and the location was in the center of everything. Definitely will go back again.

If you're going to Sedona, this is the place to be. Service is impeccable, rooms great, setting beautiful. Definitely would return if we get back to Sedona.
