今回初めて宿泊しました。 一つだけ、問題があります。 突風にも耐えられる強化ガラスの窓に変更すると最高のホテルです。 外の風の音がうるさくて眠れませんでした。

Checkin staff were very welcoming and took me through the check in process. The room was not ready (we did arrive at 10:30am) however, they swapped us to a room that was ready. Stayed at Blackpool Hilton April 2012. Building itself isn't the prettiest from the outside but inside is just as you would expect from a Hilton, clean and very open. We stayed in a Superior Family room overlooking the sea (sunsets were amazing!). Kids loved all the 'freebies' in the room. We stayed at the Hilton over Easter and there was nothing really to fault. It was what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. It was a bit too far tor us to walk to the strip so we did have to drive every day, however it you don't mind a walk it would be very pleasant on a nice day as it is straight down the promenade. We did not use the pool because it was busy being the Eastern Holidays but my husband used the gym and the equipment was very modern and looked quite new. The room had tea/coffee making facilities replenished daily (as were the toiletries), iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There were plenty of car parking spaces which cost just £3.00 per 24 hours - you can pay in advance and come and go as you please. The hotel is located at the blackpool tower end of the strip. The room was way too cold and needs to be refreshed, above all the bathtub

The hotel does not stand for the name and the price is not worth far from the main sites

The hotel was very clean and we had good first impressions. We booked a double room. When getting into the room we found it to be very small and grubby looking. The bed was a small double and was hard and lumpy. The breakfast was excellent as were the restaurant staff. The location was good as it was very quiet but just a short walk to the centre.

we have visited the hilton blackpool on numerous times, but after our last visit we will have to look for others.Our room was ok? not 4*.it was very hot and our window did"nt open due to it being sealed closed.We did relay to receptionest but i think it fell on deaf ears.We were hoping for a good sleep but not to be.Room doors did not close quietly […] but with a bang? Far enough from town to not notice and Close enough if you must

Food and staff great. Carvery recommended. Restaurant staff dealt with confusion over Tastcard acceptance extremely professionally. Room rather small but good view. No complaints

I went with my family, it is very quite, and suitable for family. It was not bad, the hotel is a bit old in terms of decorations and simple bathroom, however for the price I have paid I think it is a bargain. very nice great facilitys woud stay again

The hotel is very nice and very clean, the employees are very helpful and cheerful. Quite expensive in the hotel tho, prices may need to be lowered for mr to condider going again, aswell as the the cost of the nights. Overall if you have the money, its a very good place to go

For a Hilton hotel it was very disappointing. If you plan a weekend to have a pamper. The swimming pool is more like a pond, very small you only need to put your goldfish in it. Then if you want a massage or treatments there is no one on site, they don't even ring or arrange for you but expect you to ring someone who is self employed and obviously off […] site so you are not necessarily going to get a booking. Good location and a decent Hotel as you would expect

gym was good check in staff appeared a bit unattentive and disinterested

stayed at the hilton food great but room was next to lift and could not get a nights sleep and hotel was empty so why uses this roon never again

Two nights stay and it was absolutely superb. The service was amazing, rooms stunning and breakfast a real feast....... Staff were very friendly and courteous at all times.......a credit to the hotel

Clean comfortable rooms, good leisure facilities, staff were pleasant, and helpful, only meals we tried were breakfast which was spot on. only a short walk to centre or a £4.00 taxi ride. Would stay again. My only gripe would be that there was no free wi-fi.

Very good hotel, far enough away from the rock and slot shops of blackpool. Beds very comfortable (sealey) and most rooms have sea views and well equipped with hairdryers, tea/coffee etc. We had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was very good indeed.

We had a lovely time in Blackpool, the Hilton as usual was up to standard, breakfast is really good here, we always stay here when in Blackpool, for those of you going to B'pool give this hotel a try, you won't be disappointed.

this seems to be a common problem with hilton hotels,the rooms are well presented but the beds are very uncomfortable, had two single beds in my room ,had to use the quilt from one bed as a matress topper but still was very disappointing.The leisure facilites are nice and only ten minute walk into the town,overall not really four star more like thr […] ee. もっと読む

While the Hotel is up to the usual Hilton Standards the fact that the two small elevators only have a limited capacity to service guests during peak hours (Breakfast and check out) They proved to be inadequete to the task.

Room needs total upgrade - looking very old & tired. Seal around bath & basin cracked & tatty, caps missing off screws to bath panel & false panel to vanity. Paint chipped to false panel over toilet & dirty. Dust on light fixtures & skirtings / architraves. Chrome peeling from shower curtain rod. Shower head was FILTHY. Carpets stained. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel , however the drinks were expensive , who it be possible the offer less expensive drinks/sandwiches/ice-creams to familys with chidlren? However Bar staff were lovely regards sharon

Location: Great for the illuminations but quiet a walk to both Promenades & trek to the pleasure beach on foot. We were served with juice at the table and were only given a cup of tea & coffee on our first morning however pots were served the following day?? The toasters need adjusting or replacing as the edges of the toast burns resulting in the whole restaurant smelling of burnt toast. Room: We stayed in a standard double. It was spacious enough for us & our toddler with travel cot. The room had a sea view which was nice but the wind was also quite loud. There appeared to have been an issue with damp and the wallpaper had been removed around the window and never redecorated. The bathroom was sufficient but I expected better. An issue I had with the room was that there was no in room temperature control only a radiator that we didn't wasn't turned on & we didn't know how to work, not the best for October! Staff: The one's that we dealt with were courteous & helpful but the restaurant staff could have been better and there was a lack of communication between them resulting in confusion. Leisure facilities: Only used the pool & changing facilities, the pool is what you expect from a hotel but the layout of the changing rooms/ towel drop/spinner were all over the place. There was a separate family changing room which was so small we could barely move and we are only 2 adults & a toddler. The family change was separate to both male & female changing rooms and the pool was only accessible through each individual changing room. Parking: Adequate parking & really cheap for a hotel. Hotel Reception could'nt do enough for you,most welcoming,Food was excellent,Room was very clean,Hotel on a whole was excellent,and would certainly stay again. Only recommendation would be: Bar staff need to smile a little.and not very helpful.

Hotel is ideal for a stay, the room was basic with a pull down sofa that was very uncomfortable, the breakfast was brilliant , staff good and there own car parking which is good for blackpool. Will stay again next year.

Hotel booking and services very good value for money. Staff very helpful and facilities excellent. Wine and spirit prices are high.

I have stayed at a number of Hilton Hotels and was a little surprised they have one in Blackpool. The outside decor is brutal but the inside is comfortable. Room was small but had a nice sea view. The hotel is ok for attractions and lights, but as a business traveller, I would stay outside the town and travel in.
