This is the second time we have stayed here (3 times each time) and have found it to be good location, great front desk staff, and confortable rooms. The breakfast is okay and nightly snacks are great.

the hotel was in great location close to freeway and westfield shopping mall and waterslides. the stay was quick hassle free and staff was awesome. I will be staying again in future visits.

I will stay at Larkspur Landing on my next visit to Roseville. Great service and amenities for just the right price.

Price was good. Bed was very comfortable, my wife keeps commenting about it almost 2 weeks later. Continental breakfast was average. The eating area was nicely decorated, with tv on each side to watch morning news. They had breakfast burritos on Thursday, but we missed them, got there around 8:30, breakfast closes at 9. Ultra courteous staff, boutique feel to the hotel. Great appetizers on Tuesday and Wednesday from a catering co. that are complimentary. Decided to make all 3 days of my business trip from here. Centrally located and it felt like home by the 3rd night.

Clean hotel, friendly staff and free laundry and free laundry detergent!

The hotel and staff were both very nice, however when I booked through Hotels.com we were supposed to recieve a suite. Instead we recieved a small mini suite which did not accomodate myself and two teenagers. Room was very small and did not even have a couch. Steep price for Roseville.

This was a great hotel with comfortable accomodations. I picked this hotel because I was bringing my puppy. I was very surprised to receive an extra $75 charge for bringing my puppy. Nowhere on line did it state I would receive this charge (thru Hotels.com). They claimed it was for "cleaning". I could understand getting this extra charge if my dog somehow […] caused them need for extra cleaning but how would they know this ahead of time? Visited my grandma for Easter and stayed at Larkspur Landing. We were greeted by friendly staff. Location is very convenient and felt safe. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and water park. Our room was nice and clean. It was like a studio that we bought some snacks and drinks at Walmart. Great healthy breakfast selection which we brought upstairs […] in our room and enjoyed. The staff is extremely pleasant. What I enjoy most is that I can depend on having a good stay when I go to a Larkspur. They are very consistent.

We enjoyed our stay . The hotel was a great value for the price. All of the hotel staff working at the front counter were very friendly & helpfull. The breakfast was good. Motel was very clean. The only thing that we found that we did not like was that the heating & air conditioning unit is located in the living area & there is a ceiling vent with a […] fan that is suppose to draw the heat & air into the bedroom. There are lots of positives for this hotel. Great bed, large room, big TV, kitchen, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was surprisingly good and healthy. And of course the price was right! A great value.

My wife & I stayed here for 2-nights recently. The room was nice(2nd floor) and was very quiet. The kitchenette was a nice surprise for it's completeness.Stove, Refrigerator w/icemaker, coffee pot, Dishes, Utensils, Plates, GLASS glasses, ceramic coffee cups and....a dishwasher. I love the location. You can find many restaurants, shops and super markets. The rooms have a small kitchen that is fully equiped. Free breakfast, apples and cookies, gym, laundry room and close to major highways. Staff is freindly and helpful. I highly reccommend this hotel. I travel to this location on a weekly basis and stay here every time.

My stay was great. I needed to get away after surgery and just visit family. I was comfortable and happy and had a great stay. They were so accomadating to my small dogs.

The staff was friendly and accomadating. Oddly enough what I really enjoyed was the sound of the trains going by on occassion.

Great hotel for work travel. Nice weight room.

Great place to go if you are planning to cook something

The staff was excellent and the room wonderful. Enjoyed the stay and will be back. Comfort and plenty of amenities.

We have stayed here before and found it convenient when visiting family in the area. Part of our reason for selecting this hotel is we have a small dog they are pet friendly. When we arrived this last time, we were informed that there is a $75 additional fee for the dog. We explained this had not been the case in the past and were rudely told "Well […] those are the rules". I asked to speak to the manager who was pleasant & helpful during our last stay and was told "She's not here, I'm the manager on duty and because of the dog, I have to change your room". Not wanting further conflict we conceeded. Life is too short to deal with rude & arrogant service, we will NOT return! もっと読む

The noisiest room I have stayed at in years, traffic noise and when the traffic noise was gone could hear the room next door conversation. Drapes would not open and bath tub drain would not stay open.

A very relaxing getaway after a hectic holiday season. The staff was courteous and professional. I enjoyed being able to check out movies. The bed was very comfortable and the room, very clean. Great location, close to shopping and plenty of restaurants.

Their staff is very friendly and breakfast is nice. Everything so clean and we even get to use the kitchen for instant noodle. It's the most comfortable hotel I have been staying for the past couple months. I highly recommended. In fact, I already recommend to my boss's parents.

We had a wonderful weekend visiting Roseville. The service and the room was Great. The two things that could have made it perfect would have been the directions could have been better to get into the place and the pillows were way tooo soft. Yes, there were four but to soft. Next time I will bring my own.

Overall our stay was quite nice. The room & in particular the bed was very nice. Bathroom, TV, desk etc were fine. This was a local "romantic" weekend for us. The one area that needs improvement, in our opinion, is the little kitchen area. The minimal aspects are just that. There was no sponges of any nature (scrubing etc.) No Salt & Pepper (come on […] we're talking about S&P). The 4 bottles of water had a price tag of $1.50. Water!! You stay and pay for a suite for 2 nights and they charge for water? On the plus side the day front desk person (Brian) was extremely helpful and addressed our concerns well. Great place to stay! Love the attention to detail and the laundry availability. Lots of little extras that make it a very comfortable, homey place to stay. I will stay here again.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, excellent location, and the room was absolutely beautiful. I might have to take a few of their design into my house. nice layout

this is a pretty good hotel. we got stuck with a room on the freeway side on the first floor so you do hear the freeway noise but at night its pretty quiet. if you have a pet like we did you will have to paid a 75 dollar pet fee. why I dont know I ask why so much and they said that it is for the cleaning. Booked 4 rooms with family and pets. It was a wonderful surprise to see how clean and spacious the rooms were and how friendly and efficient the staff was!

We found this hotel delightful. Friendly staff, good location and the ease of having a full kitchen in the room. The buffet breakfast was good too. I personally enjoyed the scent of holiday spices in the hallways. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed on a whim and have no regrets.

We had to go to Sacramento on short notice for a funeral and booked the Larkspur quickly on line. What a happy surprise to arrive at such a comfortable place. The rooms were spacious. Very impressed with this hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and roomy. Full Kitchen, wonderful beds and linens and very helpful and friendly staff. When the clerk found out that I would need to be sleeping during the day, she put me in a room at the end of the hall where there would be less noise. Loved location, near Gallarie Mall, lots of restaurants. Nice to have a few a restaurant in walking distant. Large suit with full kitchen! Very clean and comfortable. Loved small breakfast and snacks provided for free.reserakunts

We just stayed one night but after a business travel of 3 weeks, would have loved to stay here for that! The hotel is great and the staff are friendly. The bed was a bit firm for my liking and the breakfast was nothing fabulous but everything else is top notch.
