Good hotel, Id stay again.

Better signage from the raod would be helpful since the hotel is set back behind other hotels.

My family and I stayed there. The most important bits were that the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff are very nice and courteous. The bathroom was small and left a lot to be desired. Little things, like the light switch being on the outside, just not what I was expecting at 3am. Also, the outside sink area is tiny and only one person can […] use it at a time. The television entertainment option is a nickel-and-dime system, I would recommend bringing your own computer + netflix. Also try and stay at the front of the complex, as highway 50 is in the back and can be noisy on weekends. I've stayed at comparable rooms for less at other hotels within a 3 mile radius of the Holiday Inn, so look around. The one advantage this has that others don't is that its pet friendly with a deposit. もっと読む

I was in Sacramento for 2 days to study and do an exam. I was looking for peaceful and clean place to stay. Holiday inn turned out to be quite a nice and comfortable place. In fact I was waiting in parking lot of a nearby hotel when I called Hotels.com for room nearby. Pleasantly surprised on rate quoted for this one. For the money and having a dog we found this to be an excellent place to stay and visit our kids. We did use the pool, but thoes that did seem to be having a good time.A very pleasant place to stay and enjoy the area.. I have to say the bed was very comfortable, just like at home, We will return !!!!!

Some staff members have bad attitudes and were offensive.

I stayed at this hotel on my way to Santa Cruz and I was very impressed. The staff were very accomodating to my dog, my family and I. They also have the cheapest pet fees of anywhere in the area. The rooms were very clean, and I thought much nicer than I expected. Definitely a diamond in the rough! Staff was very accommodating. Do wish they put towels out by the pool instead of having to ask for them at the desk. Roll away bed was basically thinly covered coils. Very uncomfortable for even a child to sleep on.

Easy freeway access and close to many different venues.

My room at the Holiday Inn was very satisfactory and did exceed my expectations. It did not include the breakfast. I did not realize until after I had paid for the breakfast buffet that I could have ordered a breakfast off a menu - which I would have done. I was in town for business and this hotel was extremely convenient. The money was good in comparison for what I needed it for. Would stay again.

The whole experience was fantastic. The room was large, clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and the hot buffet in the morning was a bonus. If going to that area again we would stay there in a heartbeat.

Everything was great : room, comfort, service, assistance, facilities, full breakfast .. and for an excellent price.

We had a very nice time it was nice the spa was open late for us to enjoy. It's close to my friends where we go often. Restarant close by to meet friends for breakfast...no problems at all.
