I've stayed in better, I've stayed in worse. Rooms were a little cramped feeling with the two Queens. In some places, especially the bathrooms, it just... looked like the maids don't care to clean well enough. The corners were grimy, the baseboards needing scrubbing and behind the toilet was hairy. With more attention to detail the cosmetic flaws could be overlooked. The free breakfast was a carb fest with no fresh fruit or juice, but it's free so I can't really complain. If you like bagels and toast, it's fine. The front desk staff could use some hospitality training. I stood in line for 15 minutes without even being greeted or acknowledged. He also took 3 phone calls mid check in without excusing himself which I found to be rude. I think the real problem is that the hotel was understaffed. Also the clerk seemed to have a group of his friends over since there were 5-8 guys hanging out at the counter talking to him when customers weren't checking in. AmJam - Oakland さんのコメント ( 2013/06/11)
