Dirty hotel and overpriced. Had to wear shoes to keep from getting feet dirty from the dirty carpets. Sheets were notty & worn out. Shower had no hot water. Could not check in early or even at the regular check-in time.

I have stayed at many Best Westerns and I have always been satisfied at each one. Although this hotel provided the bare minimum, it was not a pleasant stay. Very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Fairly clean. My only complaint is that the carpets need to be washed. My toddler spent the evening walking around in her white socks and they were filthy by the end of the night. Other then that...great stay for a great price.

The night clerk was the only thing outstanding about this tired hotel that badly needs a face lift. The clerk was extremely helpful in finding a place to repair my car.

The stay was great. The room was very comfortable and clean. I did have trouble with the key but the staff quickly fixed it. The location is perfect. I did hear a little traffic noise but not too bad. The neighborhood seems safe. I stayed by myself and never felt afraid or unsafe.

My family and I stayed here overnight when we made a trip from out of state to see a physician in Franklin. It was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, and we heard zero noise from any neighboring rooms so the walls must be really thick. Our room was as clean as could be. We were visiting our granddaughter and family to welcome our second greatgrandson. The hotel was convenient to her house and made our visit from Florida easier. And, I just LOVE the artifacts in the niches and on the sofa table in the lobby.

Nicely appointed and decorated room, quiet except for heater which seemed very noisy but not so that we couldn't sleep, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, nice breakfast but was amazed at how much dust was on the furniture and it seemed that the floor hadn't been swept recently as there was scraps of paper, etc. on the floor.

Very good value. The complimentary breakfast is a cut above the rest. The rooms were clean and confortable.

Overall nice rooms. Had some trouble getting room cleaned though. First day it was to be cleaned the wind blew the make-up room sign over to do not disturb (b/c of design of door handles). Called front desk and they offered some towels if I went to get them (somewhat suggesting it was my fault for putting makeup room sign on door). The second day […] Best Western didn't make-up my room at all (no sign on door), so again I called to complain. Person at front desk recognized me as the same one who had trouble the day before. They did send a maid out within 1 hour (around 7:00pm) who did a good job. Hot water was only warm first 2 days (full hot was not enough) until I mentioned something at front desk. That was adjusted and corrected for the last day. Would probably try and stay one more time if in area for future trip. not a bad hotel, price is on point with quality, room walls to exterior were paper thin. Didnt help that a church group was leaving early in the AM and woke us up at 545. The hotel was excellent. It was situated between a Shoneys on one side and a Waffle House on the other. The price was very good. They did have breakfast but we wanted to get breakfast at Waffle House.

Had a really nice stay, had reserved for 2 days but had to cancell one due to the ballgame just being a one day tournament, Didn't have any trouble at all. They were very nice about . But most of all the room was clean and the breakfast was really good!! Debbie

Air conditioner cover fell off, tv remote would not turn off or on, security safe would not open, keys did not work had to continually go to office to get keys fixed. Room clean beds confortable.

The evening receptionist was not friendly and the room was noisy. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was clearing out guests promptly at 9am, no exceptions.

The location is great, the breakfast was good, the carpet left our socks quite dirty. I have a habit of stripping the beds to check for bed bugs upon arriving at any hotel, and I did the same for this stay. Was in town for a conference and booked this hotel online because of the convenient location to the venue. Upon arrival and check-in, the room key card did not work properly (had to keep re-swiping to get it to work). There were cigarette butts, and trash/discarded food along the walkway outside my room. When I entered the room it felt like I was in […] a basement- not somewhere I felt comfortable relaxing after a day-long conference. The room was stuffy and needed airing out. The chairs were badly stained (didn't even want to sit my stuff down in it), the bed was made, but the linen didn't appear freshly changed, and the carpets were filthy (obviously not vacuumed). I ended up going out to purchase some cleaning supplies to clean and disinfect it myself! Basically, the best thing about this hotel for me was the convenience to the interstate. The single rooms are small (even for one person) and not very well kept, in my opinion. After this experience, I will DEFINITELY do better research before booking a hotel again. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, could not hear anything through the walls (5*!!), could hear outside noise but it was minimal. Walking distance of Waffle House and Shoney's. Convenient location but you will hear some traffic noise. Will stay there again.

We used to sit and look at this hotel after it closed thinking it sad. We were delighted to know we could again stay here.

Was in town for Nike Girls BB Tournament. Hotel was tidy and the room very clean. Even offered complimentary hot breakfast which I didn't get to experience because several of the hungry teams stayed there also. The carpet is so durty you cant even walk on it without your feet or socks turning BLACK. They need a house keeping staf that speek and understand english.

I booked through hotels.com, but when I tried to check in they didn't have a record of my check-in. I showed them my confirmation email and so they called hotels.com. This Budget Hotel in Franklin is a good choice if you are planning on seeing Franklin or Nearby Nashville (as we did). They have free hot breakfast which was really good and wifi. The only drawback was that we came in at 23:50 and had booked a non-smoking room. The only room they had available was a smoking room. Hotel was great, although every night I had to have my key redone

The hotel is a little dated but we just wanted a clean bed so we were ok with the look of the hotel. Front desk was very polite upon check in. Appreciated the directions (on their marquee) to the back entrance. Our A/C unit was not cooling very well so I mentioned it to the front desk as we were leaving Sunday. Upon checkout I went to the front desk...they guy never looked up (he was dressed like a manager which made it even worse). I waited a minute and then just laid my key on the counter and left. I don't think that he ever say me. I am so glad he was not working the day we checked in. Got a special rate so it was worth what I paid for it. The room was clean and the second night it was cool. Good location, room is nice but front desk staff are incompetent. Gave another guest key to my room, couldn't find my reservation and at least 5 other guests had same problem. I think one girl was in training. They were nice and appologetic so hopefully it was just one of those days.

The room had fruit flies flying all around. We asked to move to another room and there was dirt on the sheets like they had not been washed! I would tell everyone not to stay at this hotel!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room had all the basics, was clean, and since we arrived at 11:00 pm and left the next morning at 10:00 am. that's all we needed. The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable.

nothng fancy here. clean, quite room. grocery and gas nearby. simple, adequate breakfast. not a destination hotel, just on "on the road" place to sleep, refuel, and hit the road again. dont dispair with the front desk staff or curb appeal. the room is fine.
