簡単な朝食（カフェテリア形式）がついているのは便利でした。部屋に夕食のメニューがあったので、ホテルのレストランに行こうとしたら、それは系列ホテルにあるレストランのメニューだ、と言われて少し残念でした。 しかし、歩いていける距離にローストビーフで有名な店があります。一度お試しを。 ホテルには子供が遊べる程度のプールがついています。 今回の旅行中は、アウトオブオーダーになってましたが。 シャワーブーストバスタブが離れているのは少し使いずらかったです。

３人で宿泊しました。近所のホテルのレストラン割引券をくれましたが、２枚だけでした。翌朝の出発が早かったので、割引券は使わなかったので問題ありませんでした。 チェックアウト時には色々話しかけてくれてフレンドリーでした。

Our first stay at Charltons was in 1962-Honeymoon! This stay was for our 50'th--2012! Much different hotel now, but still friendly and well operated.

Room was very clean and staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good to. We had a great stay.

The staff were pretty good, the room is well appointed, a nice layout. The bathroom was fantastic, separate shower and bath, lovely towels and lots of hot water, lots of room, well lit and pleasant; as that is my usual complaint about hotels this one was important. It's just the right distance from the main centre for a walk while away from the noise. […] The free breakfast is the usual sparse but sufficient continental. our room backed onto the street one block off Banff Avenue and there were some drunken Aussies in the middle of the night, but that's Banff for you. It was very quiet otherwise, and I had two really good nights sleep. The parking is good. I didn't use the pool but it looked like fun for kids. No view really but I don't want to sit in my room for the view there anyway. All in all I was very happy with it for the price, and I know from experience that Hotels in Banff can be awful. もっと読む

We really enjoy staying at the Charlton Cedar Court. The hot tub and pool make it a great getaway.

The loft room was extremely small, so small that with the hide a bed made into a couch you could not open the door all the way. The view from the room through the small window was that of the hotel directly beside us. The hide a bed did not have any bedding, so needed to be requested. The temperature difference between the main floor and loft was incredible, […] either you cooked in the loft, or froze on the main floor when sleeping. Towels were never stocked in the pool area and always had to ask to be replenished. Staff were really nice and helpful, and the breakfast a nice touch. My friend and I stayed for the weekend here, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the room was great (and we are picky) we're used to 5* hotels when we go away. We had no complaints whatsoever about this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

Just me (dad) and my 6 year old twins staying at the hotel...the room with 2 queen beds was absolutely perfect or us....the room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Having free wifi, parking, and continental breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Charlton court in banff.the loft,firefplace room was nice,howerver to hot upstaires,had to have fan on all night and down was chilly at times but it has heat you can turn on.we had two cold showers on the second day this sucked.The sound from other rooms came throught the walls and we also were told we were to noisey.no party just talking and having […] fun,it was 1145pm so i guess with the walls being thin it was to be exspected.One thing that would make the con breakfast better is cereal and milk and also would it realy be that hard to have the butter at room temp so it is a bit easyer to spread on the bread.I watched the girl take the butter pattys out of the fridge to refill the bowl.could you not set some out in the morn and have it soft when you refill.Its a small thing but it would save alot of people having to put the pattys on the toaster to heat them up and save people from being crabby in the morning.Had a great time in banff.smiles to all もっと読む

Great value for the price! We didn't love the exterior walkways to the rooms, expecially when the signage isn't easy to follow. But the rooms completely make up for it. Huge bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breafast was very good, as well.

Was given the key to the wrong room (surprised the guests in that room!). Had no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pullout bed. Not really a big deal, but didn't even get an apology for either mix up. Continental breakfast was very basic and not really very good.

The pool, hot tub and steam room were great after a day of skiing and the bath robes they have for you make it fun to get to the pool. Everything was as expected however the bed was really uncomfortable.

Great place to stay, only problem is parking dosent accomodate big trucks but other then that awesome.

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in the loft suite with the fireplace which was unique and very cozy. The location isn't bad but it's a bit of a walk to downtown, however there are still restaurants right around the hotel. We found it to be pretty noisy in that you can hear people walking around and if they are […] a bit loud you can hear them in their rooms. The pool is nice but for some rooms you have to walk outside to get there, which in the winter wasn't the most convenient. The continental breakfast was a huge plus and was very tasty. Overall the hotel was decent. We booked the loft suite, it was smaller than it looked in the picture but still pretty nice. Had no noise problems at all. The walk to downtown was a bit of a ways away but not too bad. overall our experience was good. We had someone from the maid service come in, middle of the day....for what reason, were not sure. Made us feel like she was after something and that we had to take all our expensive belongings with us. It was a little shocking!!

Nice sized room for family of four. Great huge bathroom and shower. Compimentary breakfast good, but the host during the complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Would recommend and would stay again.

Overall the hotel was very cozy and clean. Service was good. We had a loft room and the upstairs bedroom area was really hot and would not cool down so I had trouble sleeping, while the lower living area was too cold!

I would rate this as a motel with a continental breakfast. Note that the hallways are all outside, so there is no inside access to the rooms. Fine in summer I guess but not when its cold out. Beds were fine, room was rather small but the biggest complaint is that you cannot control the room temp and it kept me up all night. Either hot or cold, on or […] off. Very frustrating. We were looking forward to the steam room and whirlpool but neither were working. There are a couple washrooms by the pool but the only shower (which seriously needs replacing) to rinse off was in the steam room. The bus stopped on both sides of the resort which was great, it was very easy to move around and go snowboarding, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great value for a very nice, romantic setting. We had a fireplace loft and it made for a nice little getaway with that special someone. We'll go back.

Very nice rooms, great staff. A bit of a walk to downtown, would be wonderful in the summer. The only downfall was you had to go to their sister hotel, about a block down the road, to enjoy the restaurant and lounge. Too cold in the winter, so stayed and enjoyed the pool and hottub.

There is no room service and guests have to walk outside in order to get to/from lobby and swimming pool. Other than that it is a nice place.

My wife and I have been doing overnight weekend trips to Banff about every three or four months for a number of years. This time around, we decided to break away from out usual haunts and thus ended up at Charlton's Cedar Court. After reading mostly favourable reviews elsewhere on this site, we dismissed the few negative ones and booked two nights in […] a loft suite to celebrate our anniversary. We could not have been happier with our choice. The suite was clean and cheerful and the loft bedroom was a romantic place to spend our nights. The free continental breakfast was adequate and better than others we've sampled along the strip. As the hotel was not fully booked, it was hard to gauge how loud it could be when crowded but we had no disruptions, even though the Saturday night was party night for Halloween participants. Throw in the free parking, Wi-Fi access and a comfortable hot tub and steam room (we passed on the pool) and we have already decided to make this hotel our new favourite. The only knock I have is it is not pet friendly, so we will have to book elsewhere when bringing along the entire family and the dog. With cordial staff, fairly easy walking proximity to the prime shopping area and the feel of a ski chalet in the loft bedroom, we will be coming back during the winter season. もっと読む

Stayed for two nights. Hotel was clean and had friendly customer service. Breakfast attendant was fantastic. Would definately stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was other guests being very noisey at 2am on the 2nd morning of our stay. Overall a very clean and comfortable hotel.

We made resevations for a delux room approx. 2 months in advance. However when we checked in we had been given an econpmy room. We discovered it only when we got into the room.Only when we came back to the the reception and inquire regarding this, we were told the a group checked in and there was no delux room available for us. Actally this hotel was the nicest we have stayed in. Our room was an upgraded room and it had the most lovely spa bathroom. I hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

Having been forewarned about the discomfort others had experienced in the loft suite, we came prepared with thin pjs and thick blankets. However, there was a fan in the upstairs bedroom and with a little bit of creativity of combining the AC and the fan, we were quite comfortable. With 2 females in one room, we have a lot of toiletries. When we returned […] to our room after it had been cleaned, the cleaning person had thoughtfully placed a face towel under our spill-able items in the bathoom. And, there is nothing like a crisply made bed! The breakfast room was pleasant and well stocked with juices, bread, cinnamon bread cookies, milk, fresh chilled fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Plenty of choice for any diet, I am diabetic and I had a great breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great and well-stocked with clean towels when we went swimming. The only area I was disappointed with was the view. With all of the construction of hotels to accommodate the influx of visitors in Banff, the hotels are constructed quite close to one another and the mountain view was obstructed by the proximity of the next hotel. Our stay was July 24th - The hotel room was more that suitable - we loved it. Location was great as well - we did not want to stay right in the main hub and wanted the short little walk for the exercise. The morning breakfast was more than satisfactory as well. The front desk on the evening of our arrival was fabulous - they went out of their way for […] as because when we arrived there we had heard that the road to Golden BC was closed due to a landslide - they quickly went on the internet to find out when it would be open and kept us informed all evening when we walked by the front desk. However, the next morning when we were checking out there was an issue - tried to charge me for my room - said I'd already paid - lady kept arguing with me - after all this we found out that she heard my wrong when I told her the room number but instead of apologizing she said I must have given her the wrong room number.
