運良くスペースニードル側の部屋になりました。 窓からタワーがよく見えて良かったです。 夜中も照明が付いていたので、なかなか見応えがありました。 また、部屋には電子レンジが付いていました。 部屋の壁は薄く隣の声などが聞こえましたが、特に問題はないと思います。

ダウンタウンからモノレールを使ってすぐ。空港からもライトレールで乗り継ぎ楽。部屋は広く清潔。ローコストなのがよい。但し、インターネット接続が不安定で、速度がえらく遅いのが難！

スペースニードルから500メートル位、モノレールの駅も 近くにあります。 シアトルは駐車場が有料のホテルが多い中で、無料で駐車できました。 部屋は広くて使い易い、ちょっと建物が古いけどきちんと改装してあります。 アメリカではベストウエスタン良く利用します、大きく外れることが無い安定感がいいですね、特に車を使って宿泊する方ににお勧めです

This hotel is close to the Pike Place Market and Seatle Center. Prices are reasonable grades while the hotel clean. On the other hand, has been a party in your room until midnight that some customers, I wanted to be alert at the hotel.

Very good stay. There was a window that would not close. The drapes were pulled across the open area. When we tried to close the window, we could not. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall, it was a good experience.

Next to everything. Five mins walk from Seattle Centre and one stop from Seattle Downtown by monotrain. 5-7 Restaurants within 3 blocks distance and 7 blocks from awesome Whole Food.

Without a doubt, I had the best customer service ever! Both young men at the counter helped me find a restaurant and told me how to get there. They also helped me with my luggage as I have a disability. I was very impressed. Room had all I needed and was very clean.

We were treated very, very well by the staff as we have platinum memberships. We've been many times to this Best Western and will return again. It's an easy walk to everything. We highly recommend the new Glass Museum next to the Space Needle.

Construction being done in the surrounding area was noisy and didn't stop until 9 pm in the evening. It was distracting. However, that said our stay was very enjoyable. The service staff was amazing and our room couldn't have been more comfortable.

Daytime building construction noise next door may be a problem for some and the road construction and detours may deter others from choosing this location - otherwise it certainly is centrally located. We have stayed here before and the Seattle Center view had a nicer room - but wasn't available this time.

The outside of the hotel was run down. When we called room service no one answered the phone. I just felt that it wasn't what it advertised to be. There was construction happening outside the window until late at night and started early in the morning.

This was the last of several hotels me and my partner stayed in while in Seattle. Overall, my experience of Seattle and the US was very good and I was impressed with the level of service provided everywhere we went..apart from this hotel. When we arrived to check in we had to wait at least 15 minutes while the only member of staff at reception answered […] the phone to many other customers. They seem more concerned about making new bookings than actually bothering with people once they have your money. We checked in around 6 and as we went to our room passed dirty dishes and trays from room service we were not given the best welcome. However, this only got worse when the same dirty dishes were still unmoved when we came back from the space needle and walking around town at around 11 o'clock!!!! Stayed here before. Rooms good size and clean. Close to the Needle and Key Arena. Last time we didn't have to pay extra for parking or for breakfast. This is a shame, as there are other hotels in the area at a similar value that offer a continental breakfast.

For a quick stay, this hotel was okay. The rooms were clean and the front staff was very nice. Unfortunately, I was staying alone and didn't feel safe as a young woman. This was more due to the location, not the hotel itself, but it is what affected my overall score of the hotel.

New beds and decent amenities in this hotel. Close enough to downtown but the neighbourhood is a little scary. Wouldn't walk back to the hotel at night and there is some construction close by. But the staff were great and we enjoyed our stay.
