場所柄、車がないと不便です。バスも近くには通ってないようでした。しかし、ホテル自体はフロントや従業員もフレンドリーで掃除も行き届いており、朝食もホテル内で摂ることができ、大変満足でした。

"Stayed for truck show attendance"
Started off badly when keys didn't work, long walk back to lobby to get fixed. When we did, we opened the door to "our" room only to find people already in residence there -embarrassing much!! "Derby fun"

Very tidy hotel. It had everything we needed to make our Derby weekend comfortable. Clean room, convenient to Louisville and the airport. The Denny's diner does get busy and the wait staff overwhelmed but it wasn't too bad. Lovely rooms, nicely decorated, beds very comfortable, front desk staff were very pleasant. The free breakfast at Denny's was excellent, overall very reasonably priced. The only down side was the sloppy housekeeping. She did clean the bathroom OK, but didn't empty the icebucket and the beds were poorly made, she didn't adjust the pillows, she pulled […] up the blanket and that was about it, barely straightened anything out. I'm not used to any indoor smoking, so my first impression was of overpowering cigarette smoke coming from the lounge. That and the loud karaoke. Fortunately, my room was far enough away that I couldn't hear or smell the lounge. The room was attractive and comfortable and large.
