Best Western Plus San Marcos Inn格安予約

Staff was friendly. Rooms are clean but small and are in dire need of some updating, including the beds. They only provided two pillows. Breakfast is complimentary, as is the evening wine and cheese. But, since we do not drink, not sure of the quality. All in all. not worth the price. Very disappointed!

We had an excellent stay at this BW, it was close to the mainstreet and a block away from the waterfront. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. In the evening there was a free wine and cheese tasting. The rooms were clean and had lots of room, also they have a really nice jaccuzi. We plan to stay here again for another weekend getaway.

Had trouble with getting the room cleaned. There were toenail clippings and sand on the carpet. We were woke up at 0930 after getting in late by a housekeeper that could not speak English. We told her in our best Spanish we would be a few minutes. She never came back but told her supervisor we put out the privacy sign. We did report this to the front […] desk that said they would get it cleaned, Came back 10 hours later it still was not cleaned. Spoke to the front desk. They did apologize. We arrived about 2:30 and it wasn't ready but guaranteed at 3:00, we returned again at 3:45...still not ready. They finally found a room that was ready and we got that. The price (even on holiday)...continues to get higher...very tough when retired. That is the MOST we have ever paid there and have stayed MANY times. The cost was very reasonable & the service staff (desk & cleaning crew) all did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable. The location is great, an easy walk down to the water. The only drawbacks are towels that don't smell so great but are clean & an outdated fountain located downstairs that leaked the entire time we were there (it doesn't […] affect the rooms). The hotel would benefit by remodeling this area of the hotel & just replace it with inviting comfy chairs to relax & mingle. Cleaning or replacing some of the plants would also help. Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel, aber sehr unflexibel bei der Umbuchung eines anderen Best Western Hotels. Wir können es nicht beurteilen, bei welchem Hotel die Probleme lagen, es waren beides BW-Hotels
