Chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I thought I can book a room before and after my trip to Orlando and receive free parking for the days before and after my trip. When I checked in tge lady was rude in saying that I could not park my truck there during my trip, she didn't even offer any kind of parking besides park and fly. Not impress […] with the service. Front counter staff was very pleasant to talk to, especially since I believe that the were understaffed. When we came in the front door, there was a gentleman getting registered and then the receptionist told him that she would be just a moment, and ran off somewhere in the hotel. This Hotel was great for what I needed. The breakfast was also very good and had a good selection of hot and cold items. The only downside of the stay was the lack of good internet service where there was no signal in the rooms and staying for business made it difficult.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pub on site was nice, not the greatest service, but ok. I was totally amazed at the free breakfast in the morning!! Very good, very tasty and such a nice selection of dishes!! The location was so nice and close to the airport! Loved that and the shuttle included in the price!!

We were pleased at the location, close to Air Port, free shuttle, to and from. Great breakfast included. Staff friendly, and accommodating It was great and we will definitely use again. No elevator so if you are not on the main floor, you do have to get your bags up a flight. .
