I picked this hotel in Annecy for a long weekend to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. (22 yrs ) !! Hotel, is in a good position for shops / old town & railway station. Room on 3rd Floor at the side, quiet / only occasional noise from lift. Breakfast expensive @ 14 euros each - but very good variety to suit all tastes. Friendly staff, clean, modern and spacious rooms. A short walk from the train station, the lake or the old town. Loved that the rooms were airconditioned and included a bar fridge! Only complaint is that the toilet was very small - the door just scrapes past the toilet to open and close.

Very very difficult to navigate to the hotel with a car. We parked in one garage then had to move the car to their garage. They should have told us beforehand that they had a garage partner and saved us a huge step!

Hotel is short walking distance from railway station/bus station. Centrally located close to lake and main tourist areas. Good clean modern hotel.

This hotel is a short walk from the train station, lake & old town. It was very comfortable, the room was large & had everything you need. The staff were welcoming & we would recommend the hotel to friends.

Great hotel and good value; just be careful the one way system make it a nightmare to find in a car. Dont follow your sat nav - there are signs if you look carefully.

Warum wird einem bei Einzelzimmer immer der Eindruck vermittelt, dass man abgezockt wird?? - in diesem Fall Zimmer im 4. Stock - Mansarde, Mini Fenster in der Dachschräge, kein Ausblick

Personnel très accueillant, situé près du lac dans une rue calme. Dommage qu' il n' y a pas de parking.

Gute centrale Lage, Parkplatz (öffentlich) 2 Minten zu Fuss, Gebühren werden vom Hotel von 19.00 bis 8.00 Uhr übernommen. Betten comfortabel, Bad einfach aber sehr sauber, positif für spät- bzw einfachfrühstücker: Leichtes Frûhstück für 7 Euro pP im Empfangsbereich. Negativ: Wenig Stauraum für mehr als 3 Tage Aufenthalt und GROSSES NEGATIV: SEHR WENIG […] STECKDOSEN, zB zum Handyaufladen bzw PC anschliessen etc: man muss Tischlampen ausstecken oder im Bad das Handy aufladen.... zu zweit pro Zimmer schon sehr problematisch もっと読む

c ' était un week end amoureux alors j ' avais choisi Mercure comme gage de qualité mais quelle deception quand on a poussé la porte de la chambre ! Cela ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos qui sont sur le site Hotels.com ! chambre où juste était prévu la place pour le lit , aucune decoration , une housse de couette à même le lit , des murs recouverts […] d ' un enduit peint-et-repeint . On tire le rideau pour voir la vue : un mur à 4 M avec les conduits d ' eau , et des fleurs en plastique passées pour " égayer" la vue ??? ou la rendre encore plus triste !!! La nuit il a fallu fermer la fenetre parce qu il y avait un bruit incessant et sourd des clim je pense ??? bref une cata !!! on ne nous a pas proposé de petit déjeuner , ni indiqué son horaire ce qui nous a evité de refuser .... le seul point positif c'est la proximité avec le centre ville ... à pied en quelques minutes ! mais en voiture pas facile avec tous les sens uniques ! hotel très bien situé, près de tout. très bon accueil.

La chambre est confortable, tout semble bien quand tout a coup quelqu un fais des claquette au dessu de ma tete, qui se trouve a ce moment là au repos sur le lit !!! En fait la chambre se trouve sous l escalier principale, et l'on peu jusqu'à 23h30 deviner si c'est une femme, un homme ou un enfant qui monte ou qui descend ! le matin le galai démarre […] à 5h30, je sais ce que ressentait harry potter dans sa chambre sous l'escalier maintenant !!! もっと読む

Grande chambre super pour séjour avec un bébé mais accès dans l'hôtel pas idéal (escalier) et ascenseur trop petit pour poussette!

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, es sind nur ein paar Schritte in die Altstadt. Die Einerzimmer sind im Dachgeschoss und sehr klein, es gibt nur eine kleine Dachlucke, dafür eine Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Vorgast in meinem Zimmer hat leider geraucht (trotz Nichtraucherzimmer), das Zimmer hat entsprechend gestunken. […] Ausserdem war das Zimmer auch schlecht geputzt (Brotkrümel am Boden, an der Nachttischlampe noch ein Billigschmuck, offensichtlich von der Vormieterin). Hotell med centralt läge i Annecy, bara 100 meter från gamla stan. Lugnt, rent och bekvämt, dock en konstig lukt på rummet.
