I had an extra day in my business trip and elected to spend in Montpellier, France. I selected the Mercure Centre for its location, near the old downtown. The location was fine and convenient to walking around on Saturday morning in the old city.

Comfortable and clean. In the centre of Montpellier although the walkway to the Place Du Comedie was a bit dark at night. The hotel staff could not have been better. We had a problem with the first room we were given and it was changed without any problem. Stayed here for 3 nights in April, chose due to location , free transfers and air con.........location is good in the sense that its close to the main centre but far enough away that should be quiet but it wasn't! We specifically asked for (and were told we had!) a quiet romm but they allowed a lorry to unload everynight with sound equipment c11pm-midnight […] , we are early risers so this was when we wanted to be asleep so we needed to close the window but couldnt as it was 30degrees but there was no air con; after the second day of asking for it to be looked at , it was 'confessed' that they didnt put it on as it wasn't hot enough in April; how hot does it have to be! The pillows were awful (I ALWAYS take my own so only my partner really suffered from this), we just couldnt sleep as it was either too hot with the window closed or too noisy (and hot with outside air being muggy) with window opened. We loved the city; ou afbvourite now across Europe; even beating Venise and Florence which is a tall order; stay to the back streets if you want the real classy areas; shop but with a big credit card limit. Das Hotel hatte für uns die perfekte Lage. Strassenbahn-Haltestelle gleich in unmittelbarer Nähe, Place de la Comédie ca. 10min zu Fuss erreichbar und auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof Montpellier entfernt, zum Strand dauert es mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ca. eine Stunde. Kan anbefales. Ligger nær det historiske sentrum. Rent og romslig værelse. Det eneste vi kan innvende var at da vi besøkte hotellet i april i strålende solskinn - var uteterrassen ennå ikke åpnet. Det kunne den godt ha vært.

La única pega es que habíamos reservado cama de matrimonio y cuando llegamos no había más que habitaciones con 2 camas individuales, y además muy pequeñas y estrechas.

Après avoir tournés pendant 30 minutes, nous avons fini par trouver le parking ! Les panneaux indicateurs sont quasi inexistants et le gps perdu (comme nous !). bon séjour; inaccessible , pas de signalisation avant l'hôtel, accès difficile au parking la nuit. De grâce, changez ces draps allergisants en "tergal" ,le vrai "coton" n'a aucun égal pour le confort de sommeil et du repos de nuits souvent trop courtes des travailleurs!

L'hotel Mercure montpellier centre est très bien situé. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et propres, les lits confortables et la moquette épaisse et agréable. Seul bémol, l'eau du robinet ne s'écoulait pas bien dans le lavabo. Le petit déjeuner buffet est de qualité sauf les fruits qui n'étaient pas frais.

Hôtel très bien situé et très confortable. Un bémol pour le petit dej ( fruits pas mûrs, pas de produits light). Très proche de la place de la comédie mais l'accès mériterait une rénovation.

Hotel tres calme, les chambres sont tres propres, la climatisation est appreciable, le personnel est à notre ecoute. Un petit bemol tout fois sur l'acces à l'hotel, alors qu'il est tres pres de la station "Antigone" sans le savoir on fait un detour par le centre commercial qui est inutile, mais toute fois ce n'est pas insurmontable

très bon service, tranquille, pas de bruit provenant des autres chambres, moquette très confortable. Buffet du petit déjeuner complet et accueil agréable. Trop chaud dans les chambres. Nous sommes satisfaites et reviendrions dans votre hôtel pour un prochain séjour à Montpellier.
