ロワッシーバスのバス停から近く、更にオペラ周辺なので、観光の拠点としてとても便利です。 フライトが早朝でホテル到着後、アーリーチェックインをお願いしたら、渋々ながらも引き受けてくれました。 フロントの愛想の悪さは、パリのホテルなので仕方ないでしょう。しかし、私たちのために早めに部屋を用意してくれた客室係りのおばさんは、愛想もあり良かったです。

立地は最高なるも迷路のようで、通常は照明が消灯している廊下、荷物を積むと二人乗れない狭く小さなエレベーター、極端に小さいベッド。 寝に帰るだけのヒトでもちょっときついと思う。

初めてのパリ旅行で、5日間滞在しましたが、本当にグランドホテルオスマンを選んでよかったです。 内装はとっても可愛く、ホテルの人々はみな優しかった。なにより立地が最高です。オペラ駅から歩いて3分くらいなので、どこに行くにも便利だしデパートは近いし。なにより空港からロワシーバス1本で来れるのがとっても楽でした。朝食のビュッフェもとても美味しかったです。またパリにくる時はグランドホテルオスマンに泊まりたいと思います。

場所もオペラからすぐだし、フロントのスタッフも英語が堪能で色々説明してくれたりとても親切にしていただきました。 只、壁が薄く廊下や隣の人の音は少し気になりますがルームサービスも清潔感があって良かったですよ。日本のビジネスホテルより設備は劣っているかもしれませんが私は充分良かったです！またパリに行く時は泊まりたいと思いました。

パリ中心部のOpera駅から徒歩5分程度の場所にあります。ド・ゴール空港からのバスも最寄りに到着しますし、ユーロスターでイギリスから来た場合も、電車の乗り継ぎ一回で到着し移動にも大変に便利です。 ホテルはヨーロッパスタイルの建物で、中も清潔で部屋も広く、朝食もボリュームがあり、観光の拠点として大変に良いホテルでした。

1泊しかしなかったがオペラ座から近くて安くて良かった。フレンドリーで無料Wi-Fiも電波良かった。

ロワシーバス乗り場までも徒歩でいける距離です。 立地がいいので時間を有効に使いたい方にお勧めです。通りより1本内側に入っているので見つけにくい所がありますが、チェックインすれば利便性はいいです。 近くには夜遅くまでやっているモノプリ（スーパー）もあり、買い物にもいいです。

清潔さも立地もよく、 内装もかわいく満足しました。 大通りに近いので危険もなさそうです。 しかし、間を挟んで二泊したため、 二種類の部屋に泊まったのですが、 二つの部屋の大きさが結構違いました。 「同じ値段払ってるのに…」と思ってしまいました。

オペラ座からすぐの便利なロケーションです。 エレベーターや部屋はやはり狭いですが、フロントの対応も親切で、特に問題等はなかったので満足です。 部屋はかわいらしく、女性好みの内装だと思います。鍵を開けるのには確かになかなかコツがいります。バスタブ付き、日本語のテレビ放送チャンネルもありました。

オペラ座からもすぐ近くで、ロワッシーバス乗り場からも大きなスーツケースをひいて歩いて到着できる範囲。 ホテルの周囲にも、レストランやデパートなどたくさんのお店があって、ロケーションとしては最高でした。 ただ深夜に暖房が止まっていたらしく、朝方寒かったです。

The hotel was great for the price, except the double beds cost more. I had to pay an extra 20euros for two beds even though hotels.com website said it was the same price. The morning front desk man was ok, but upon saying that we weren't gonna have breakfast at the hotel he paused for 5-7 seconds, then was like, "Why not". I found this to be a little […] rude. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at this charming hotel in the heart of Paris. We could walk to all of the tourist sights and the best shopping in Paris was just around the corner. We shopped, dropped our bags off at the hotel and then continued to shop some more. There are loads of restaurants in all price ranges within a 5 minutes walk The staff […] were kind and incredibly helpful. Our standard room was not large but perfect for our needs. The hotel is in a very practical position, nice and safe area in the center of Paris, close to everywhere and everything. The Hotel is very nice as well as the rooms, very clean. The staff is pleasant, friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay several days and feel like home.

The hotel is in great location on side street near Galleries Lafayette. The layout is strange where you have to haul your luggage ups stairs then through small elevator and then more stairs and halls again. Frustratingly confusing. The hallways are always full of laundry bags etc. My "Do not disturb" signs were ignored. Loud construciton started at […] 9am every morning. The worst was that we were repatedly pushed to get the shuttle service to airport. They even called out rooms. We requested for a taxi and still ended in the shuttle that wasted out time driving around waiting for other people for over an hour till we realized what he was doing and almost missed our flight. very disappointed in the room, we expected a fully renovated room as stated on the website. Our room looked like it was circa 1960. Bathroom shower curtain was old, shredded, shower flooded over onto the floor. Bed was tiny and shoved up against the wall, very uncomfortable. Obvious holes in ceilings and wall. The location of this hotel is great, close to the opera house, the Louvre and the subway. But that's all that is great about it. When I got to the room, both bedspreads had noticable stains on them. The room itself was ok, but the street noise was niticable, and if I didn't have earplugs with me would have been a problem. great little hotel, perfect location if you want to be in the Opera district. Off a side street so it was very quiet yet a 5 minute walk to all the action-bistros and shopping. 5 minute walk to the direct bus to airport.

Very small elevator, and I had to carry my bags up two sets of stairs before I could begin using the elevator. The hotel collected my key every time I left the hotel. No other hotel in my travels has collected the key each time I left the hotel. The room safe costs $1 Euro per day to use, and you must pay a deposit before you can get the key to it. […] They were exceedingly strict about the 12:00 noon checkout time, and it felt as if our maid was going to throw our bags out into the hall if we didn't get out. Our last night there, the a/c didn't perform as it had on previous nights so the room was warm and uncomfortable, I would have asked to switch rooms if it wasn't our last night. I didn't call for a serviceman, because when we arrived it was already midnight, and I didn't know if they would send up a serviceman at that hour, nor did I care to switch rooms at midnight. It was great having a stocked mini fridge in the room, and it came in handy. It is in a great location, close to the Paris Opera house and subway station. That makes it great for wherever you want to go in Paris. The front desk staff were very courteous and told us which subway stops we needed to go to for various places we wanted to see. Overall a very quaint hotel. If you're not looking for a lot of frills, its an okay place. The hotel is basically in two buildings that don't have matching floor levels. Très bon emplacement, une belle déco, du confort. Mais un petit effort sur la tenue de la salle de bains 304 - joints - est nécéssaire pour rendre impeccable et très hautement recommandable cette adresse.

Touta ete satisfaisant lors de ce petit sejour parisien

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à la fois tout près des Grands Magasins tout en étant en retrait de la circulation extrêmement dense, et donc au calme. L'accueil y est charmant, la propreté et le confort sont au rendez-vous. Les chambres sont agréablement décorées et parfaitement aménagées.

La ubicacion del Hotel es excelente, muy buena atención de su personal. El único problema que la habitación que nos asignaron era muy pequeña, en circunstancias que habían otras mejores

The pictures on the web site and the reality is not the same. The front picture of the hotel is not the hotel but the Opera. The front of the hotel is much more modest. wie in einem Puppenhaus - alles ist sehr klein aber sauber, freundlich und sehr charmant dekoriert. Die Lage ist perfekt ! Wir hatten ein superior Zimmer.

Lo mejor: - La buena limpieza diaria de las habitaciones. Un 10 para el personal de limpieza. Lo peor: - Muy caro (pero igual que todos los hoteles de París). Por ese precio en España te vas a un 5 estrellas. Hotel très bien situé. Chambre propre et cosy, déco refaite a neuf.

Diese Hotel ist einfach nur super zentrsl gelegen und ist für eine Städtetrip nur zu empfehlen!!

Greit mellomklassehotell med bra beliggenhet. Litt små (og veldig varme!!!) rom. Rent og fint og totalt sett hyggelig.

Hotelteam sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Opera und Metrostation Opera

Very nice and clean hotel. Our bed was broken though..

Good location close to the Roissy Airport bus, the big department stores and close to a couple of underground stations. The furniture very basic and more so in the bathroom. The price of the breakfast is way too much. Good place to stay for 1 maybe 2 nights but very average.

Fräscht och jättebra läge! Det man kan förvänta sig av 3 stjärnor gällande standard. Trevlig personal som pratar bra engelska ( och spanska)

Salle de bain un peu "vieillotte" et pas Canal+ sur TV. Accueil très symphatique. Rapport qualité/prix moyen pour un hotel ***
