友人の家の近くでもあり、毎回このホテルを利用していますが、今回は、以前のクレームの効果かどうかわかりませんが、部屋も調度品もしっかりキープされており、滞在中の対応も良く、過去十数回の中でも一番満足しています。　日本人客も増えてきているせいか、朝食も工夫が見られて好印象ですが、ちょっと私の口にはいまひとつで残念です。更なる工夫でもっと快適な滞在ができるよう期待します。

ホテルまでKLモノレールの2つの駅からは両方とも距離があり、重い荷物がある時は大変かもしれません。けど私は歩きました。 ブッキビタンの中心部からは外れているといった感じで、ホテル街の一番外側にあり、パビリオンに出るまでは少しタワーホテル脇の暗い道を歩きます。 レセプションは対応もよく、たまたま空いている時だったのか、スムーズにチェックインしました。 禁煙ルームはタワーの高層階に位置しており（エレベーターのマークでは26,27階）、禁煙を希望すれば、高層階に滞在できる可能性が高まるのではないかと思います。 部屋はきれいで、外国の中級ホテルとほぼ同じ。シングルでしたが、ダブルベット＋シングルの部屋で広すぎました。バスダブもありました。 テレビはアジアではNHKがよく見られ、ここのホテルでも見るこ […] とができました。 朝食は朝6時に利用しましたが、十分な広さがあり、メニューも豊富、味もそこそこで満足しました。 フィットネス、プール等は利用していません。 もっと読む

今年、もう6回利用しています。ホテルの場所や利便性は満足できますが、シャワーの水漏れやトイレのメンテナンスが不十分な部屋がありました。海外のホテルはどこも似たようなものかもしれませんが、期待して宿泊している側から見るともい少し丁寧に点検してもらいたいですね。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、バスロープのない部屋がほとんどでした。それと、朝食は日本人の私にはイマイチでした。

we enjoyed our tour in KL. The staff in dorsett regency are very accomodating and hospitable.

Pleasant though brief. The entrance to Hotel car park is extremely narrow and requires good driving and maneuverability skills

The staff were amazing. They were obliging and respectful at all times. We had a late check in and a very early check out. Nothing was a problem for these guys. We also loved singing along with the singers in the bar after a long day walking around bb. Thanks for making our first 3 days in Malaysia good ones.

The hotel is ideally located to walk to KL centre and the Petronas Towers are close by. Haggle for everything including taxis and especially Chinatown, where you take 80% off the asking price and then negotiate back, you will get stuff for a third of the asking pric, just be prepared to walk away, they will call you back on your terms!

Service staff was friendly and helpful. Was upgraded during check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Good location with a short walking distance to Pavilion Mall with linkway to Starhill Gallery via Ritz Carlton Hotel which is just behind. Hotel room had good amenities and a bath tub (not too sure why though... Do most people take bathes or shower??) […] Hotel overall seems a little dated furniture and fittings along the corridor but was fine when you reach the room. Ok hotel, a bit shabby in places. Hotel staff provided an ok service but did not go out of their way. Restaurant staff friendly and buffet good - lots of choice food good quality. Can see towers from some rooms. Internet connection good. Bed was comfy and sheets clean. No issues, just an average hotel and service.

Old but overall good hotel. Exelent location and good breakfast.

It's very appreciated that the Management had updraded my room that cause my stay so perfect and nice. It's a very good experiences to me. Furthermore - their service repair is very prompt. Hope the room will come attached with the DVD player at no charge. That would be most perfect. Thank you very much.

The recept desk is very friendly and always assisting and greet u. Most importantly they help by getting u the cheaper way to travel around. esp in KL , taxi driver always overcharge customer, especially when u are a tourist. I can know the staff are honest to tell u the rate to get around places. The hotel wud b better if there was HBO n live Epl football channel in every room.But e in hse movie channels made up for HBO while Espn did not cover live epl matches which cud b seen downstairs at lobby (as I was told)

The expectations are met, in some cases even overdo. Location is excellent in terms of shopping and restaurants. The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, good facilities, the only missing is the outdoor pool, may be the only thing that should be considered to be improved.

Located at a very convenient place which is close to Ritz Carlton, Westin, JW Marriot and only 5 minutes on walk to the major shopping mall like Pavillion, Lot 10, etc. Some of the rooms can see the Twin Tower view, great! Very nice hotel. Location was good, walking distance to most things. The breakfast buffet was good but way too many people so you had to wait a long time before allowed entry to the breakfast.very chaotic and not relaxing atmosphere in the restaurant.

Had a wonderful time in Dorsett Regency. Nice view from the window. Situated in very posh Bukit Bintang area. Basically located in heart of city with nice buildings and Petronas very nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Had something for everyone.

Please be careful when having concierge make taxi arrangements. We requested taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning. Their driver overslept and we winded up hailing a taxi ourselves. We then found out the charge from the hotel was 60 RM more than a regular taxi.

This Hotel is just across the street from Ritz Calton, so surrounding is the same once you are on the street. This Hotel is neat & clean, just not as posh. The Aircon was fantastic, cold when required when one get back to the hotel. Best part is that I don't need to spend a bomb. I'd recommend this Hotel anytime.

The hotel was fine, but when I got back from my holiday I saw on my next credit card bill that the hotel had charged me ten dollars for two kit kat bars that we supposidly ate from the minibar. Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

The good location and friendly staff made this attracts its customer with relatively lower price than similar hotels in the area. However, the hotel charges a lot for wireless internet service. We wanted to print a few paper from our e mails and were requested to use the business center and then take the papers from the reception after paying money […] !! Also the hotel does not have proper gym and no steam/sauna/Jacuzzi all are to be paid against use !! why a four star hotel does not have such facilities. Overall comfortable stay, location is just beside ritz Carlton hotel. Walk to Starhill about 5mins. Only a pity on small pool and small gym.

Good Points This hotel had a fairly central location, walkable to twin towers etc. It is also very tall so easy to spot. Breakfast wasn't included in our booking, so we paid for it one day, it was average and ok value. Good price for city centre Bad Points Smoking is allowed in the corridors outside the rooms, so they are a bit smelly. The concierge […] staff do a very hard sell on overpriced day trips. I asked them to get me a taxi to the bird sanctuary and they put me in a double price mercedes (i only realised the cost inflation on the return journey in a standard cab). The concierge also tried to pressure me into other trips, once in the hotel taxi, they tried to sell more trips. You could easily get pay over the odds if you've just arrived and don't know how cheap KL is. My advice is walk a little bit and get a standard taxi. もっと読む

Helpful and courteous staff but hotel is a bit run down in landing areas. Expensive food and drink, fairly good location. Taxi rank just outside the hotel which tends to charge more than average. Even warned a taxi we had prebooked that he shouldn't charge less than 110 MR to LCCT whereas the meter read 72.

Was abit disappointed with the late check out part. As the hotel do not extend free late check out. Overall, the hotel location is quite good.. Surrounded by all the 5-stars hotel, walkable distance to all the good food and shopping centres.. guess its only a few mins walk to berjaya times square, farenheit88, lot 10.. Everything is great with this hotel. We where given a smoking room, but we could not differ it from a non-smoking room.

The hotel was good and comfort. Good location. I got fed up when I wanted to extend the stay for just one day. The hotel staff were not co-operative and was not gentle. They asked me to make a booking through internet and we cannot extend the stay over the reception. This was our first time at Dorsett Regency Kuala Lumpur. Overall the location is good - close to shopping centres. Hotel was clean and service was good. Highly recommended!

I really wonder how this hotel got such a high rating and it certainly does not reflect my recent experience. The hotel itself is quite old and the design is lost in the last century. The wallpaper is quite dirty and gives the hotel a weary appearance. But let me get to the real problem of poor service. we arrived at the hotel to find the toilet blocked. […] During our very short stay of 2 days it had to be repaired three times and still worked sudoptimally. For me a working toilet is not negotiable and unfortuantely this was not seriously adressed by the managemet of the hotel. The location is quite good abd the views from the rooms are nice.
