仕事の出張で利用させていただきました。インターネット環境は良く、従業員の方々も親切でした。ただ、ホテル内の施設案内（ビジネスセンターの場所やレストランなど）が、部屋に置いてある資料では分からず、ホテル内の案内もあればフロントに確認するまでもなく便利だったと思います。

１泊だけの宿泊でしたが、非常に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。観光を終えてホテルに戻ると、すぐに休めるようにベットのシーツ、クッションが就寝バージョンに整えられていました。海外のホテルに泊まるときはクローズタイプのベットから自分でオープンタイプに支度しないといけませんが、このホテルはその手間がなく、ゆっくりくつろげました。日本の旅館のようなサービスに感動しました。もちろん、すべての宿泊客に同じサービスを提供できるかどうかはわかりませんが。。。地下鉄の駅からは２ブロックほど離れていますが、それほど不便は感じませんでした。

10歳の子供とワシントンＤＣ旅行の起点にこのホテルを利用しました。（主にスミソニアン博物館巡り） 【満足した点】 　・徒歩2分ほどのところにコンビニ（CVS）がある 　・地下鉄の駅からは400m程で、すぐわかる 　・朝11時でもチェックインさせてくれた。（事前連絡） 　・館内に自動販売機（コンビニより安い）や製氷機があり便利 　・立地条件がよい割に比較的安い！ 【悪い点】 　・特にコレといってなし 夜10時過ぎでも明るく、比較的安全な場所にあり、ここはおすすめです！

チェックインが２時からなのを、１０時台に入れてくれました。また、チェックアウトが１２時なのもお勧めの理由の一つです。

The hotel is older but well maintained. The peeling shower floor was the only drawback.

A packed business trip so the hotel was primarily a place to sleep. Hotel was clean and appeared well maintained and safe. I had to walk about a block to obtain a bottle of soda as the hotel informed me that soda machines had been removed from the facility. All staff were courteous and knowledgeable.

easy walk to eating places,a few blocks to the subway.A shame it wasn't summer so the pool wasn't open

I would love for you to get a hot tub feature if possible.The staff was quite pleasant and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was recently renovated and immaculately maintained. Free Wi-FI and bottled water were a very nice touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. I plan to stay in this hotel again when I visit DC on business again.

I would stay here again.

A fine property, staffed by very nice people, at a relatively decent price.

The hotel was located in a great location for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

enjoyed the stay. the decor could use an update (the carpeting is weird 70's style) but otherwise very nice and we would return.

I chose the Washington Plaza because it was reasonably priced, in a safe neighborhood and close to all of the sights. I was set on walking everywhere while in DC so I didn't want to be too far away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I was able to check in early which was great. The room itself was small, but nice. […] My only complaint was there was no metal latch on the door (like there usually are in hotels) which made me a little uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in the room. The water pressure in the shower was disappointing. Overall I'm very glad I chose to stay here, and for the price and location and I would chose it again in a heartbeat. もっと読む

Excellent service and location overall. My only complaint is the noise level of the room fan/heater.

There were outlets for my computer on the desk and free wifi, very clean bathroom, flat-screen TV on the wall, a good bed, and the carpet felt clean even with my bare feet. The place seemed recently renovated and everything was quite nice. My rooms wasn't what I'd call fancy but it felt quite contemporary.

Found hotel outstanding value and close to my business meetings on K Street. Close to major attractions. Good restaurant selections. Staff outstanding and helpful.

Clean, not luxurious, but comfortable enough. Good value.

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. I was very happy with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The staff was also helpful. Best thing about Washington Plaza is the location. Walking distance to the National Mall, Dupont Circle, Logan Circle, Washington Convention Center, and several Metro stops. We were there to attend the Cherry Blossom Festival and that was A-1!! The hotel was tops, however we had nothing but a good experience with the attendant staff .... particularly in the restaurant and bar. We'll be back another time.

This hotel is OK, the rooms are clean and it is great being able to self park in DC. Downside, its a bit knocked around. OK for a short stay.

I stayed at the hotel with my son for three nights. The room was nice and clean. We die the Buffet for breakfast which was a good choice of fruit, croissants, cereal etc. In the evening, we had some restaurants in short walking distance. All in all, a very friendly and convenient hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. It was clean and comfortable after long days sight seeing! Loved turn down service with bottled water and friendly staff. Manager on duty did a nice job even though the elevator went down as soon as we got there. The manager came to our room to let us know it was fixed! Staff were pleasant and helpful. turndown service at night was unexpected surprise...nice to have trash emptied,etc. We walked everywhere from hotel. neighborhood nice but do have to pass"bum park" though never had issue with the homeless there. We even walked well after dark with no problem. Family of 5 with boys aged 16-10 all pleased
