The staff was really nice and very helpful. Made check in/ check out very smooth. The room was clean and comfortable upon arrival, and everything I'm the room was clean and in great working order. Would definitely stay there again. :)

Only stayed here because the Hampton Inn was full, but was a good experience. Rooms not as fancy or as large as Hampton, but very adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the mattresses were a little too hard to allow for a good night's sleep.

Clean, fairly new and quiet. One down side was the bathroom arrangement. There was no tub only a shower, but it was a large one. The biggest problem was the bathroom door. It doesn't swing in and out, it is a pocket door so it slides sideways into the wall. Sliding the door is very noisy. I called to make sure that The Sleep Inn in Cullman Alabama knew we would be arriving late (after 1AM) on a very long trip. No Problem, but more specifically, I had special requests. I have asthma so we really needed the room to be Non Smoking and I requested that the room be COLD when we arrived. I requested the AC be turned up to high cold at midnight.The […] young lady on the phone, I believe her name was Alicia said no problem. When we arrived Brenda was at the desk, promptly and courteously helped us get checked in despite the computer being temporarily down AND she assured us the room was cold and Non Smoking as requested. AND IT WAS !. We were able to snuggle in and promptly get to sleep for a 630 AM wake up. Cold Room (as requested), Warm comfortable bed, Hot Shower in the AM and a quick and friendly check out in the AM . Back on the road, rested and (fairly) fresh. Didn't eat breakfast because we were in a hurry to get back on the road but it looked good. Thanks to Hotels.Com for making the reservation process easy and to The Sleep Inn for a great rest. We stayed here on our way to the beach. It was just great for a stop over place to sleep. We did not want to spend what the nearby hotels were asking just to sleep for a few hours.

The room was very small for the price we paid. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that had no lock on it and the shower was dirty around where the door closed. We requested a non smoking room, and although that hall was supposed to be non smoking, the hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke. We booked this at the last minute due to a death in the family. The hotel was clean and the people were generally friendly. The owner was mad because the site didn't charge us the pet fees, and told us to pay at our convenience. When we got back from the viewing, we were locked out of our room, so we had to pay the fees then, and it was 11 at night. […] The rooms are kinda small and there was only 1 drawer.
