ワイキキ ゲートウェイ ホテル (Waikiki Gateway Hotel)格安予約

とにかく古いホテルです。エアコンは窓エアコンでうるさい、窓も密封性が悪いので窓を閉めていても外の音が聞こえてくるし、施設や装備などのことが詳しく表示や記載されているものが無い。部屋は広くて確かに良かったが、日中は外にいなくショッピングやアウトドアなどに出掛けてしまうにしても、あまり他人にはお勧めしたくないです。ベットメイキングや部屋の掃除、タオル交換はキチンとされていて清潔感はありました。

前からそうですが、観光には向いていません。 近隣のホテルと比較してもとてもリーズナブルな価格だけあって人気もあります。 が、GATEWAYの目の前がバス＆トロリーの停留所となっているので一見良さそうですが、それらを利用しないのであれば人がいつもたくさんいてちょっと気になるかなと。 入口は正面もクヒオ通り側も多めの階段で、スロープは正面にはあるけど荷物の多い旅行者にはちょっと大変な気もします。部屋も日本のビジネスホテルのような感じなので、できるだけ安くstayしたくて短期stayならOKかなと思います。

可もなく不可もない普通のホテルです。 あまり開放感はありません。 よほど安く泊まれるのでなければ特別泊まる理由もありません。 １階にスーパーがありますが、周辺にこれといって食事処がないため夜中は食事に困ります。 無線LANはロビーでのみ無料でつながります。

１６階のペントハウスに５泊しました。ラナイが部屋と同じ位広くＤＦＳ側だったので視界も良かった。こじんまりしているので、フロントやバレットの担当が顔見知りになれた。大きなホテルでは無いこと。しかし、リノベーションされているとはいえ水周りや内装に古さを感じた。レースのカーテンが無いのは困りもの。有料の朝食は価格並み。もう少し出してもサラダがあればと思う。また、中間階の方がラナイが狭い分、部屋が広いと思われる。とはいえ、ほとんどの時間ワイキキにいないので、リーズナブルに宿泊できたことで満足している。あと中国、インドと思われる人やもちろん欧米の人たちが多かった。日本人はまれ。

　以前に比べると無料朝食も無くなり、やや値上がり感はありますが、近隣のホテルに比べ遜色はなく、今もお得感があり、料金の割にはサービス、質ともに充分に合格です。次回も多分利用するでしょう。

アクアワイキキパールホテルに宿泊しました。 ホテルの駐車場はほんとに少しですので、隣のホテルのパーキングに案内されました。でも入り口がワイキキパール側なので快適でした。パーキングのおばちゃまもとっても親切でした。１日２０ドルです。ちょっと高いかなぁ。 部屋はバルコニー付きの部屋をお願いしましたがそこは正解でした。部屋はかなり広くてバルコニーもとっても広かったです。バルコニー無しの部屋は内側になるようで たぶんけっこう狭いんじゃないかと思いますし、廊下側なのでカーテンも開けられないような感じです。 泊った部屋は前述のようにとっても広い部屋だったんですが、夜が大変でした・・・ 騒音が大変です。 そんなに激しい交通量の道に面しているわけではありませんが、とにかくうるさいです。 特に早朝のごみ集配の […] 車には必ず起こされます（笑） 普通、窓というかバルコニーのドアを閉めたら静かになるもんですが、全く静かになりません。 ゆっくりお休みになりたい方にはこのホテルオススメできません。 でもそれ以外は快適なのに惜しいです。 騒音が気にならない方には立地といい料金といいオススメです＾＾ もっと読む

ワイキキのどこに行くにも便利だと思います 難点はエアコン　やはりウインドーエアコンなので結構うるさいです　なぜか電源をOFFにしても送風が止まらず、仕方なくコンセントを抜きました イノベーションしたのでしょうか　カーテンレールごと壁材が吹き付けられており　カーテンを引いたら壁材が降ってきました 泊まった部屋は16Fのペントハウスの一室のようでした　料金を考えると広いラナイ（それも2方向）に囲まれ眺望も抜群でお得感があります バレットパーキングも高いようですが、ワイキキはどこも似たような料金のようです たまたまストームが来ており大変な風でしたが、角部屋のせいもあったのか、ヒューという風の音が大きく安眠できませんでした　ちょっとサッシの立て付けが悪いと感じました

バス乗り場もホテルから出てすぐだし、立地も比較的良い！ あとチェックインの前&チェックアウトの後でも快く荷物を預かってくれます。 1階にABCストアが入ってるので、ちょっとした飲食物&お土産がすぐに買えるのも、楽でした☆ 値段に対して、かなり満足でした！！

非常にアクセスも良く、リーズナブルなホテルでした。１つ残念なのが、クーラーがうるさいことです。窓を開けて丁度良い気温でしたが、車の通りが多い立地のためクーラーが必須でしたが、クーラーを付けたままは眠れないような音です。

今回１０日間の滞在で大変お世話になりました。最初はドアのしたの隙間が気になったけど・・ワイキキの入り口という立地条件のよさ、バス停も前にありトロリーも止まります。小さなABCストアも入り口にありちょっとお買い物に便利です♪ 嬉しかったのは、高速インターネット無料とブレックファースト付き（バナナ・ブルーべりーのマフィンにトーストは好きな枚数、ピーチとジュース、ジャーベットみたいなのがありました、コーヒーもおかわりしてお部屋までもって帰れます） 朝食（６時半～９時まで）がしっかりとれて時間短縮できて十分でした！バス付きシャワーも取り外せます。 キッチンはないけど 朝は食べれるし、ひとりで長期・短期滞在にはオススメですよ。 次回もまた利用しようと思っています！

Staff was friendly; room was clean; good location; took two requests to get the shower drain unplugged, two requests to stop the toilet from wobling and it was still not fixed.

The hotel is located at the beginning of Waikiki, so the neighborhood is not too loud but you can still hear trolleys passing by very often. Our room is clean in general except the coffee maker stinks because it hasn't been cleaned for months, I assume. During our stay, the fire alarm of the entire hotel went off early in the morning 2 days in a roll. […] It went off once the first day and twice the second day. Considering the low rate from Hotels.com, the room was great. If I had payed the posted rate, my review would be different. The pool was closed, as was the restaurant, the TV was old with lines and bad sound, and the air con was marginal. However none of that mattered because its Hawaii! Was a great location, however the fire alarm went off both mornings that we were there. Was annoying because we had to walk down 14 flights of stairs at 5:00am.

This hotel is great for location on one of the main streets for shopping and access to Waikiki beach. Loved that each room has a small balcony. Pool is small but adequate and I was pleased for the price instead of paying for another name brand hotel off the beaten path.

The Waikiki Gateway was not the best place we could have stayed in for our vacation for a number of reasons. One of the main reasons was the cost. It was mislead to us. We were a family of 3 adults and 1 child. We were charged several additional charges that were not mentioned to us prior to check out or on line when we paid what we thought was the […] full amount. For that price and additional charges--we could have found lots of nice hotels on or near the beach or something. Plus the hotel was not very nice at all. Not in a good place. its price is should be lower cause other hotels nearer to the beach offers similar price. It should offer some breakfast.

This hotel was good, better than what I expected. Its surrounded with walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room that I stayed in had a great view...overall this is a good hotel and the staff were very nice.

Hotel is average - not well decorated but was comfortable. Pool was small & room was cramped but beautiful views

the room we were assigned was nto clean: soda cup on dresser, foam cups opened and apparently used. The desk then got another room. Meanwhile, I received a parking ticket in the 3 minute loading zone. I would have been "otta there" after dropping off my guests had it not been for the time wasted in getting the second room.

This is not a resort hotel, but a good basic hotel. No frills, but clean, comfortable and in a good location. I would stay here again.

Hotel required an excessive deposit for only 1 nights' stay. Room was located directly above a busy bus stop. With bus noise 24/7/366!

Because we were only staying one night I was ok with the accommodations. I would not have been happy if I had to stay more than one night. The bed was too soft and the two of us kept rolling into the middle. The room was clean enough but there was no soap dish in the shower? We had to leave the soap on the tub and of course it turned to mush rather […] quickly. Carpet was industrial flooring. The valet were the friendliest of all the staff. Initially I chose this hotel based on price and proximity to a nearby family apartment. THIS HOTEL'S LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. THE CONDITION HOWEVER IS PATCH AFTER PATCH OF REPAIRS. THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE OVERHAULED.

We stayed in an oceanview room on the 8th floor-since both sides of the corner room faces busy street, the traffic noise on either of the lanai's was quite loud-would have liked to sleep with the lanai doors open-but too loud-all night long! While this hotel is ok, we expected a lot more from a penthouse room. The rate includes wifi, but it only worked for about half the time we were there (10 nights). They always claimed a technician was looking at it, but it rarely worked. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but plenty within walking distance. The beach is also a short walk. Large room with 2 lanais. Dated but for the money great value. Front desk nice enough. Breakfast buffett downstairs simple but all u can eat -great value.

The Hotel is One block from Ft Derussy and very close to Waikiki beach and the big shopping center. The manager let us check in early with no extra charge.

The good news is that it is a large room with 2 balconies. The bad news is the drapes and the furniture appear to not have been updated in at least 35 years. TV reception and channel selection is terrible. If they renovate the place could be great again.

Hotel Required an excessive security deposit at check-in, which was $100.00. More than my 1 night total cost for the room.

WARNING: This hotel misrepresents itself online, and the pictures that they provide are deceiving. The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation, which they claim they will do this year. The downstairs lobby is actually very nice and newly remodeled, but everything else upstairs looks the a cheap roadside motel. They'll nickel and dime you for internet […] access in the room and any additional amenities, but they'll do it with kind service and a smile. Until they refinish the hotel, stay somewhere else! Great view Very old rooms the lobby brand new , the rooms at less 30 years old carpets and the rest room very old and bad odor coming out of the pluming when you tern on the water. the manager in charge said they are planing to remodel the whole thing next year.

hotel was good for the price and location

Business trip. Came here for a cheap night, but had to pay $10 more for internet (not available in the room, but free on the 3rd floor and in lobby) and $20 per night for valet parking. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel because it was very comfortable and convenient location. I requested for a king size bed, but got 2 full size beds; however, I had two balconies to enjoy. Furthermore, the towels were fluffy (new) unlike the towels that were provided at a hotel that I usually stay at, which is a brand name hotel.

Accommodations were fine. We had a beautiful view of the entrance way into Waikiki. Location was close to beaches and shopping. Parking was tight but we were able to find street parking for free.
