Hampton Inn at Mall of Georgia is really nice. I was able to check in at noon, which I appreciate. The smoking room I requested had NO smoke odor (awesome!!) and there was a huge screened window and excellent ventilation. This was a very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is located directly across the street from the Mall of GA. It took us no time to get to Lake Lanier for our horseback riding appointment and there are tons of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items and my children loved making their own belgian waffles!

We stayed here one night to be close to Lake Lanier for an early morning 10K. Exactly what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn...clean property with very friendly and helpfull staff. Bed was not confortable

Extremely nice and comfortable; staff super helpful, too! Very affordable w service of 5 star hotel. Breakfast good too--and they serve it until 10am so u can sleep in!!! Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at 3 different hotels in this area & always come back to the Hampton. Comfortable beds, good buffet breakfast & convenient location. Fair price also! The only improvements needed would be the chairs at the pool. They are awful! Hard wooden & no give at all. The pool is very nice, water perfect. Convenience is what brought us to the Hampton Inn. My husband and I knew this was a high traffic area (and boy, the traffic was crazy!) so we wanted a hotel where we could walk to dinner and not have to worry about driving in all that mess. The side door opens practically in the parking lot of the Red Lobster next door, so we were able to check in, […] get comfy, then go next door on foot and eat and drink to our heart's content right next door without having to worry about the drive back to the hotel, or parking. The room is nice-looking with a nice TV. The only gripe I have is that the hot water for baths/showers is not super-hot like I like it, but it was hot enough that I didn't feel like it was cold or anything. I wish I had gotten the room with the microwave since we brought back our left overs to the room and it would have been nice to be able to heat them up - but I just didn't think about that. I thought the breakfast was pretty good, although not elaborate, it did have all the necessary ingredients for a decent breakfast, including omelets (ready made, not to order), bacon, breads, cereals, fruit coffee and fruit juice. All the staff that I came in contact with was exceptionally polite and helpful , a real credit to this property. Very nice stay, I will be there again this weekend.

Generally satisfied; but a few comments. Stayed over Xmas. Breakfast: eggs were ice cold. We were told to warm them in microwave. (On Styrofoam plates--I don't think so!) Coffee was just warm and weak. Wanted to read paper in lobby near the fireplace, but pilot light was out of order! Everything else OK.

Stayed here while visiting family over Christmas. Convenient to the mall, restaurants, and anything you want. We worried about the traffic but our times in and out of the hotel were not during shopping rush times so it wasn't a problem. The hotel was clean; staff were friendly; would definitely stay here again.
