Staff helpfull & friendly. Well furnished. We'll be back, I expect.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, the rooms are comfortable and clean. But I was most impressed with the excellent customer service. All of the staff that I came in contact with was really professional. Also, the hot breakfast that was included was nice, bacon, eggs, pancakes, OJ and coffee.

Bar did not have much of a menu around 8:00 pm!!

Overall, this is a very nice facility. The rooms are clean and in good repair. However, having homeless people come up to the car in the parking lot in broad daylight is most disconcerting. Also, the breakfast was less than memorable. It took 10 minutes once we were seated, to ask if we had seen the menu. We stayed here to visit University of the Pacific and had a terrific stay. The staff are extremely helpful, the hotel was beautiful, clean and wonderfully landscaped and the free breakfast exceeded expectations and was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel itself was decent. The rooms were clean and they served a very good breakfast. My only complaint would be the neighborhood. I know they can't control that either. They've done a good job of keeping up the hotel though.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful. They are all extremely helpful and pleasant.

There were initial problems at check in, as the hotel had overbooked certain rooms. It was a VERY busy weekend full of special events.However, the agents did all they could to satisfy us (a group of over 25) and in the end it was a very nice stay.

We stay here a few times a year when we have a cheer competition at UOP. Its close to UOP, the price is fair, the breakfast is always good, hot and fresh. I did not have a very good experience here. The surrounding area was very noisy with traffic and sirens all night. The occupants of the room one floor above me were loud until 11 pm. They advertised a free breakfast in the dining room. You ordered from a menu but it was served by only 2 waiters for a whole roomful of people so it took forever!

On this trip we spent 10 nights in hotels, and this one was by far the best. The bed was excellent! Even our own bed the next night did not compare to that one. Everything was first class, staff was smiling and helpful, breakfast was very good, and the room was spotless.

We were dissatisfied with the service received during check-in. We arrived at 3pm. After checking ID and taking our credit card information for indidental charges, we were told to come back in 30 min for a room. We were offered no apology or explanation on why we had to return at a later time. When we asked why we had to come back when check-in time […] was at 3, she checked on the computer and within 2 min was able to find us a room. The interaction was not handled very professionally and seemed dishonest. The room itself was very spacious and appeared clean and in good condition. this is an good option. Booked this location when driving from Yosemite to South Lake Tahoe. Good value, nice cosy rooms, fried eggs/toast/coffee to kick start your day.

This hotel was very convenient for us and close to UOP where we had our tournament. We had an exceptional "continental breakfast" at the hotel. It was a full order breakfast instead of the usual cereal/toast/etc. We were very satisfied with the hotel, the service, and everything else about it. I would highly recommend it.

Good service but when requested early check in, I had to wait for 45 minutes to check in. I explained I was tired from traveling but still had to wait. Very clean rooms though!!

I was looking for a hotel right off of the I-5. When I booked I didn't know this hotel was about 3 miles east of the I-5, probably half way between the I-5 and I-99. Regular King room; had microwave/fridge; new carpet. Room clean, comfortable. Convenient to places to eat. Great breakfast in hotel. I saw previous reviews indicating it was in bad area but I walked every nite and was never uncomfortable. I would stay again and would recommend to others.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the facilities. The room was kept up very well with nearly new furnishings. The free breakfast is excellent and exceeds the Marriott "continental breakfast" by a long shot. Large room with flat screen TV. Breakfast with hot food selections in a nice banquet room. Would recommend anyone staying in Stockton.

Good service. It was nice they had a bar. Rooms were clean, but everything is pretty old. Have the old school comforters which I really don't like. Neighborhood is questionable. Breakfast is ok. It's like the title. Nothing bad nothing great

The property of the hotel is clean, but the surrounding area needs a clean up crew to pick up all the trash. Otherwise, the Best Western Heritage Inn was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is an excellent value. The rooms and grounds are well maintained.

Nice room, very clean, pet friendly was nice for our little dog , nicely located for the softball event we were attending so we had a great time

The surrounding neighborhood leave alot to be desired. We were into for a Softball Tournament, and this hotel was right next to a Wal-Greens, and a grocery store. Perfect location to visit our daughter at UOP. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great lounge area to relax and unwind.

Stopped here after a late night flight- wish we would have had more time to spend here. The full breakfast in the morning was delicious. Wish we could have used to pool; it looked great. We slept well and were on our way. Would definitely go back.

this is the best place it is very clean and is close to everything the staff is very help full and the food is gret for free.

Asked for very quiet room because had rough comedy of errors week-end. I was put on second floor next to main-street thoroughfare (extremely noisy) attached to main exit door that banged on/off day /night. After bang-alarm 5am wake up went downstaiirs and canceled 8am wake up call, explained why. A.M. manager offered a 50% discount for next stay , only […] if I called and spoke to him. We spent a long weekend in Stockton and ended up being surprisingly wonderful and relax. The hotel was great! we specially enjoy the pool and the service.

It was a little confusing to find - think it must have recently been bought out as our Garmin had it listed as another hotel. They appear to be in the process of beginning a remodel - or it needs a remodel. Our non-smoking room did have both of us wheezing from the smell of previous cigarette smoke, but other than that it was quite comfortable.

I requested a late arrival guarantee for my reservation, which was made a month prior. I got there around 7pm so it wasn't too late but I was supposedly told it's a sold-out night. I have mixed feelings. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it looks at the entrance. Kind of feels like an Italian villa theme. I was stuck in a room next to the elevator […] AND the pool (this was in the dead of summer) and my numerous request to be moved didn't help. Thought I would at least get a decent room since it was reserved far in advance. I would recommend confirming with the hotel to make sure you know where you're located. Other than that, room is okay. The hotel was way above my expectations. The people were more than nice and accommodating, the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in and most comfortable. The best thing was the rate, I couldn't believe it.

Elevators did not work properly & had to lug luggage up/down stairs. Rooms were hot. Many confusing buildings and not conveniently located hear freeway.

The main problem was that the hotel lacks a restaurant, and there is no place to eat near the hotel. Otherwise quite pleasant, and reasonably priced.
