Very nice. Clean and comfortable. The only problem we had is that the front desk clerk was not very friendly. She looked like she did not want to be there and was not a professional desk hotel clerk. Great Location Good Breakfast Great Shuttle Service Friendly Staff I would definitely stay here again! there isn't a refridgerator in the room though. something to keep in mind...

Was just like all the other Fairfield hotels so nothing spectacular there...the best part of this hotel was the proximity to downtown Louisville. The free shuttle service was great if you do what we did and go spend all night drinking on 4th street and don't want to pay for a taxi. Like the subject line says..good hotel, great location.

Very close to some excellent eating places (Italian, seafood, Japanese) and easy to get to right off I-65. Pleasant environment next to the river. The main reason we made reservations here was that they advertised a pool and hot tub. The hot tube was out of order and the pool was ice cold. We were extremely disappointed in that. It was also very hard to find the hotel even though we had mapquest giving us directions. The signature was poor at best. We would never stay there again.

The night manager was great whe the reservation eneded up being incorrect from the computer. Upgraded me to a better room.

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn on two other occasions and was equally pleased each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to all that Louisville has to offer. I will stay here again.

You expect a certain standard when the word "Marriott" is over the door. This place met the standard nicely. The room was not large, but it was sufficient. The hotel and rooms are clean and well-maintained. The location is great, several nice restaurants within a two minute walk and the commute to downtown Louisville is only five minutes. Stayed at the Fairfield for 2 nights for a wedding and it was perfect. Service was great and they were very accomindating.

We had a one night stay while traveling through Louisville. Disappointed that the pool was closed, but it was due to recent heavy rains that messed up the chemicals. Room was adequate. The toilet leaked a little. Hotel staff was very nice and offered a free snack for our daughter who wanted to swim, but could not due to the pool closure. Location is […] OK.
